It was in Gainsville, Georgia, not Florida. It was truly a Supercent. It has everything, grocies, pharmacy, outdoor, standard depaent store and huge parking lot that was full. It was very clean and orderly. It's huge!

Always well stocked. Employees are very helpful if location of an item on the list can't be found. The parking lot is huge. There is a nail salon, a car repair area, tire change area, a pharmacy, a bakery and shoppers don't have to bake their own chicken. Walmart is also cheaper on gas than most service stations and cheaper on groceries..

As long as everything works great and the prices ring up right, you can get in and out quickly during morning shifts. It is quite the social event with all the employees hanging out and talking to each other... Or outside at both entrances smoking where the carts are. And they are not doing team meetings, their conversations are quite loud and colorful.

Went to this Walmart on 3/17/2024 around noon We used self-check. The machine wasn't working. The employee was extremely rude and suspended our transaction then walked away. Mind you we had already waited in line. She wasn't willing to help us out, walked away and said "there's nothing I can do about that". Luckily another customer was willing to let us go on another register seeing the trouble this employee cause. Not only that but she was simply playing on her phone and eager to get right back to that. PATHETIC customer service when the CUSTOMERS are doing better than the staff.

We’ve been using this location for the last 4 years. Friendly customer service when you need to ask a question. Most of the time shelves are well stocked! Great location, plenty of parking. The pickup service is nice to have. Placed your order the night before and pick up next day.

This is a very rare Walmart. I love coming here. I recently had 4 tires put on my car and I was out of there in less than one hour. Extremely professional workers and well staffed. I definitely recommend this Walmart to anyone who has been disappointed by others. 👍🏼👍🏼

I recently ordered grocery worth $100 from walmart and I received a package of bagels that were expired, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. When I opened the package, I noticed that the bagels were already past their expiration date, and some of them had visible mold on them. I'm disappointed that Walmart would send out expired and moldy products, and I hope that they take steps to improve their quality control in the future.

I've tried numerous times to get someone to come back to the Lego case to get something, on three different days. They page them, but no one ever shows up. Apparently nobody has the keys.This is ridiculous.

NEVER! enough cashiers. You have to check out your own stuff and then they want to check your receipt at the door. Also the garden center is always closed. You can't use the garden center door. As much money Walmart makes they can afford to hire and pay people.

Normal shopping is alright, but went here for an electronic item. no other customers back there at this time. asked the worker about item, he said he would grab it from the back. Another customer walked up and he started helping him while I was still waiting for him to get my item, after this happened 3 more times, I was sir can you please take care of me, he turned to help someone else, so I told him to just forget it and walked out and went to best buy. Since they locked up all the phone accessories they are more focused on opening cases for them instead of selling the high dollar items. They open case and hand it to them so what good is it being locked up?

So I work from 6am to 11:30pm and today I needed to purchase a new Roku I was able to get off work at 10:30 pm. I flew straight to Walmart and couldn’t find any help in the back at electronics ( about 10:45 pm ) I asked three different associates for help. They said that they would go in the back and get the keys. They never came back out and as 11:05 hits a gentleman comes around and tells me they stop helping people in the back around 10:30 at night. What kind of service is that? The store is open till 11. Why can I not Purchase the items I come for.

I'm a Uber eats delivery driver, we pick up online Walmart orders from time to time. Tonight I was picking up a order for delivery and checked in at 5:56pm and didn't receive the items till 9:08pm. 3 hours wait time is ridiculous. I understand it's the holiday season and staffing shortages, but if your store can't handle the amount of deliveries due to shortages of staff or products then let another store handle it. I won't be delivering from this store again. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would.

I have decided I'm done purchasing food from this location and most others as well. It seems everytime I go in the store the foods are not fresh at all and the other food items are expired or on the verge of expiring. Everytime I was doing pick up it seemed like the person shopping it wasn't looking for fresh things either. The last time I had ordered I got Bananas and literally the next day they were going bad. I was missing items receiving things I didn't order. My yogurt was expired the bread was hard and within 2 days started getting moldy my apples were really nasty. And I wish I could say the other parts of the store were pleasant but a lot of product was misplaced prices were not right and just made for a bad experience

Trucks, NO parking. The sign says $500 cash to take boot off, if you don't have the cash they will tow it to impound with a $1400 tow bill. I used to stop here and shop while doing a 10 hr break.

walmart had several cashiers open. they are beginning to limit self check. I didn't like working for them without the benefits anyway. I find all the walmarts seem to be laid out a little differently. this makes it hard to find things. you can search the app. not knowing what the letters mean you still don't know what area to search to.

I usually avoid Walmart because the customer service is typically non-existent, and it certainly has been today.My boyfriend ordered an item to be picked up curbside. After waiting over half an hour and seeing no employees attending to the other waiting vehicles, he attempted to call. No department would pick up the phone.Had an employee approach the vehicle with a robot vacuum, asking if it was for us. It wasn't, and I'm just concerned about what process is in place. When you check in for curbside, you have to put in a spot number. Do the employees not see this? Because I saw at least one other review of a person's order being given to someone else.In addition, after waiting for close to 45 minutes, my boyfriend went to the counter and asked to just pick up his curbside item. They said he *had* to pick it up curbside, and they couldn't help him. Really? It is absolutely ridiculous to have customers waiting for so long for any of their items! It is especially concerning when I myself observed several employees simply loafing about on their phones in the aisles, clearly not doing whatever their assigned task is.It is a huge failure for a company to offer a service they clearly aren't able to deliver on.Do better.At the time of this review, we are *still* waiting.

Between in store shopping and online delivery, made college preparation shopping 🛍 so much easier. What I can't find in store usually is in stock online at a different location. Sometimes delivery comes in earlier than expected so that's even better with our time crunch. 😁

Every time we place a pickup order we wait 40+ min once we arrive. Twice this week they have cost us time which is money! The computer system said we weren't there when in fact we were checked in already both times. We had to exit our car and find the employee. There are ALWAYS empty cars parked in the pickup spaces. People park there and go in-store to shop because it's convenient. The signs say you will be towed if you do that but I've never seen anyone towed yet! In fact, one manager said they don't tow them because it is too costly and time-consuming for Walmart. I contend that once word got out that cars are being towed the in-store shoppers will stop parking there. This Walmart also claims pickup customers get first priority over delivery drivers. Not true!!! Every time I'm there I see those drivers pull up, get loaded, and sent on their way while regular customers are left to wait long periods of time! And the GREETER spoke NO ENGLISH when I went inside for a manager! One word for Walmart: AMAZON!!!

CHECK ALL YOUR PRICES BEFORE COMPLETING CHECKOUT. Twenty percent of my purchase was incorrectly priced from the shelf tags shown. This considered a form of stealing from the customer!!! You can use the Walmart app and double check the prices of products, as this location changes prices in their system BEFORE adjusting/correcting their shelf tags.

Store was crazy busy and of course, there are few checkouts open, unless you do self checkout and there was still a long line.Had to help the lady in front of me checkout because she was struggling to work the machine, so I should be getting an employee discount.

This is not my usual location due to safety concerns but we went before dark and it was okay and they had everything we went for. The Lady in electronics was super helpful and nice. I just wish I could remember her name.

I absolutely hate coming here. The most ratchet place on earth besides Chicago. It's like little Mexico meets the wild west. Constant police being called for shoplifters. People letting their kids run around causing chaos. None of the employees offer help and run when they see you. Pricing is always off. Just literally hell on earth

This Walmart is by far the worst Walmart to shop at. Placed a curbside pickup on 11/24/23 for a pickup time of 4-5pm, and have been sitting here for almost 2 hours now. They won't cancel my order, so I'm stuck sitting here. The employees walk like snails, and bring an order out every 15 min. How these kids hold a job is beyond me. Management better take a closer look at the laziness of these kids. I understand its Black Friday, then management should be prepared and be fully staffed.and to top it off, I called the store 7 times, and not one department would answer their phone .Finally got in touch with the main number that handles all curbsides, and their response was $10 in Walmart cash!REALLY.......... Keep your fing Walmart cash because I won't be ordering from you again.......Update......At 7:43 I received a text that my order was picked up. Really, because I was home by then because the help line assured me they cancelled the order.Called corporate only to be told they can't cancel my order. So someone has my $150 order, and I can't cancel it.The slowest most incompetent business I have ever seen...

Every time I go to this store, I swear I'll never come back. The employees openly don't care, can't wait to get out of there and wish you weren't there as well. The lines are impossibly long, largely due to the fact that they seem to think more employees are needed to stand around doing nothing than checking people out. It is messy, sometimes dirty and logic will get you nowhere when trying to find something. Neither will asking any of the employees standing around. They won't hear you anyway because most of them are wearing earbuds and listening to music. If it wasn't for the fact that I can find almost anything there and usually at a decent price, I wouldn't ever go back. Somebody needs to give them some competition!
