At 10:30, went to this dollar General Store #7739 in ocilla, ga to pick up a few things. I am disappointed that the self check out is no longer in use. The cashier was being entertained by whatever was on her headset and the magazine that she was looking at. She did not speak to me, she continued to look at her magazine and giggle. The only time she spoke to me was when she handed me my receipt and said have a good day. Very disappointed in this store all the time, shelves are never stocked. There is only one lady that really interacts with costumers and steady working and I believe that's she the manager. I think if it had some competition things would change. Hope yall get better employees

Store started out nice, but gone down hill ever since. Never a cashier available, self checkout rarely works and LONG lines. Went in today to get frozen ground beef. An employee appeared to be stocking a the coolers. When I noticed the meat was thawed, she finally said, "Ma'am, you may not wanna get anything from the cooler. It's broken." No sign or anything!!! I just walked out!

The prices on the shelves are always wrong. Store should have to honor the price that it shows. Neverenough cashier's. Employees are always professional

Cashiers were not very friendly. I know they are doing a lot of swapping out of inventory due to the holidays but there were times I could not make my way down in aisle due to product being in the way.

The manager is a hot mess calls the police for something they mess up on. I tried to help them so they register won't be short and the manager was so rude and nasty. The store was sooo Hot. Need to do better with store and that getto manager

I just want to give a huge thank for your continued operation during the covid shut down. I was able to get baby formula while all other stores closed at 8:30. Thank you and your employees for sticking it out during the pandemic.

Staff is always curteous and professional. Prices are very good. Store is a little cluttered but, clean. Soooo much better than having to Ho to Wally World. Very convenient.

And really love Dollar General they are practically everywhere. You can be in the middle of a corn field in the middle of nowhere and there will be a Dollar General there. They are great places for quick stop in to get whatever you need.

I'm given it four stars because they could work on the clutter. Other than that they were very friendly and courteous. They had everything in stock that I needed to get.

The manager was so nice ,kind and helpful, Her employees was also very nice also ,I really felt welcome shopping in this Dollar General store ....with this manager and her staff on duty.

The whole store was a mess and the casher took her sweet time. Like the 30 people in line had NOWHERE to be... Ugh... Would have been worth the extra mile to Walmart

They have a ton of groceries and plenty of deals. They accept snap and do cash back. They carry tobacco products and are open the latest in town besides Flash Foods across the street. Which is open 24 hrs.

The staff at the Ocilla Georgia Dollar General has got to be the worst I've ever seen. Itnips a new store but needs a new staff. I will never shop there again.

Good place 2 stp if ya need 2 get something quick. There is trk parking across the street. It is a small diesel fuel stp.
