Another Walgreens to not go to. Please at this point you have been warned. You would imagine that if pharmacists hours are changed they would let you know. Nope. Walgreens in a time long ago was a great place to go now they just follow in the steps of some many others. Suck and charge a lot to just be bad. Skip this place.

Waited over 15 minutes for assistance in cosmetics just for them not to carry the product anyway. Waste of time. All I needed was 1 minute to ask a question if that.

First off the cashier guy tried to shortchange me, then had me wait 20 minutes so he can count down his drawer all over for $10. I had to Uber up there that day and the Uber couldn’t wait anymore so I had to pay for another Uber to get home….then I go to the pharmacy and they tried to charge me $89 for a prescription with insurance…I go to Kroger and paid $11

Wrong customer service ever, the associate Quashia. I just came here to buy medicines for my 8 years old daughter. She attended me with a angry face; their system went down because of the internet service. She said to me that if she restated then POS it would take 20 minutes to reboot. I nicely told her if she can add my stuff up and just add 7% tax on top of my total I could pay her cash because I was I a kind of a hurry having my kid sick. She just told me that wasn’t her job to do and that was to much for her. Obviously she doesn’t care about your customers

I picked a prescription for my surgery on Monday,had my surgery Wednesday when I opened my bottle I was supposed to have 40 pills only had 26 and they charged me for them. I know my insurance covers it because I just had surgery in my back and they gave me 60 and I didn’t pay a dime. Called the pharmacy and they said it was 40 pills and that they did a double count. I had 26 screws, 4 plates and bob wire removed from my foot from my shattered ankle surgery 3 years ago. I know the lady who took my prescription from me originally took the pills after they did the count and charged me for them as well. She called me 10 minutes after I have her the prescription and said it would be $100 but she could put a discount on it and it would be $50. She’s stealing pills and money from customers who need medication. I had to file a police report for the pills missing l. Then she doubled back and said she called my doctor and asked him to write a prescription for the 14 pills missing and my doctor’s office said they never received a call from them. Someone at this pharmacy stole my medicine and I’m the one who is suffering because of it. I hope she enjoys her high and the money she stole from someone who really needs it. If you can go some where else do it.

I enjoy coming here, I have never had any issues, and am surprised by the many bad reviews. I think it's time for us to start thanking people everywhere for what they do. This life isn't easy and people are trying to endure the times we are in, along with raising their families, serving God and so many other things. Thank you to evey Walgreens employee in the world! Jesus Christ Loves Everyone and died on the cross for our sins! God bless you!

Got off work to pick up my medicine. There was so miscommunication/confusion with the insurance and their system being lockout. Giving me a copay that I did not have. Their pharmacy tech Kaitlin was very rude. Throwing my medication back in bin and stating I have to contact my insurance company. Fast forward, I contacted my insurance company they stated it should not be a co pay as I originally said. Instead of Kaitlin helping she turned me away.I came back after talking to the insurance company. Darlaine (another tech) and the pharmacist helped with with no attitude. Darlaine took the time to figure things out, call another store and made me feel as though I mattered. I’m a nurse and after working an 12 hour shift the last thing I want to deal with is attitude and disrespect from people. If you don’t like being in the business and company of helping others it’s plenty of other jobs that are short staffed and needs workers. Treat people the way you want you or your family to be treated.Thank you again Darlaine ! Continue making strives and wonderful impact in peoples’ life !

The pharmacy is bad. They don’t communicate well enough with each other about what’s going on with customers (had to wait in the drive-thru for 3 minutes before being acknowledged with no one in front of me at all and then had to leave and get called back to be informed on what happened to my prescription). They also led me to believe my insurance doesn’t cover Walgreens pharmacy because she probably entered the information wrong. My dad told me our insurance has no limits on pharmacies, so I should have just gone anywhere else and avoided this mess.

Went in to get the COVID vaccine. Appointment was at 9:40. My dad has work to go to so we can't stay for long. Turns out the pharmacist giving the shots arrived later than us and there was around 10 people infront of us. I did not get the vaccine, since we were running late. I thought we had appointment times for a reason but I guess not. Very bad service.

I have given the five stars because of only Tyra who work in photo and printout department. She is very very helpful in any manner and like her the way she give me the service. It was very important for me to get photos printout on that day and she help lot because I was new to Walgreen that day. Some people die to help others and she is one of those. God bless u with good health and wealth.

Thee ABSOLUTE WORSE PHARMACY I have ever been to in my entire life . Extremely unprofessional, even the store manager !! They wanted to charge me $400.00 for medicine to treat UTI for 7 days , and for a prescription that helps treat nausea. then told me if I go to Publix it would be cheaper .. which it was , at publix , I didn't pay a penny . that specific location should be shut down permanently in my opinion! I have dealt with plenty Walgreens . In fact, my favorite location is on peachtree parkway in peachtree corners! Extremely professional and courteous .

Had a terrible experience with cashier Taja and Manager Derrick when i tried using a manufacturer coupon, she said this coupon is “fake” when i got it straight from the newspaper. Its not about accepting the coupon is about the fact that they embarrassed me in front of everyone calling it fake. The level of professionalism is terrible there! I will never shop at walgreens in my life! I’ll keep going to CVS where they so treat me with respect!

Once again I had issues getting my medication. And once again the ladies at this Walgreens went above and beyond in customer service to help me. I used to go to Walgreens at chambers dunwoody. They never helped. They had subpar service. But at this Walgreens they have always been so wonderful and helpful! They all deserve a raise!

Sorry pharmacy staff including the manager. Went back and forth with them for a week and the doctors office about a simple prescription went to the one in Tucker was in and out in 5 mins.

I came to bathroom area and found they keep the restrooms doors locked. I came back to cashier and asked him to open the door for me. He told something by phone, I came back to the restrooms area. Nothing happened after this. Okay, I have another trip back to cashier. And then I studied, the door is locked because someone "she" just cleaned the restroom. I couldn't understand where is connection between these two facts, clean restroom and locked door. I asked cashier, if they think I will do it dirty... he said no, but he couldn't give me any acceptable execuse.

Incompetent and RUDE!!!!!!! I called a week ahead of time, they make a mistake order the wrong prescription and then they act like it's my fault! Now it's an emergency on my part to find a pharmacy that carries my prescription without even an apology. I totally understand how folks completely lose it over complete idiots at businesses!!!!!
