The worst service ever!! This old man with the glasses is very rude and slow! He has no urgency! I needed to load my chime card and he didn't even let the manager know I needed assistance! I told him I had a uber outside he said he didn't care I don't appreciate this at all!! Its discrimination!! Bad bad customer service!! I go to this family dollar all the time and after this I will not be taking my money there anymore!!

Clean store & decent prices, but the staff is rude & impatient. One cashier accidentally double charged me & when I came back for a refund he ignored me & the other cashier acted like I was just trying to get stuff for free. They both saw me pull these huge tubs apart & I couldn't have carried them both outside by myself. Folks need to learn how to see things from the customer's perspective.

Staff was rude, opening time is incorrect from the one listed online. I shop at this store all the time, walk the cart to my car and unload my items, and then I return the cart back into the store. I’m pregnant with a cart full of stuff and the cashier tells me AFTER watching me put my bags in the cart that I can’t take the cart outside.

I personally think the Homeline (FD's brand) is actually better than most home brands, and less expensive. The store itself is pretty organized and clean. The employees are also very pleasant. I always enjoy my trip here. Lots of hidden goodies if you have time to actually browse the aisles

The workers were very helpful.This one particular cashier went above his duty to help me since,a woman with disabilities who uses a walker, he saw that I needed help and with his assistant he made it possible for an enjoyable shopping experience.The ease of navigation around the store with a walker went smoothly without any obstacles of blockages.Wow can you believe the holiday's is upon us!, the store that I visited started putting out their holidays supplies so please stop by and show your appreciation for these hard working employees who are doing their best to make shopping at Family Dollar a positive experience.Thank You.

Love this store. Shelves are always stocked and we never had an issue with using my coupons (FD or manufacture). Staff is great and hardworking! My go to for cleaning supplies (name brand) and quick on the go snacks for my family. Thank you for the great deals!

About a month ago I came to this location to load some money on a cash app card. I was the only one in line, there were 2 employees having a convo and another at a register but not looking up. Now, I've been conditioned into coming to these places that you wait until they call next or else they'll have an attitude...so i waited and instead of them stopping their convo to SPEAK to me, one of the women points at the cashier who isnt paying attention, i look but pay no mind I don't know what that finger means...and then she points again...like a mom pointing to the corner for misbehaved child and I finally understand that she means for me to got to the cashier and I mention how she couldn't speak and pointed like I was a dog. No apology or accountability as usual🤦 I don't understand why conversations, personal or not can not be paused to attend to customers. Its lack of respect and professionalism. I decided to go to another family dollar where they had the decency to speak to me.

You can find really cute, inexpensive things that don't look super cheap. They've really stepped up their game in the decor department (a little more diversity, the baskets just keep coming decorated differently). As far as the other things like name brand cleaning/beauty products, etc...the prices can be kind of ridiculous for the quality (particularly electronics). I rarely shop for those type items there unless it's an emergency. The service is really not much of a selling point however...the slowest lines EVERRRRR. (When I saw that old timey world map I nearly screamed... PERFECTLY fit in with both Hi and Lo pieces I already had)

my experience was not the best the manager use to be pleasant and speak but now her energy is kinda weird she acts like people are trying to steal her dusty products child please if black skin bother you that much then you dont need to be working at place where minorities go.

It would be nice if there was a ramp at this end of the center, the curb is very high. The floor needs a good sweeping, the staff is friendly and helpful.

They've finished the remodel and have added a lot of new products at various price points and I'm really digging it. Still an issue with lines but seems to be mostly a problem with employee turnover/availability.
