We come every single year! We love to see the new changes they make and also enjoy all the same activities from the year before.There are lots of very cute photo opportunities! So so many activities for the little ones. Many of the activities are included with the cost, but the things that cost extra are: pony rides, fishing the lake, mining for gems and fossils and feed for the farm animals.The big attractions are the cow barrel rides, the jumping pillows and the three wheeled bike race. The other activities are: small hay maze, pipe hamster wheels, a hay jump, bull roping, speed ball (throwing), basketball hoops, several play areas, one being a wooden ship, one being a big sand area with manual mini sand tractors, giant pipe slide and ride, swings, corn crib, cow milking station, pumpkin tic tac toe... and much more.The pumpkin patch really isn't more than just a separate little area where they have their pumpkins located. It is not where they are grown and you don't get to "pick" more than just choosing one off the ground. They do have a cute little scarecrow area for photos out there. The tractor ride is fun and gives us a break from standing, but it's hott. I'd recommend getting one of the covered ones.Be careful of the animals as some of them bite! Especially the mini pony they have! Definitely visit the gift shop for some amazing jams and jellies, coloring books and reading books and other seeksafe for the young ones.

An amazing place to take the kids, and spend a day. The hay ride is awesome, and you get to pick out your own pumpkin out of the thousand on the ground there. The feed farm is amazing, and the kids really enjoyed the in ground trampolines there. Definitely come here every year

Great place to take the family in fall for pumpkin picking and fall festivities. There are games, activities, and a great petting zoo. There's food and snacks, too. So many great spots to take family photos! It's a great place!

Poppell Farms was a very unique, laid back, and pleasant experience. The attractions were very entertaining, and my daughter's loved their time there.As a side note, the animals there seemed to be treated fairly. Over all a decent experience.

I’m very disappointed with our family trip here…It cost us $17 per person and my children (6 and under) were priced as adults. It’s a one price deal for anyone 4 and up.The food was very expensive for very little. They advertised a basket of funnel cake fries for $6.95 plus tax and I got 6 funnel cake fries. (They’re small in size). My basket of fries was less than a handful and cost $5.95 plus tax.The hay ride was entertaining. They played music and fun songs for the kids which the kids enjoyed.The pumpkin patch is a literal joke. They should call it a pumpkin AREA because they literally just laid out pumpkins in an area far away from the rest of the activities. And you select your pumpkin - not pick it. Also, I felt rushed to get my kids to pick pumpkins and take photos because you leave on the same ride you come in on… meaning all 60 people have to get off, select a pumpkin and get back on. No one wants to hold up 60 other people… at least I don’t.They had a bunch of play on toys and such for the kids but the big stuff they wanted to do (like gem mining and pony rides) were not included. I’m okay with that but the website doesn’t specify what is included in your 20+ attractions that you actually pay for and what’s not included.We will not ever come back to this place because of the level of overall disappointment my whole family experienced.

Cute farm!!! They have nice pumpkins, reasonably priced. Lots of animals at the petting zoo area. Very kid friendly with lots of activities and games for them. They have lots of cute set ups for photos. The shop also has neat goodies. Overall good experience. Will go back next year.

At Poppell Farms you can expect to be welcomed from southern hearts alike! What began as a trip to the "Pumpkin Patch" became a new family tradition. This is the ultimate experience that you can't wait to repeat EVERY year. This year me and my daughter got matching T- Shirts with some help from friendly staff, we were able to snag the last 2 smalls! This isn't just any t-shirt. This was so fun!! Got to pick out cute mini pumpkins after the little hayride! The hayride helper took our photos and photobombed my camera, which I thought was funny! (That’s him) There’s so many things to do there! I loved the gem mining!

We have a great time every year!Petting zoo, feed the animals, jump park for the kids, slides, rides and a hayride to a pumpkin patch. Good food and drinks.

I'm feeling kinda ripped off!!! When we came before we only paid for the kids to get in. This time we paid for everyone to get in, grown ups too! Where i was expecting to pay 30 it was 60. So we paid for our kids to get in and we paid for us to watch them play. And not 1 employee cleaned or sanitized anything! I won't even start on how many people were crowded on the hay ride! Pick a pumpkin, ha I've had oranges that were bigger! They weren't even big enough for the kids to carve!

Great Pumpkin patch event! Great Pumpkins to buy! We loved it! Very interesting and lots of great things to do for children! Loved the farm animals they were very cute. Very great and friendly, helpful service and workers!

My daughter went on a field trip here. She rode the animal choo choo, enjoyed the petting zoo, and took a hay ride to the pumpkin patch. She carefully picked out the perfect pumpkin. She had a wonderful time.

Drove an hour to find best fresh vegetables. The gift shop jams, jellies , grass fed meats and lots of options of frozen vegetables . Then we ordered their daily special for lunch. The food so delicious and fresh . The family that ran the store were just so nice. Gave us a little history about generations the farm in their family. Make sure you pack a cooler because lots of frozen foods to enjoy. Going back again soon.

Great for the littles in the family! Had a blast watching them have fun. The pumpkins at the pumpkin patch were little but cute. We were there for the experience. Definitely plan to come back next year so the teens can check out the haunted maze!

Country feel with hometown hospitality! Place was packed with good people, good times and plenty to do. My kids especially liked the gem panning! Food was as pricey as expected and the kids had a blast! Animals and pumpkins were the reason for the trip but, all the festivities make the drive from Savannah totally worth it! We'll be back!

Fresh produce, but just a quick stop. We unfortunately went on a very hot and soggy day. Wanted to take the littles to play on the playground but it was wet and dirty from the storms the night before. We were able to view the animals from their coops, but they were unable to be pet that day. We ended up with some peaches, tomatoes, squash, a few Nehi sodas, a giant sugar cookie (it was a bit too soft), and then we stopped at their little country kitchen. There was only one vegetarian option, and they only have one meal prepared for the day not allowing additional side dishes to be purchased. Which we understand - allowing for food cost(s) to be less of a variable from a business standpoint, but a little disappointing for a customer point of view. I had the pimento cheese croissant and it was just ok, it needed some sliced tomatoes or something to break up the cheese monotony. My significant other had the chicken salad on a croissant and the verdict was also the same, just ok. Perhaps this would be a better stop during the fall months when they have activities.

Corn we got today was great. Price was fair on corn.Didn't get the peas or butter beans. Priced higher than others.Service was great as always.
