Great people. They got me in and out with everything I needed and I didn’t have to aimlessly walk around the store. Only thing I didn’t like was that as I walked through the store it seemed like every employee knew my business. Didn’t really need it out there for everyone I walked by to talk to me about the same thing as I am walking to the product and back after it was already in my hands on the way to the register.

Needed to replace a piece of glass for my window and they had what I needed and sized it. Also had some home wiring issues that they were able to help resolve. Really like this place. Excellent customer service. Very clean and organized. HUGE selection of STIHL products.

Everything is so organized.They have a great staff, but theres one in particular that i really like. Her name is Traci, and she is knowledgeable of the store, and very excited about spring because of all the plants, yard art, and so much more. She is so pleasant and friendly! Ace, your lucky to have her!

I buy building or home improvement items at least three to four times a week. I usually shop for items based on price, or location, where I might drive 50 miles to save a lot of money. However, I stopped at Dills Ace Hardware to look for a few things. To be honest, this is the cleanest , most organized hardware store I've ever been in. There is no shortage of knowledgeable staff who were willing to help in any way. The customer service is what sets this store above every other hardware store I've been in. For a 5 star experience, go to Dills Ace Hardware in Ocilla, you will not be disappointed.

Love this place. Competitively priced, and they are super friendly! We will be doing all of our lumber shopping there! They have so much for a local hardware store, and adding Ace was a huge plus!

Ace is the place to go!!! They are like a convenient store.. saves you time but more expensive then Lowe's.. You will pay $3.00 more for a 2x6 at Ace!!!
