If it could be zero stars it would be. Just tried to buy a 12 pk of Sam Adams seasonal. Rang up as $31.00. I told the lady at check out that had to be a mistake, as there's no such thing as a $31 12-pk. In addition, the box was completely open on one side, but it was the last one and I wanted it. After being told repeatedly that $31 is the price that it is ringing up as and it can't be changed, I took it off of my bill, went back to the beers area, took a picture of the price tag which showed $18.73. It also showed as $18.73 on the Walmart website. I went back to the lady and showed her the picture, and she reconfirmed it rings up as $31.00, they can't change the price. Zero attempt to try to work it out with me, zero attempt to consult with a supervisor. As always, pathetic Walmart.

I recently moved to Newnan from out of state and I’’m 78 years old. I wanted to go fishing so I’ve driven twice to the Newnan Walmart to optain a Lifetime Georgia fishing license. Both times no one was at the outdoor center. There’s no bell or anything to signal for help. Each time I stopped an employee and was told a manager would assist me. Both times I waited for a minimum 1/2.hour without anyone showing. I had to leave without a license. Can’t believe how Wal-Mart survives with such lousy service. I hope to find another location that I can obtain a fishing license. Welcome to Georgia.

Pretty good selection of items, usually have the things I want or need and good prices. Walmart+ with scan and go has been good, the problem is when there is a line at the self scan you get stuck waiting. To scan is super fast, but if there is a line you get stuck waiting until a kiosk opens.

Although we found the product we desired at a reasonable price, we were "hassled" by the receipt checker during our departure from the store. We had just completed the checkout process steps away from her at the self-checkout registers, which had two employees observing and cameras closely watching the area. If one attempted to improperly checkout - that is, not scan a product, it would be noticed. Leave honest customers alone!!!

I do not shop at Wal-Mart if I don't have to. Everything is self serve. Went into this store attempting to purchase bathing suit for young family member and the fitting rooms were closed this day for some unknown reason. We then attempted to look a cell phone charger phone cables. They were locked up and the only one having a key was a trainee. The young lady was trying to do her best but her cash register was not cooperating at all. Hopefully my experience was isolated. When we left with the greeter warmly said thank for shopping at Walmart.

The bathroom there is always less to be desired. Always paper on the floor. Do they even have a bathroom attendant there? People are nice but I found certain things that was on sale that didn’t ring up properly and most Walmarts will adjust that for you not this store, you better be willing to pay whatever retail or watch what your sale comes up as.

If I could give it a minus I would. The clothing items are out of season. There were only 8 self checkout lines open and the lines were backed up all the way to the freezer aisles. There are at least 100 employees but they are all stocking. Ridiculous.

If I could give no stars The tire center is an absolute disaster. I don’t know who is in charge of this bush league operation but it’s struggling. Went there needing a tire 3 different times before I finally was able to buy a tire. The final time I was there they had 3or 4 customers in line and every single employee was just standing around talking and acting.unprofessional it was a miserable experience.

BUYERS BEWARE!! I bought 2 tops & 2 dresses & I couldn't find the receipt but I still had the tags to all of it, I spent $70 total & they would only refund me $23.57 of the amount because I did not have a receipt. Walmart has become the WORST place to shop at & apparently they will rip you off if you do not have your receipt.

Manager Amber@Newnan would not honor my Walmart warranty which doesn't expire until 8/24. Simply informed Assistant to tell me to go to store(Peachtree City) where I purchased warranty. Just last month I was informed at this very store Newnan that my warranty was/is valid at any Walmart(reason for returning and I like the bakery). 22min drive to Peachtree City where my warranty was honored and surprised at my Newnan experience.

DELIVERY: I’m 55 and my body is turned against me so for me to get out and go into a grocery store and follow through with all the tasks involved by the time I am 30 minutes into it I’m ready to just fall in the buggy because my knee and my back hurt so bad. So I have to rely a lot on the delivery services. Up until recently I’ve been able to rely on them without a snag. But since about September that was the last full order that we received it didn’t matter if it was mailed or if it was supposed to be the same day delivery . There was always something that they used as a excuse to why The delivery couldn’t be made.Now mind you this is only the Newnan store. Or if I have placed an order through the app and it registers the newnan store. I went through last night worked every week I had placed an order I only got one order that was delivered same day. So that was approximately 11 orders that ended up canceled and more than half the time I wasn’t even notified. I think that tip well even though I have the membership to where they deliver for free for that monthly charge. I was told that it was Walmarts responsibility to shop the items and have them ready for the people to pick up and deliver, now whether or not that’s true I don’t know. And I have had so many deliveries that were Christmas present or Christmas decorations that said they were delivered but they weren’t delivered to our home. So I don’t know who the culprit was there as far as the delivery service.There are many weekends that I go and spend with my daughters one lives in Jackson but her orders comes out of McDonough, in my other daughter lives in for size and her orders come from Macon. Neither of which have a problem they will both come off without a hitch. I order extra groceries go in there because there are certain things they can and don’t drink or eat in the same way with me. But as far as I am concerned I am done with the Walmart in Newnan set delivery pick up will go in the store I will absolutely do without our order from Amazon before I deal with them again. And surprisingly I am not that far away from the Walmart it would be different if I lived a far distance but I don’t and they always seem to let me down when it’s things I really need when I’m completely out of them for instants last night my dogs need food and I just could not get out to go to the store so I placed the order somewhere around 11 o’clock yesterday morning and the only time they had was between seven and eight and nine I need that was a no-show. So of course I called Walmart and just canceled so I really hope the rest of you are having a better experience with Them than I am.Merry Christmas y’all!

I don’t understand how this WalMart is so much worse than the one just 10 miles down the road in Peachtree City. Newnan? Absolutely gutter management with bitter, unhelpful staff. Aisles blocked and any merchandise worth anything locked up. There’s never a rhyme or reason to when they might have actual cashiers. They always try to check your receipt. Peachtree City is nothing like this one. It’s clean, the music isn’t too loud and the staff are pleasant. Anytime I pop in the Newnan location for just one or two things, I immediately regret it.

The only good thing about Walmart is their prices customer service is non existent, they get mad when you do track down an employee for help and they don't care about the customers that come in to shop they only care about the pick up orders

I am disabled and went to the store this afternoon with my wife to shop. No mobility scooters were available so I sat on a bench at the front of the store while my wife picked up a few items. No mobility scooters ever became available in the next hour. I fortunately have Amazon Prime and will continue to do the bulk of my shopping on line.

I'll never shop in Walmart again as long as I live they allow overnight parking in the parking lot but yet if you stay in the parking lot several days instead of coming out and politely asking you to relocate somewhere they send the police out to harass you and have you leave the property totally unprofessional and as much money as I spent in that store every day I'll never step foot inside of it again

It's a typical Walmart. My entire time there I encounter two employees who may or may not have been on the clock. When we crossed paths they walked directly in front of me and when I said "Excuse me." they both rolled their eyes at me, turned their backs and continued to look at one of the lingerie racks.The store was a on the neat side, ie...nothing blocking aisles, no clothes on the floor.Checkout was an absolute nightmare. There were a number of self-checkouts open, these were not being disinfected between customers, and two...TWO open registers. It took us 24 mins from the time we got in line to the time that our receipt was handed to us.I did check out the new wellness clinic and was very expressed with the staff there. They were really helpful and answered many questions I had.(While we were there I rained and when we left we were treated with a beautiful rainbow. Unfortunately Walmart is NOT the pot of gold I want.)

This Walmart is GHETTO!!!!! I went to exchange a bike that didn’t have training wheels on it and this chick wearing a dam bonnet….A BONNET gone say, “I gave you a refund” I did not want a refund. I wanted to exchange the bike. Her attitude was horrible when I approached her so yes I let her have it! Your job is customer service. Dress like it and act like it!

Well if it was after an apocalypse. This place would be a great place to get stuff. It seems like half the shelves stay empty. I went to the phone guy that represents Verizon in the electrical Center he was supposed to be there till 8:00 p.m. the lady from Straight Talk let me know that she hadn't seen him and they've tried to pay him to help some other customers he was supposed to be there and I was unable to get my phone fixed I just wanted to somehow announce that Verizon may want to get a sales associate in there that's going to be there when they're supposed to be if he hasn't been replaced already

Newnan ga found sale on fans took 6 left 5 and they refused to sell me them at the price that was posted above them. Insulted me by saying someone misplaced them. And offered me 10.%off !!Would not admit maybe he made a mistake and honor the 8.48 price . Can see they were aced on end cap near fans. Meanwhile workers are passing hidden clothing sale items to each other. I walked that clothing section ,if there was dollar clothes I would of found them too.Dog food prices jumped 60% ole Roy dog food which now will cost me 180.00 more a month on dog can food alone.I can go on but that was just 1 trip yesterday. Walmart customer service gets no stars in my book.

The pharmacy sucks! My dentist had my prescription called in, so it would be ready once I got there. They said they didn't receive the call. I called my dentist office, the assistant said she called, but they didn't answer and I need to advise them to check their voicemail. It was five people working in the pharmacy, so I'm not sure why no one was answering the phone. When they finally decided to check, of course the message was there. I spent an hour and 20 minutes waiting for a prescription that had been called in.

Walmart has become a hassle to visit. The aisles have become more narrow because the insist on filling them with floor displays. They are removing traditional check-out lanes and installing more self check-out lanes, leaving shoppers to pay more for items AND check themselves out. The service of Walmart staff has deteriorated to the point that you get attitude if you dare request assistance. Shopping inside Walmart has become stressful and anxiety inducing. Online shopping and curbside pickup is definitely a better option than going inside.

I mean what can you expect it is Walmart they do have the lowest prices for many things but you can't expect the employees to be perfect because 80% of the employees at Walmart still have to get Medicaid or food stamps to make up for their lack of pay and benefits.. yeah just research this on Google
