Come on jimmy carter Walmart!!!! Sam Walton would turn over in his grave if he could see your customer service...Just because it's 830.. or whatever time you want your associate to get off your clock, if the line is all the way back to the back wall of the store, keep some staff to handle the customers. This seems to be a regular thing to! Not a one off... this is really how little you value your customers time. Shame on you for not caring about your customers.

I am writing this because I promised the young lady Mrs. Wanda I would write her a review on Google. I purchased a lot of groceries during my visit to the store and when I tried to help, she stopped me and told me that was her job and I should just relax and she also called me a king which made my day. Thank you Mrs. Wanda for your exceptional service

Had a recent inquiry with the online grocery department. Customer service and the front end team lead were very helpful in directing me to the online grocery team lead. Upon meeting the team lead acknowledging it she walked away without saying anything. I thought she would return but after 12 minutes I realized she wasn't. I hesitate to rate the entire store based on an interaction with one manager but its hard not to.

This store is always in complete chaos. The produce section is the worst. They seem to have enough employees, so I'm not sure what the issue is.Also, whenever I do my grocery order for delivery, something is always substituted that's actually in the store. I ordered 9 umbrellas, and they said they didn't have them , so they're shipped instead. But as you can see, I drove there myself to pick up 10 instead. Now, when the others arrive in three days, I'll have to go back and return them.

One of the busiest WM I've been to. Clean, organized, though. A plus is that "Money Services" is separate from "Customer Service" because the MS line was very long. Lots of taxi rides available outside store.

There were no available baskets upon walking thru entrance. It was so incredibly crowded/busy that it was difficult and sometimes impossible to go down isles. Most inconvenience was that there shelves were barely stocked and common things I went in for were UNavailable! Regretful, unpleasant visit.

This Walmart is disgusting and my husband pointed out that there was microbial growth where the milks were at. I wouldn't buy your milk here if I was you.Edit on 10/24/2023 (5days after initial review): the bars were cleanedReview on 10/24/2023: now their egg section needs to be cleaned as well

Not enough cashiers,a huge store doesn't want to hire personal.i dont like to be there just cause the slow big line. the guys who check the receipt by the door they kinda racist. They let some races go and they check other races like thieves 😞

Every time I order something from Walmart delivery they sent products from here and almost always my food is rotten. Also I have to deal with the delivery drivers most of them from Venezuela and they are so rude.

Very busy overcrowded store that is constantly out of what I needed Apple pay card. Customer service was mediocre and you get the feeling from the workers like they really don't want to be bothered if you ask them a question for help. I would have gave them 2 stars but it's Wal mart a major brand that is trusted

I picked up my daughter’s birthday cake and 24 count cupcakes from the bakery that was made by Ms.Stefanie and let me just say my order exceeded my expectations! From the start when placing my order Ms.Stefanie was hands on and all ears and made my vision of my daughters cake reality! She was so kind and kept communication open when it came to my order ! She’s definitely 10 stars in my book ! Everything was delicious and FRESH! If anyone is ever looking for a cake to be made for any special occasion please ask for Ms.Stefanie you will not be disappointed!!!!!

I came to this store to return a few things without a receipt, and I am aware of the 150 a year limit. this location said they can only take back 25.00 a transaction. so I could only return I thing. I guess each Walmart has different Policys? Also, the store was a mess. on Shelfs, nothing was where it was supposed to be. Not going back.. The clearance aisle was good. That's it

This walmart is only a convenience type of walmart as it is my closest one. Today, I saw a plate of food left in the chip aisle, it also looked like it had been there for awhile. Not sure who it was left by, but that's very unhygienic and dirty for any store to have. There was also another instance a few weeks ago where I saw a pack of very molded bread loaf left on a bottom shelf in another aisle. The other pictures that are posted showing dirty sections are true. I have seen it as well.They also seem to hardly restock and the customer service isn't the greatest, just fair. Definitely one of my least favorite locations.

I strongly think they train their customer service employees to be as rude and unhelpful as possible. I have been to many other walmarts where this is never an issue it’s always just this location.

Pick ups were so so so slow. Waited over 20 minutes for just a couple of items.When I entered the pick up center as I got tired of waiting, the staffs told me to just wait.Only one female staff carrying everything and the rest of like 5ish staffs were just hanging out at the warehouse.And they gave me a wrong item. I ordered a dress and they got me a shirt with different style and price... i had to go back to the store only to find out they don't have any inventory for what i ordered...

I don’t know the woman’s name but she is maybe in her late 20s early 30s black woman she was wearing brown and she was so freaking helpful. My delivery order was missing an item and even though she said the delivery driver picked it up I never received it and she still gave me one. I am truly grateful for her. I know it’s small, but it’s the little things that matter. She’s a great manager, and you should give her a raise. She’s the manager for pick up and delivery.

Today another great experience at 4975 Jimmy Carter Walmart. The store leader, went out of his way to make sure I was taken care. Someone asked me how's my day, and I had to make sure I was in the right place, and someone spoke lol. They haven't disappointed me yet, even though I walk into every Walmart waiting for disappointment, but not surprising. At this Walmart, it's usually a positive experience. So the leadership at this location should implement customer service training in other Wal-Mart. This store 😍 👌 thank you

I had a terrible racism interaction with an employee (Heather) or whatever her name is a very rude lady that needs to be fired or remove from the floor she was acting like she was going to hit me cursing in front of my three kids she Threatening me that she was go get the police just cause I ask her to scan something that was not scanning this happened in 4/15 around 5:40pm also a few minutes before this happened she try to kick out of the store a Hispanic man that didn’t speak English cause she didn’t understand him

Haven’t been to a super Walmart in a few years (out of the country), and it was exactly what I remembered. This particular location was very clean and had an overall good vibe.

The two employees I brought up to the manager I hope get shout outs because they are truly amazing and although this Walmart is a struggle sometime I have to say the employees I have met are very friendly!!! Shout out to Ms. Shirley for always being fantastic!!

This Walmart makes people stupid they put up rollback prices and they charge you actual price i bought cosmic crisp apples which has rollback sign and the rollback price was $1.47 per lb but they still charged me for$ 1.98 which was the regular price

I just went to the store today to make a return and was denied because they said that electronics have to be returned to the store you purchased them. Which is not Walmart policy and when I pointed that out the manager said not all Walmarts have the same policy to which I said, but that is not your policy can you show me where And they just said no. This is highly inconvenient for me because I was trying to return something and purchase something else for work on my lunch break and don’t have time to drive 45 minutes to the store where I purchased it now I am not going to get what I needed for work today, and it’s all on the whim of a manager, taking policy into her own hands.

Prices have come down on some things. Otherwise everything is too high in Walmart. Certain locations I can't find what I want and most locations the produce if iffy.

It was clean in this particular Walmart. I had not been to one in a while. Of course, I was again shocked to see how many people go to a public place with fuzzy house shoes on, but then I remembered..this is Walmart. lol After walking the whole length of the store, I must admit I was in aw of all the merchandize they have in this store. I found some great deals and decided to go to the automotive department to find a tire inflator. One very kind employee, Jamie, went out of his way to help me find what I needed. This is the kind of employee that restores your faith in humanity. He did not stop until he found the exact item I needed. I thanked him and told him to please never change. lol I self checked out very easily and am happy to report that the $16 air inflator worked great. Also, I should mention that there is a little carnival for the kids just outside this walmart. Very cute.

Unfortunately , this is the closest walmart to where I live so sometimes I have to stop there on my way home from work at 10:30 at night. They don't stock throughout the day, only after they close, so most of the time, almost all meat, eggs, etc. are sold out. They always have pallets of things they are going to stock, and the stockers are blocking almost every path everywhere. I've gone during the day and things that any walmart should have, they don't. They also cater mostly to the Hispanic community. Most of the time there's Hispanic music playing over the loud speakers and there are almost always people in the parking lot hocking their goods. Now that I have a vehicle, I won't be going there anymore. By the way, I'm not racist, my ex wife is from Mexico. I'm just calling it as I've experienced it.

Walmart's prices are too high now so it's a very stressful experience to shop there. The produce is not good quality either. Certain stores I just can't find what I'm looking for or items are not in stock. It's frustrating
