This was my first time shopping at this particular CVS. I shopped at other stores before and met up with some rude employees. But this store the staff on shift was very friendly and helpful. The environment was very clean and friendly. The manager was very professional and polite. I would recommend anyone to shop here.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!The female manager was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and does not care about the customer or the employees. The employee was not properly trained and made a $153.95 mistake and the manager told me it was my problem, my money was gone and to get out of the store. I will never patronize cvs again. It's been 2 days and they still won't return my money.

I don't normally shop this particular CVS but I'm glad I stopped in today. I was couponing and sometimes it doesn't go as planned. However, the cashier was extremely friendly and patient with me today while I made sure to get everything right with my coupons. This store is out of my way but it's worth the trip for the service I received!

Not the type to do reviews but never have left so mad from a place. I stopped by to pick up what my daughter needed at the pharmacy was at the drop off area and the rude lady was like whats your question and I said im actually dropping off and she said well your just dropping it off and you’ll be picking it up tomorrow at that moment i was upset with this lady the way she was talking to me thankfully it was over the counter so was able to get it but I had asked for her help too because I had no clue what to get and she only said rudely it’s on aisle 10 on the left. I thought it was just me but there were two other ladies upset of how rudely they were I only experienced it with one lady but the ladies waiting experienced it with all of them. Had a bad experience last time with a young boy there this is the second not going back for a third.

Avoid like the plague.I've placed 2 online poster photo orders for local pickup with 3 different CVS locations. 2 of the 3 did not have working printers. At least the other one called me to tell me it wasn't working and to reorder with another location and suggested one.This location not only didn't call to tell me their machine wasn't working, but left 2 voicemails telling me my order was ready for pickup.When I played the voicemail back to the person who claimed to be the manager, he told me the phone call came from corporate even though it was the store's number. It's possible, but considering the call I received from the other store, I doubt it.He also waited on a fellow employee who just clocked out even though I was waiting in line before she arrived at the counter.His attitude was decidedly said, "I don't care."

Went for Covid test, takes 5 min to get the testing kit and done. She was taking her sweet time, laughing in the back while there are line formed within 20 min. I had my kid crying in back and every time I ask pharmacist keep saying tester is coming. Please talk to your rep, had to wait for 30 min even tho had an apt. 😫💔

I've been here multiple times since I live down the street. Almost every time I use the pharmacy the techs are rude, impatient, and not at all helpful. Today I needed to transfer a prescription to Walmart for convenience and the girl on the phone asked for the number and said they would call it in. Hours later I called Walmart to see if the order was ready and they did not have me in the system at all. They told me not to worry, they'll contact CVS and request the prescription. Another hour more and Walmart called saying the CVS has them on hold for 45minutes and I would need to get the transfer another route, so I called my doctor. The waiting area is trashy and needs a disinfecting which already makes me hate coming here. The service is just cherry on top, just never a good experience

Normally I go to this cvs to pick up the medicines for my two daughters. The pharmacist girl (I think she is of Indian race because she has a veil on her head) who is attending the weekends whenever I have gone has treated me badly in the way she Dealing with me is not good, she has thrown my medicines and treats me badly. I don't know if the manager of this store can do something about it, it's the same with my husband, she has tried to humiliate him, I don't know if it's because we are Hispanic, she has been The most disgusting pharmacist who has treated me in the three years that I have been to the cvs pharmacy... I am disappointed because I have always gone to this pharmacy and that had never happened to me, even my husband went today, she treated him badly if someone superior to me can she do something about it i would appreciate it.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy techs and cashier guy at the pharmacy. Told me my prescription will be ready in 2 hours and when I came back after 2 hours they hadn’t even put it in the system!!! Then when I picked it up the guy was charging me for the medicine when my insurance was on file and he said it wasn’t. So I gave him my insurance card and they took over 10 mins to come back in the meantime they were laughing amongst themselves and going back and forth without attending the drive through. When he finally decides to give me my card and medicine he just threw the bad in the slot and didn’t say anything. Absolutely terrible!

I usually don’t come to this location. I go to the one on Beaver Ruin Rd. I usually get greeted with a smile, even though you can’t see their smile you know it’s there. Well, I came for a booster shot for my mother (elderly), I am here from DC and decided to stop at this location, since the one by her house was having system issues. I was greeted with rudeness and seemed to be very impatient with being at work or just tired of being there. I’ve been in customer service and in management for over 20yrs, the attitude of the employees is a reflection on the management style of the management team. The pharmacy needs a new management style or team to be more hospitable to their customers, the customers are the ones that pay their salaries and they need to be reminded of that.

I miss the Burns location! Top notch pharmacist customer svc, this location has the most unprofessional, not helpful or friendly pharmacy staff. Calling is a waste of time as well. I hope they see these comments and clean house or at least retrain!

Umme was very rude, disrespectful, and mean. When I asked her that I was ready to check out she told me I can go to the self check out and do it myself and I told her I had coupons that I needed her help and she said ugh and rolled her eyes. When she finally went to the register to help me out she was playing with her fingernails instead of helping me or ringing up my items. Her name is Umme and it’s not the first time that I hear or see her being rude to customers and rude to me as well but I finally got tired of her being rude and disrespectful that I decided to make a complaint. I hope her manager and boss will talk to her so she can change her attitude or she needs to find a different place to work.

I do not believe in giving bad reviews however I am highly perturbed at my shopping experience this morning. My book bag that I carry as my purse is the cause of the clerk to tell me they do not allow book bags and I have to put my bag down. I think it’s very disrespectful! I was the only person shopping! You wanted me to put my belongings down or did you think I was going to steal? I take pride in doing the right things in life! I also needed to take my time to properly use my CVS coupons wisely. I have shopped many times before with the same bag. I’ve had many great shopping experiences here however today I will not be supporting this store!

This happened yesterday 10/30/2017. Has been my family's pharmacy for years, I moved to this area in 2001, never had a problem. I received a new prescription, one that needs to be injected. Went to pick up my prescription and pharmacist did not know where it was. I told her it's a refrigerated item and she should look in a fridge, and she found it. Checks me out with no explanation or anything, she was in a hurry to help the next client. In the past, pharmacist always explains to their full ability how to use medicine.I get home, only to find that there are no needles with my dosage. *Apparently, the medicine now does not include the needles and it wasn't part of my prescription (the doctor didn't know she needed to make a separate prescription for the needles, that's another story)*, but I felt it was completely unprofessional that no one would stop and think and TELL ME: "hey listen, you're not going to be able to USE this medicine if you don't buy NEEDLES to go with it."I called the pharmacy to tell them they forgot the needles, only to find a rude male pharmacist that told me "I'm sorry you feel like the medicine should come with needles. You need a separate prescription for the needles." That was his way of helping me. He should have TOLD ME THIS BEFORE I BOUGHT A MEDICINE THAT I COULD NOT USE. Totally unprofessional. Not, let me call your doctor and find out or anything. Truly disappointed.

I have been to many different CVS's in various different states and even other pharmacies. By far this has been the worst location I have ever been to. The pharmacy workers are incompetent, do not check medications in child proof bottles when sending out having it leak all over as they do not even shut it but just place it on to creating a whole mess a waste of important medications. They ask you the same questions you previously answered within that same visit as if they are not listening. I have never experienced such horrible customer service at any other business in my entire life. The worst. I would avoid this location at all cost. There is another CVS not to far from this location and alot of other better pharmacies around. Waste of time and they know how to ruin your day.

This review is solely based on the pharmacist the African American lady with the Tattoos up and down her arms, with the short haircut BAD attitude she needs to GO immediately go back to whatever location you were at before very rude! Awful experience here.After being told that they would not be able to fill my prescription, I went back to pick it up (since it was a written prescription, not called in by a doctor). When I arrived to pick it up, the incompetent pharmacist on duty told me "Sorry, but we lost your prescription, so we won't be able to give it back to you." No explanation, nothing. They just lost it, and in no way shape or form did the pharmacist seem to even be the least bit concerned about it. He blamed it on the pharmacist from the prior shift. I said I would walk around the store for a few minutes while he looked for it. I had dropped it off a few hours before, it couldn't have gone far.The pharmacist used the time I was waiting in the store for my prescription back to gossip with the other ladies with him in the pharmacy department. After no more than 5 minutes, he called me back to the pharmacy he me again "sorry, we can't find it...I looked where it is supposed to be and it's not there. So tell your Dr. he can write a new one and I'll call to back your story up".I told him that he needed to find it and I didn't understand how it just up and disappeared. I never once saw him *look* or seem the least bit alarmed that a schedule II narcotic went missing under his watch.Now, I have no medication, and I have to take time away from work to go get the reprinted script and get it to any pharmacy BUT CVS to fill it. Absolutely zero customer service skills, carelessness, and incompetency on CVS's part and the pharmacy staff at this location. I will not be returning, and will be sure to let friends and family know what a nightmare this has been.

So I tried to go to CVS pharmacy to pick up my child's meds yesterday. I got there and the drive thru was blocked. Called inside the store and the representative was way beyond rude. No only did she not have compassion she stated that it will be hours before it will be filled. She went on to complain of how many scripts were being filled. She also stated they are understaffed and the delivery truck is there and they have to attend to.After using CVS for 20+ years they lost me as a customer. Second time coming here first time it was a 20 minute wait in the drive through with no cars ahead of me this time it’s been over 35 minutes with one car ahead of me. I do not understand when the parking lot is empty? What are you doing in there? I’d give zero stars if I could the employees are also so rude and short when they talk with you .

I called this pharmacy 4 times to make sure they had received my prescription and each time I was on hold for at least ten minutes and then when someone answered I could hear them and they would just hang up . Then I went to cvs and they had received it but I guess didn’t fill it because it was around 7 and they close at 8 and then they tell me I have to come back the next day to get it . I’m never going back to another cvs , and I hope the company goes bankrupt , because this was the last of many bad experiences I have had at cvs .

This pharmacy is the worst in customer service I dropped off a prescription at 10 am this morning and asked to be notified via txt when it was ready. Well it's 5:02 pm and I have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone. I call from a second phone and I am told if I can hold and I told the lady that answered that I have been holding on the other line for a really long time and she tells me that they are almost done and put's me back on hold.. This is unacceptable I've been holding for so long for something that should only take 1 minute to answer no one picks up the line to apologize for the wait they drive thru is the same way. I will no longer get my prescriptions filled!!

The customer service was horrible. An asian woman, that worked in the pharmacy, was rude. I asked for help locating and item and she rudely told me that I should "ask someone up at the front." After a cashier told me to look in the stationary aisle, and me searching for a while, I still didn't find the item.
