Irwin Animal Clinic is awesome!! Dr. Hill and all of her staff are knowledgeable, efficient, caring and love their patients. They have been so good to our 18 year old chihuahua, Noel.Our Noel passed away on 6/12/22.Irwin Animal Clinic was very caring and helpful having her cremated.

I found a stick in the roof of my dogs mouth today around 6:30. I called the clinic’s emergency # and not even 15 minutes later I got a call back from Dr. Hill. She explained that this is common and told me to rinse my dogs mouth out with some warm water and email her some pictures on his mouth and she’d let me know what the next steps would be. After I sent her pictures she called me immediately and let me know what to do next and how to watch over my dog to make sure he’s getting better. She made me feel way better about this situation, because I was so concerned for my dog, and made me feel at ease given the circumstances. Overall 5/5 stars could not recommend her more!!

Dr. Hill and her staff are the most dedicated, compassionate and supportive veterinarian group we have ever dealt with. She has been with us in good times and bad. Most recently she sat by us while our sweet Daisy crossed over the rainbow bridge. I can’t say enough about her and I highly recommend her to all who love their fur babies, especially if you have a pet with special needs. She is a class act!

This was a delightful change to the awful experiences we've had with vet clinics around here. They were very caring and gentle with our animals. Very quick In and out service. All of staff was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and will most certainly be back.

The staff, the Dr.Mrs.Hill. They have beyond helpful to our family with our dog. He leg got broken in accident with a vehicle. They got me in quick, and went right to work on our baby. They didn't even know me and but treated me like family. So grateful for there work and professionalism. The staff and Dr.hill explained everything to us.(They will work with you, if you work with them by keeping your word). I have only had one experience with animal clinics (which was bad in my opinion), and this before was the best experience. I Highely recommended this team/family (irwin animal clinic)💯💯💯

Our dog Houdini is 13 and deaf. Dr Hill and Candace were very patient with him. They got on the floor with him so he was more comfortable.It really amazed me how careful and considerate they were of his needs. Thank you Dr Hill and Candace for taking care of Houdini!

These are most unprofessional, unresponsive, and unorganized vets I’ve ever encountered. We took our dogs here back in October and decided to start ordering their flea prevention medicine from Walmart pet rx because it was cheaper for the same exact medicine. Every month Walmart pet rx would send over the request via email, which is the method the vet said they preferred), however Ocilla Animal Clinic claimed every month they never received it until it got faxed over. Then they would approve it for Walmart pet rx and we would have to go through the same exact mess all over again every month after. This month they claimed our dogs haven’t gotten flea protection since October and would not approve the Walmart pet rx order since they did not properly document the approval for each prior month. Long story short, don’t go here they are an absolute joke for pet care. Any true vet would document proper pet care instead of worrying about getting money money money from the pet owners.

My dog ate a bone. Was hurting. Vet said he was fine. After a week took him to another vet and they removed the bone from his throat. Will not use again!
