The vet clinic is absolutely horrible! The vet and staff were super rude, look like they hate their jobs! They looked irritated the whole time, and sorry some dogs are very annoying, especially my dogs, but it would be like working at a daycare and you hate children. Women, please stop going into jobs like teaching, nursing , and vet care because you think it is “what women should do.” This is why there are so many horrible people in these job fields now. Will never use again!

There was a great selection and the store looked nice. Everyone enjoyed watching the chicks under the heat lamps. My only problem was the number of times an employee walked past me without offering assistance while I was looking lost (because I was). It was my first time inside there.

We love the tractor supply store in general but tonight we found out we LOVE the pet wash. It was well worth the $10. They provide the shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, nail trimmers, and blow dryer in addition to their pet tub with sprayer.My only complaint is an employee stuck her head in at 8:38 to tell us that the pet wash closes at 8:20 and we basically had overstayed our welcome. We didn't get there until 8 pm and the cashier did not tell us that when we paid for it, nor was it written anywhere. I half believe she lied. I had two dogs with me so it took awhile. I don't think 38 minutes was excessive.Tractor supply, can you confirm what your pet wash hours are? If it really closes at 8:20, can you explain why it is not written anywhere in the Newnan store or website?

Prices are consistently a bit higher than other places. Their selection is not too bad. Their checkout lines are always fairly long. Customer service is friendly, sometimes a bit indifferent though

I bring my pup in here to browse about once a week -- the customers and the staff are always so extra kind to him (big lab mix). I actually prefer bringing him here than Petsmart.I have to be careful though, Tractor Supply is like my Target. Even when I didn't need anything, they have so many practical and cute things... On top of that, the staff are always polite. We enjoy coming here & my pup looks forward to our weekly visits.

Love my fuel points. Got a dollar off...so my gas was just 2.49 gallon. Filled up my car for only 33.00. Also I have the 99.00 boost membership. Its unlimited door deliveries. I get 5 x fuel points. Totally worth the membership.

Order viper insecticide and professional spray bottle and part of my order was canceled for no reason in my email or text, even though your customer service department said that there were many in stock; even if another store could ship it to my store location that could have been done. What is the use of having the professional spray bottle without the viper insecticide. Lastly no one answers the phone at store location for me to cancel, now I have to be inconvenienced by going inside the store to cancel my order. Even your customer service department has called and you guys are not answering the phone. Awful way to conduct business and treat customers.

this place is thriving! what a great staff with a very professional and pleasant environment, the shopping experience here is wonderful and i love how much of a selection there is with great prices amd help if you need it. will continue to shop here, even if i dont buy anything i like to see the new items they have and just enjoy there environment within the store

I went in looking for a spare for my trailer. I went to customer service to get help. The guy that was there clearly did not want to help me and quickly pushed me off on someone else. No problems with her. This location did not have any spares for my trailer. They were all online special order only. I was having a bit of an emergency, so I ended up getting Slime (which did not work) instead. When I was checking out, the cashier did not acknowledge me for a good minute while she was talking to someone else. When she finally turned around to check me out, she barely spoke to me during the transaction. I'm pretty sure I know the reason behind this behavior. Trust me, I will NEVER visit this location again unless it was an emergency.

Great store and they have a lot of things that I need monthly. I would give 5 stars if they ever had enough Cashiers running cash registers! There is always not sometimes a long line to check out and it's getting old! Especially when there are several other employees wandering around!

This store has the worst customer service. We have purchased many items in the last week and will find another store to support. Our cashier "Mary" couldn't stop complaining about her break schedule long enough to greet her customers and the manager "Jared" is only interested in making excuses.When I attempted to inform him of our experience, he said he was too busy with customers to listen and told me to just call corporate. I tried to tell him that they are obviously having issues based on their rating and he said ince they only get positive survey responses and I must be getting my information from "some other site" yeah, try Google! The only person who seems to care about the customers experience is Jayden. She was very polite and professional. Maybe they should make her manager. She clearly cares more about her customers than the "adults" she works with.

One of their items was 50% off. As I went to purchase the item I noticed that they made me pay for the full price. The cashier said she couldn’t do anything about that. I was not happy at all about the False advertisement…. Definitely finding somewhere else to find the items I need for my animals…

What did you do to this store!? It's always been less than roomy but the aisles are now so tight that you quite literally cannot squeeze past a shopping cart. I don't meant pass by with another cart, but just one cart barely fits in any of the new aisles. Two people without carts cannot pass by each other without touching. To then go to the cash register and see markers on the floor for social distancing is laughable. I won't be going back.

Ordered a chicken coop for my daughter-in-law. It was delivered on time. We picked up the coop in Newnan, GA. Jim and the ladies in customer service were very helpful and very pleasant to talk with. Thanks again for helping us get the coop into the car :-)

Had to get a new well pump from tractor supply. I got there only minutes before closing. It took me awhile to figure out exactly which one I wanted. The cashier's never rushed me. They were very polite as if they were going to be opened a few more hours. It was twenty minutes past closing. I was so greatfull to be able to get the pump. Lowe's and home depot didn't have what I needed.

Had to purchase a new pressure washer and Tractor Supply had models with more power & more pressure for less that the big box stores. Their product line appears to be sturdier than the big box stores models. My new washer was easy to assemble & started on the first pull. The staff was very helpful & I look forward to future purchases from Tractor Supply.

The staff here is very nice and the lady who helped us with the cattle fencing was courteous when getting the fencing from the pile to our vehicle. The price was pretty reasonable and the fencing is incredibly sturdy too. There's a very large selection of things here for outdoor home and farm needs.

States that mask are required but that was not the case when I stopped by today February 20, 2021 at about 2 pm. The store was very crowded and there were many people not wearing mask in the store. I turned around and left and did not purchase anything as I did not feel it was a safe environment to shop in. There was an extremely long line with no one practicing social distancing and the majority of customers were not wearing mask. Very disappointing.

Tractor Supply Newnan Ga. has wasted about 6 hours of mine this week. I purchased and paid for 3 items from them and ended up with nothing. I got refunds on all items but this involved 5 trips to the store 30 miles round trip each time. One $1200 item was dropped and damaged while loading with fork lift. Another item was not needed because of damaged first item. They sold me 5 bags of cement and did not have any in stock and I waited on for about 30 minutes for them to discover this. Very disappointing.

I'm not in love with this store. There was a really long line. I saw the line and also saw a store employee walking by the line with absolutely no concern or even acknowledgement. I ask her to get another line opened up. She said "okay, I can take you at this register. I hadn't even entered the line. She took me to the other register. Everyone in line was looking at me. I checked out and then said loudly, this register is open! Half came over to where I was. The employee should have opened the new line as soon as she saw the other register was backed up. Not good customer service. Had I just gotten in line like a good sheep people. She wouldn't have opened the other line.

I had to call the 877 number to have them call the store because they refused to answer the phone. When you walk into the store, the staff make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to their day. They do not know their products and give you an attitude when you ask about them. The only exception was a manager named Madison. She was helpful, knowledgeable and nice. If you do not know what you need and are going to ask questions ask for her, if not run. this is not the place to go and they will make you feel and look stupid, management included.

I came to purchase a cargo hitch for my car. Calvin was SUPER helpful to me in my search, Brandee helped me sign up for the rewards program, and Calvin and Payton both were such a huge help in installing it on the back of my car. Awesome customer service! Great location.

The store is difficult to navigate and unorganized and there were items cluttered everywhere.I stopped to ask an associate where something was but they weren't too much help. After searching for some time we did find what we were looking for but it was 2-3 times more expensive than other places have it selling for. Other items I looked at seemed to be similarly overpriced. Unless you need something they have urgently, I'd go somewhere else or order online.The line to check out was terrible.
