Ugh... I didn't wanna have to do this but I have to.... The past couple of times I've been getting produce here were God awful. I got portobello mushrooms, most of them had mold.This past week that I went to get honey crisp apples and blueberries were both also moldy. Please be aware and make sure your produce is okay before leaving the store of completely avoid at all costs!

These bananas in the reduced produce section seemed to be good but underneath the back taped area was bad.Actually the 5 for.99 cents ended up being 2 for .99 not bad still if I was an employee at Kroger I would've threw the 3 bad ones away from the jump because It would be hard for me to put things out to sale customers if the product has perished or expired. ( CHECK EXPIRATION DATE AND QUALITY OF SALE OR REDUCED ITEMS ). FYI Some items that have a good sale price isn't accurate when you get to the check-out The price on the oven roasted ravioli in the bag sits in the center( As shown in the photo) of the box ravioli that says 4.79. The price for the bag is 13.00 once you scan it at the register. There are many other products done the same especially the eggs.

The store manager has a way of making his customers feel uncomfortable and me as a former employee thought to speak up on this issue he thinks he’s helping but he’s not. He does not know how to talk to people have no idea what he’s doing in customer service. I’ve had customers who he’s tried to help just not buy items and leave because of how he talks and it’s not just the customers it’s the employees too…..he tends to talk OVER people instead of listening to them….his listening skills SUCKS….. my coworkers work they hardest every day but him that mf needs a reality check on how to treat people and talk to people

I have been going to this Kroger for many years for groceries and prescriptions. I lived close by until moving to Stone Mtn 3 years ago but my life still brings me nearby so I haven’t switched. I have 2 kudos to give out…First to Joseph in the pharmacy. He was new to this location just a few years ago but it didn’t take long to recognize me by name as a regular as well as my insurance needs. I recently had my mother’s Rx transferred here, he greeted me with his sweet smile and was already pulling up my account when I told him I was picking up my mom’s meds. I gave him her information and asked if she also uses a discount card like mine. That was so sweet and he applied the discount which saved mom money…Thanksgiving you Joseph!!The next is for Matthew that was working the Deli counter a few days ago. I was going to be out of town for a few days so I was getting some groceries for mom before I left. The ready-baked chickens are a staple in her diet and there were NONE under the heater, I panicked, then asked when more would be out?? Matthew told me 30-40 minutes, okay, I had other shopping to do, I’ll check back. The last thing on my list was the chicken…they were ready to come out but he needed to clean and prep the area first…UGHH, but I understand and reassured the food is being handled properly! So I checked out with what I had, put it in the car and came back in…as soon as he saw me he picked up the bag to hand me.After writing this all out it really doesn’t sound like much of a big deal, but to me it was and their efforts really impressed me. Next time I’ll talk about the helper at self-checkout…she is quite awesome too!!

I wish I could give a zero star - I spend my money buying grocery from Kroger - its the closest store to me and most times I don't get all I need but regardless I spend 80% of my grocery money with Kroger.That being said I went to the store today to buy some chicken and other condiments to make dinner. As an immigrant whose residency is under process, I only have my international passport of course- I bought some wine and got to the counter to pay. The counter lady requests an ID and I presented my international passport- she said she cannot accept it cause Kroger Management does not accept any ID which is not a US ID! I WAS STUNNED AND PROMISED NEVER TO SPEND ANY OF MY MONEY WITH KROGER EVER AGAIN- YOU GUYS DONT RESPECT MY COUNTRY'S FORM OF ID BUT YOU WANT MY MONEY. HELL NO!. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.I'M ALSO CLOSING MY ONLINE ACCOUNT..THATS IT.

This grocery store is a little bit chaotic. The labeling on the aisles are not 100% accurate (the have bread where is labeled as canned fruit and beans where is labeled bread & rolls). The fresh products seem to be fresh, but the some of the pre-packed meat is questionable. Some or their refrigerators had frozen the ground meat.They have some of the floors dirty.As you can see in one of the pictures, they have a lot of shopping carts in front of the ice machine, making the task of getting a bag a little bot difficult. Not a place to go if you have other choices.

Waited in guest services line over 20 minutes to get a money order, called the store while in line and the phone ring for 4 minutes before someone answered and I asked if a store manager was in the store and the employee that answered the phone stated she didn't know. I asked if she could find out and let them know help was needed at guest servicesI don't usually shop at this store and after today I will not be back..

Employees here are so rude. I overheard an employee (older gentleman ) in the produce isle telling a women that he couldn't help her find something because he was busy. And then when I went to the self checkout line and needed help. One of the girls there ignored me. Once I waved her down for help she was annoyed having to help me. She got angry and told me I was scanning stuff the wrong way and walked away rambling on underneath her breath. I've shopping at this location for a year. And everytime there is always something going on with some employee being rude. Won't be going back, rather drive further away to another grocery store.

Every morning when I come in, there is never anyone working in the Deli department. I always have to find someone to come work the station and slice either cheese or deli meat for me. Current time 8:41 am.

The pharmacist, Gina, at this location has been an absolute rockstar. She is attentive, answers all questions that I have, gives great advice, and is overall very impressive. She goes above and beyond and is the best pharmacist I've ever interacted with at any location.I really appreciate her and the time and attention she spends with me. Outstanding job! Be extremely careful when buying food or drinks from this Kroger - I got this Blue Moon home only to find it was over 1 year past its expiration date. I poured it into a glass and what came out looked like Bailey's Irish Creme with a bunch of floating white snot. How the hell do you have product on the shelves for sale that is over a year expired? I'm lucky I poured it into a glass before drinking; had I just drank from the bottle I would've ingested this horrendous bacteria slurry. Absolutely, reprehensibly negligent that this was on the shelf.

Inconvenience place when you have a locked case of formula and no one knows where the key is. Store is never clean or stocked properly and barely have good customer service. Sadly only place that you can use wic and things aren’t were they are suppose to be like Walmart.

Very worse customer service ever I have experienced. I was at the self checkout,I was waiting for void my items no one was around there, I waited more then 15 minutes then I saw one lady, she was manager, she was so rude. She doesn't care about customer. I was trying to talk to her at self checkout stall and she was left without hearing anything, she ignored me. I want to buy the same item but she doesn't care.

This is my regular kroger. It's pretty decent, especially for it not being too big. I just really wanted to share this. The bakery can make really pretty things. Today they were selling frosted angelfood cake. And look how pretty this is. They make the most with the least! I do like this particular kroger quite a bit.

Produce department is terrible. Customer service line is always long! If the line isn’t long the workers are moving slow. Y’all need 2 people up there…everything else is pretty good tho. The guys in the meat department and dairy are the only ones that really speak to customers…and the white guy with the glasses in produce always speaks.

Was looking for special items for very young kitten. A cashier helped me & she took me to each item. Very helpful - went way beyond the call of duty. Didn't get her name. But I would like to thank her so much for the help she gave me. I hope she sees this. She really cared that I was ok with my choices for that 4 week old kitten. 😺💜😺

The cashiers and most of their staff are good people,But their deli department is not,First of all they need more variety of boars head products,2nd don’t tell the customer that the deli department is closed at 5pm 😂,,I hope that the management will fix their deli department issues soon.

I was in this dirty store yesterday because I didn't have time to go to Publix. I only picked up a few things wich included oranges. My son peeled a orange and it was black with meldew, he peeled another it was thesame! I bagged up the oranges and took them back today. When I went in the store NO one was at customer service and there was a man standing there very frustrated already. I proceeded to the produce department and retrieved the oranges. I then went to the register to only be told by a very rude little girl who had a name tag that said aleiah that she was closed I asked for her manager. She rolled her eyes and beckoned to the older caucasian person at the register in front of her. I asked was she the store manager and she replied yes! I told her I was trying to return the rotten oranges and she just turned away as if I wasn't there? I then put the three things on the belt and the little girl once again growled she was closed!! I told her I needed to return the oranges and since she was next to the store manager I needed to do it there. This young person was bilgerrant and disrespectful! She threw my groceries around and yelled at me the entire time! I tried to show the woman that said she was the STORE manager the rotten oranges and she ignored me! So I sat it on her register. The day prior the young man was just as rude! What is happening at this workplace? What is kroger doing to it's employees for them to be so hostile? I told the her behavior is unsafe. It's absolutely unsafe for these cashier's to just treat people that way! I see it every day! You don't know what someone is willing to do to prove their point! Customer Service is your job! If you can't handle it find something that is better suited for your education! Flip burgers checkers is hiring.

This store is Awful! Never has what I need...half of the things in the flyer are out of stock! The deli is the worst...was in there yesterday to buy cheese at 4:15 (deli is supposed to be open til 8) the lady said it was closed! I NEVER buy the pre-sliced in the case...it is sliced TOO THICK and always tastes like Rubber!! TERRIBLE Service!!

I was really excited about this newly remodeled store. However, I feel like I need to share this story. My husband went in to do our shopping on a Tuesday around 10-11AM. He had a full buggy & there was not one checkout lane open & he was told to do self check out. Well, there's not enough room for all our groceries in the self check out bagging area so he put his bags back in the buggy to make room. Alarms went off & he was accused of stealing!!! They checked all his bags & questioned him. When he questioned why there wasn't a lane open he was told they are saving money so they don't have to lay anyone off. This is so wrong to me. I have to check myself out & bag & I get in trouble for it?
