Absolutely great service and great customer service and care for your pet. This place the better options for food. I use to go to their location off Buford highway. Everyone was so very helpful. When I went in. I’ll never go to any other person store for my supplies!! The store is pretty big and they also do boarding. Milly was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So was the owner. I hadn’t had a pet since 2021 now I have one and I’ll only go here.

It's my go to store for Blue Ridge raw food for pets. The store is big with lots of selection of items. They have a training section for the dogs in the back. The dogs look very happy when I come. Customer service is good, and willing to help if you have questions. They never asked me if I have an account with them to redeem my points, so make sure you bring that up yourself.If you are in a wheelchair, they do have a ramp and plenty of room for mobility through out the aisle.

I love stopping in here with my dog. The staff adore him, and I love seeing what goodies they have for him to try next (he is spoiled). They always have items on sale, and the food and treats they sell are high quality, plus they are happy to order in foods they may not carry in the store as well. I bought several bags of treats for only $1 each bag!

I loved how this place had such a huge variety of different dog foods and they specifically had a very rare dog food that usually you can only get online. They had tons of Pet toys & Lots of pet gadgets. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they did not have any clothing!! Usually pet stores carry different lines of dog clothing but not a thing. I was specifically looking for a sweater since the weather has been quite cold lately. Oh!...& they have pet boarding services! I didnt use those services but there were different people picking up & dropping off while i was waiting in check out line.

Camp Woof is a great boarding facility with lovely, animal loving staff. They treat our babies wonderful. Highly recommend. Also a fantastic place to buy dog food and supplies.

When it comes to self serve dog wash youre better off making a drive to the nearest pet supermarket with a self serve. Towels left lint all over my dogs. The shampoo and conditioner is not labeled. $15 is just too much. On the door theres a sign posted that says any session past 30 min will inquire another $10 charge. Petsupermarket charges $10…its cleaner and more accommodating. Please make this worth the $15

They have a nice store with good discounts and free samples a lot of the time! The daycare and boarding services are great too! Daycare is in two big rooms, separated by dog size. Your pup might come home smelly if they like rolling around on the floor or on the pee mop. They have two live streaming cameras too. My dog loves this place so much, he'll run inside without taking a second glance at me.Lastly, the staff remembers my dog's name, so that's always a good sign!

Fantastic place for doggy day care. My dog is always happy to go and rarely ever comes home from here dirty or smelly. It’s clean and has a place for them to go outdoors freely.

I previously boarded my dogs and everything was great. This time it was a complete disaster. They did not allow my dog out for day play. When I inquired they said oh he was out a lot the day before but my dog was not even at their facility the day before. I will NEVER use them again.

I used Camp Woof for the self bathe tubs for my dogs. The location is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the tubs were hard for my dogs to get in and out of and they backed up with water while I was bathing my dogs. To be fair, the price was only $12 or $13 a dog and they did supply shampoo, towels and a dryer so not the worse experience but I’d suggest cleaning out the tub drains.

Dog loves staying here. Dog always smells clean when I pick her up and she seems like she always having a good time. She literally pulls me into this facility everytime. Will at the front desk always gives good customer service. I have a pitbull by the way and there is no discrimination.

This place is a joke.. You are quoted one price over the phone then they try to charge you a lot more. They also tried to say the LEAST aggressive of my dogs was the most aggressive. My pitbull jumped on my other dog and she tried to protect herself. They didn't see it that way... I would NEVER recommend anyone take their fur babies here. They only got one star because I can't give ZERO

I LOVE IT HERE & so does my fur baby. Will & Sean are always exceptionally helpful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly & polite. This store is always clean. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping here for healthy and organic food & treats for your pet. They have a daycare here and it's always clean, dogs look like they're always having fun & pretty calm, very well cared for. I've been shopping here for years. Mr. Will give great advice for your dog

Dropped my dog off for 5 hours to get grooming, deshedding, and teeth brushing. Came back to find my husky still blowing her coat, still oily, and doubtful her teeth smelled any better. Took her back inside so they could do a quick deshedding, nothing really changed. They are cheap in price though!… for a reason. At least they refunded me.

Went there for a self wash on Sunday afternoon. Not too busy. They have two stations, one was occupied at the time. Equipments are good. The only thing is the store had a strong smell when we walked in.

Very kind people who are great with all dogs and very knowledgeable about their products among other things. Daycare is awesome you can watch your pups on the cameras and they will come home washed if you ask them. Reasonable prices for everything, I highly recommend

The folks took great care of my dog while I was away. They also did great job on grooming him (he is a large Newfoundland) and he seemed to enjoy his stay there. I would definitely recommend Camp Woof to anyone.

Sean was super friendly, answered all my questions and even played with my dog. He noticed my pups nails needed to be trimmed and volunteered to do a test trim trial for no cost, my puppy hated it but the thought is what counts. I never recommend big chain stores like petco or pet smart, I will be coming here for all my dog's needs.

Love this place to frequently bring my dog and this has to be the nicest staff I’ve ever been around in a pet store. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because of the dog wash areas. They are not maintained well. There is only one working light, it has a strong odor and it just appears to not be taken care of. The self wash is one of my favorite things, but because the risk for Bacterial infections I’m sure is very high due to the lack of maintenance on the wash bays. Hopefully management will make a change as I’m sure people who bring their dogs to be groomed would not be approving of the standards. Not meaning to bash, just want to inform you of the concerns of a customer.

I really enjoy my time at Camp Woof. I have been coming here for years and now drive about 20 miles to get there from my home. However it is worth it, they put a huge effort on providing high quality products for your doggies!They often put out new products which allow you to try out the latest trends. How about South American wood chews? Oh yes! My dogs love them, its a little odd buying a piece of a smoothly polished south american tree but the dogs love chewing on them!They also offer excellent daycare and overnight stays with video cameras if you get the upgraded suite. I also like the fact they are a local, small business.

I entered the store and started walking to the last aisle on the left where my dogs' food was located and I slipped and fell and landed on my knee. The owner was in the next aisle over from me less than 10 feet away and the employee behind the register was about 5 feet from me. I looked at both of them after falling and said that they needed to put some cones down because this area is slippery. They both ignored me and continued about their business. I was completely shocked by their lack of concern for a customer especially one that was obviously pregnant. After getting up I realized it was dog pee that I had slipped in. I pointed this out to them both and all they said was that they didn't know that it was there. Not once did they ask me if I was okay or if I needed some ice for my knee. At one point the cashier even admitted to seeing me fall and had the nerve to say that I was okay, insinuating that I was just be dramatic. After I continued to complain about their lack of concern and general customer safety the owner told me to leave his store or he would call the authorities. Falling when you’re pregnant is one of the scariest things that can happen to an expecting mother and being disregarded in such a cavalier way made the experience even more disconcerting.This could have been resolved so easily by showing compassion and concern just by asking if I was okay and saying that they would send someone right over to clean up the dog pee. I am completely appalled and am disgusted by how these men treated me. I was a regular at this store and will never ever step foot in their establishment again. Fellow neighbors of mine have already shared stories of unpleasant experiences they have had at this store and with the owner in particular. They are going to continue to lose business and karma will be their worst enemy.I just want to make others aware of the store's blatant disregard for customers' safety and wellbeing.

We have a German Shepard puppy who is already huge at five months but she is a puppy and still rather timid. The first few times she stayed the day at Campwoof I’m not sure she even made it out of the corner (I watched via camera as a typical paranoid puppy mom does). The staff have all been wonderful with her and these days she still is with the small dogs and just kinda chills over in the corner wagging her tail watching the chaos. Comes home tired but in a good mood, and has never acted like she was mistreated or anything. Which was my ultimate fear because my last experience boarding a dog (grown) was horrific. She was literally screaming to leave when I showed up.

BAD EXPERIENCE!! I purchased two bags of dog foods from discount section. I came home and opened one back, I noticed something wrong.Then I found there were BLACK BUGS and WHITE WORMS inside food. BOTH BAGS HAD THEM.I called and the lady said that they can exchange. I bought them for exchange. However the owner rejected exchangen nor refund because they were discounted and sales were final.I do not expect the store to exchange/refund if it is my fault. However having bags in the dog foods are different issue!! Do not they think it is dangerous for dogs to feed?! The store should have taken care in a better way.I live local and have gone there often for my 4 dogs. But I will not come back again. My dogs desserve better.

We just got our little husky when we came across Camp Woof on the way to Walmart for her supplies. I'm SO glad we found this tiny gem! While the selection wasn't great I have to admit the staff more than make up for it. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable it was a delight. They even have a discount corner with some good stuff at half off! I would much rather support this store than any corporation like Walmart or Petco that don't care about its customers or employees because you can tell these folks are passionate about pets.
