I am that very, very picky dog mom. I literally treat my fur baby like my child. I have never had a bad experience here. The usually groom my baby and are calling me to come get him in 2 hours or less. I’ve referred some of my customers and closest friends to Bark and Paws and they have all been very happy as well. The owner is amazing.

Great and friendly staff. It's usually very easy to get your furbaby in within a day or two. Prices are a little confusing sometimes, but they are still fairly priced. They do a great job on my golden doodle.

The picture on the left is before the one on the right is individual after you could not tell Toby's ears from the hair this place really loves on these babies and I am just beyond ecstatic that we have found a place that takes so many extra measures to accommodate our babies needs. I highly recommend them and I am very particular about my babies. One of our babies is kind of special emotionally and he is very timid but he came in this house just as proud as a peacock and I don't know of anything else to say other than thank you Lord

I have been taking my dog to Bark N Paws for almost 2 years. They are always quick to respond & get my pup in the same week for grooming. Their prices are great & Remi loves going to get groomed. Highly recommend this place!!!

Best groomer ever!!!! So good with our large Sheepadoodle named Harriett who is 1. Also they are EXTREMELY affordable. They always give us little upgrades at no charge (this time was a blowout with Christmas bows). Love that they are locally owned too. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!Can’t figure out how to add a photo but I would!!

This was my first time at this groomers. I have taken my Pom to a number of places and they have done the most incredible job of making my Pom beautiful. She came home completely Stressless and was a happy puppy. Thank you bark and paw. I will be back and will suggest you to all of my Pets mama and Daddies

We recently moved to the area and had an awful experience with a pet supplies groomer. Our girl had a few mats in her tail that we weren’t able to get out but these groomers did amazing!! Our girl smells great, they groomed her exactly the way we could’ve expected and sent her with the cutest bows and bandana. Highly recommend!

I went a while back, but didn’t get the chance to review it until now. I didn’t have a problem with my dog’s haircut. What I strongly disliked was that they don’t ask for proof for vaccinations.I’m not sure if it’s legally required for all groomers to ask, but I felt uneasy leaving her there. I did not want to cause a scene when I dropped her off so I knew I would never come back here again. Do not risk the life of your dog by coming here please

First two times I brought my puppy I was extremely pleased with their work. My little fur baby came back happy and smelled great, not only that but had a cute little bandana! Was very pleased with the work the first few times but I recently brought him in for a last minute appointment. When I took him out on a walk I noticed very strange limping. I could tell he wanted to keep running and playing but when I picked up him to analyze the issue, I noticed his back nails were cut too short and not even straight!! I also found a rash behind his ear which may have been from one of the pets there. I am completely devastated. We will not be returning.

Not satisfied with their services at all, the thing that worried me the most was that they didn’t ask for my puppy’s vaccines. My puppy’s hair cut is so uneven. My puppy has some scratches that they did with the trimmer in his belly and they put a perfume with a horrible smell on him.

My puppy got his second ever grooming session at Bark and Paws Oakwood. He got out of there absolutely handsome! Marisol cut my doggie’s hair beyond expectations, he was so soft and smelled so so good. I wish he looked and smelled this great every day :) they also have Day care and Boarding. I’m definitely a returning customer, and I totally recommend

My dog's grooming experience was a disaster. The groomer cut my dog's neck and tried to cover up the bleeding with a liquid band-aid without informing me. Unprofessional and unethical, I strongly advise finding another groomer.

If you read this review then keep your animal away from this place. I usually take my pom to petsmart (BTW they are fantastic with him) but instead of paying $100+ I decided that I would try a local small business groomer and save a little money. He was dropped off, and two hours later we had heard nothing. We called, couldn't get anyone to answer, then they finally call back and say he is ready like nothing was wrong and said it is just $50, which was strange because we were quoted $60. I go in the building and tell them that I am there for my dog and every employee disappears and goes to the back and then I hear my pom screaming absolutely bloody murder!!! I waited another 10 mins before the hispanic guy comes up and just says give me 1 more minute ok? Obviously, trying to hide something! He then comes to the front with google translate because he says he can't speak English now and it says "we weren't able to cut your dog because he was very nervous, we recommend you go get him sedated at the vet before grooming because we couldn't do anything".... I have never had an issue with PetsMart.... Then two ladies and a guy come up with my Pom and one guy has a glove on and is squishing my dogs face, has his neck twisted and then sits him on the ground. When he took the glove off my dogs face and neck, my pom stumbled around for a min until he saw me and then came over for comfort. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GROOMING SALON. They will injure your pup and claim something else! Why in the world was my dog at your grooming facility for over 2 hours and nothing was done? They tried charging me $50 for a half wash and like 1 nail clipping, needless to say they didn't get anything. Upon bringing him home, he is now snippy at my other pups and is acting scared. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

I love this place! We get the deshedding bath and nails clipped. My dog is super difficult to deal with when it comes to cutting her nails but these ladies do a great job with her! Plus she always gets a cute bandana to wear home. Nice little touch!

I would give zero or negative stars if I could! Twice I have taken my Cavapoos here for nail trimming. The first experience left me with a bad feeling but since nothing bad occurred I gave them a second chance. I will NEVER go back! My 12 and 18 pound dogs were going to be allowed to roam free in a room of various sized dogs. What especially worried me was the enormous pit bull running free! I told the groomer that if the pit and another lg dog were not secured then I would leave with my dogs. He reluctantly agreed and put them in a room that they were then able to get out of. Again I had to tell him to keep that pit secured and away from my small babies. He did so but tried to argue that the pit was friendly (Ha! Don't even get me started on that. People have been so dumbed down that no one knows the origin of pits and the meaning of the word instinct!) When we were leaving I asked if it was their normal procedure to just let everyone’s dogs mingle together. He said yes, it was. I said this is a grooming salon not a doggie daycare. He said they had a daycare in the other part of the building and the dogs could just roam inside at will. Then he tried to tell me the big dog I was worried about was a boxer not a pit further infuriating me!! I grew up with an uncle who raised boxers and a best friend who had one. I know a boxer from a pit!! What further bothers me about the establishment is that your dog is taken behind a petition wall where you can't see what is going on. You can't see in the grooming area at all!!! And to top it all off....... only one person there speaks English so communication is an issue too. I highly recommend that you do NOT take your dog here! Ever!!

The two people in there- forgot their names- were amazing. Great prices, great staff. Very friendly. We went to get my Great Dane’s nails clipped which can be a challenge. They did a wonderful job.

Fantastic groomer...they treat our Golden Retriever, Bailey, so good and she is not afraid at all like she has been at other groomers. Bailey smells so good and her coat is like silk. Bark and Paws will be our #1 groomer from now on!

My dog is not the easiest to deal with and they were fantastic with him. He smelled so good and his coat was lighter and not shedding as much. They also did a great job trimming his nails as they were getting pretty long.

We took our dog to get groomed here for the very first time when they first opened. Our dog is known to "snap" when handed over to a stranger (a.k.a the vet), so we were nervous when dropping her off. I was surprised when my dog actually let me hand her over. She didn't "snap" or whine. At pickup, the owner said she did great and I could tell our dog really enjoyed it and felt comfortable. We were very happy with the results. They even put little stick-on bows on her and she looked super cute! We 100% recommend! The owner is super friendly as well!
