Worst Petsmart ever they sold me a guinea pig that was sick and he was only a baby with no hesitation. I don’t have a problem going to the vet and buying him medicine but the problem was they had a vet inside which was only provided for cats and dogs and now my guinea pig is sick as Dog fighting for his life they don’t care about their animals. They keep them in small enclosures and they are just the worst. I don’t even want to give them a star they should be shut down

Customer service was terrible. Didn’t direct me anywhere or assist with anything. My interaction with the cashier was very poor she had a terrible attitude. When I approached the manager and employee on the floor I waited until they finished their conversation and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Just said yes and wanted me to proceed with my question. I didn’t even buy anything from the establishment since their employees have such poor attitudes. This company needs to look into who they’re hiring. Petsmart is for pet people who actually want to be at work. Not people who could care less about any and anything around them besides a check.

On the surface, they seem to like animals, but they are commercial. PetSmart doesn't sell animal allergy medicine or ointment and casts for injuries. The hospital sells them, but they sell them for several times more expensive.

The staff at PetSmart PTC has been absolutely wonderful to my family and my pup, Daphne for the last 10 years. Daphne is greated and loved on just like I would when I take her in. The veterinary staff is phenomenal. Dr. J and Dr. H are knowledgeable, kind and genuinely caring. Enid and Jana may be our favorites, though. They both helped pick out Daphne's new Christmas sweater and always approve of her new toys. Thank you all for loving on my baby the way you do!!

I’ve tried 3 times to get my dog spayed at this location. I finally get an appointment only to show up and no one have access to the building because they are waiting for petsmart to open the building. I will find a regular vet.

At PetSmart, there is a Furkids cat adoption room , the volunteers are awesome and PetSmart staff was as well. Great place to adopt a kitty and buy all kind of supplies they will need.

The in-store pick-up option when you purchase something online is handy. It saves you time and money. You can also allow someone else to pick up the item for you.There is also an option to have the item delivered straight-away to your door (you can pick a day and time). Unfortunately, however, every time I have tried to purchase authority dog food the quick delivery option hasn't been available.Pro tip- check out the clearance section for great deals on toys!

Came here with our new puppy to get some essentials. Had everything I needed. Everything was well stocked and tidy. Staff were nice, polite, and fast when there was a sudden rush.

So i went here today to groom my dog Caramel after him not being groomed for a good 2 months. It was much needed. The employees were all really sweet about his matting and shagginess, and I asked for a puppy trim, which is just trimming around the sanitary areas, bases of the paws, and the face. They did okay around the face, but didn't do a great job around the sanitary area. I literally laughed when I realized half of his belly was shaved off. He also has a skin infection and I don't think they were careful enough around his private area, although I do know that trimmers can be sharp around there. Needless to say I probably won't come back here for grooming, but at least they were very hospitable.

Manager refused to give online pickup order after pickup confirmation from Petsmart that order was ready for pickup because coupon made items “too cheap”. Wasted gas and time driving all the way to Norcross. Spend your money at Petco

We have various pets and you can find all the items you need here for animals (mammals) , reptiles and fish. We like to get the crickets for the geckosThere's a vet, animal training and many people bring their pets in. Even occasional free adoptions

I had a terrible experience with the PetSmart grooming today. When I went to pick up my dog they claimed that she would not let them cut her nails so they only could do a few of them on one paw, and didn't offer to reduce the price of the service. I usually take her to a PetSmart in a different city and they have literally never had an issue doing that and always told me my dog is well behaved for her grooming appointments. They also called me about 45 minutes earlier for pickup than my usual location. It seems like they were just lazy and didn't want to take the effort to do her nails- the ones she did cut (only 2) were poorly done. Disappointed and now I have to bring my dog somewhere else for her nails after I paid full price here.

I believe I was racially profiled. I walked into this store to buy cat food. I walked in with my hood on that day because it was cold outside. Upon entering an employee kept hanging around me and asking me questions. I am not a confrontational person so I did say anything at the time. However I felt that this employee felt the need to be around because I was going to shop lift. I’ve worked in retail so I know when some one is suspicious of stealing you must give them customer service to “prevent them”. This experience felt very much like that. Please train your employees better. I eventually bought my food and left but I will not be returning again

Love the grooming here. Annabella is great and very gentle with my nervous dog. We had express service which was great for my dog. He was bathed immediately and we were in and out in no time..I highly recommend.

It's ok, the workers aren't very attentive and you have to go and find someone who works there if you need help with anything. There's also usually a very long long and 1 or 2 people at registers. Never go here when during popular hours.

Super clean and decently stocked. However the only associate that I saw, was the one working the register. She was nice and was multitasking, answering the phone, and using the radio.Unfortunately, there was a woman, I assume a manager because she was sitting in a room at a desk, who was pretty sassy and snappy. She was also multitasking, but she wasn't as friendly as the girl working the register. There was a moment where she responded pretty rudely to the girl checking me out and it was kind of awkward.

I have been using this location for grooming for a few months. I thought they did a great job. I picked up my dog today and did not see much of a difference from when I brought him in this morning. I have had wonderful experience with customer service in the past however today was not as positive. I know my dog is cleaner- trimmed up some but the price was more this time and not much of a difference from when I brought him in.
