I have been going to Liz/The Doodle Groomer literally ever since my first doodle was born. It has been close to 10 years now, not that I have never looked at other options, but I truly have not found anyone else who consistently deliver the quality Liz provides. The boys (we now have two) always come back looking handsome! She absolutely loves my boys too; and as a dog mom, nothing assures me more than seeing my boys wag their tails rushing into Liz’s shop. So glad we found Liz and will continue to be a strong supporter.

Liz and crew are wonderful groomers. The care and attentiveness they show are evident each and every time I take my sweet boy to them. I’ve been entrusting my precious pup to them for over five years. His coat is so soft and he smells so good! He’s always happy to go and I couldn’t be more blessed to have found such a wonderful group of ladies (and Mike) to take care of his needs. They are reliable, do a fantastic job and really truly care about our pets.

5 years of beautiful clips! Never have I picked up my dogs, and had them be in any physical discomfort. I've used other groomers and had razor burn, clipped eyelids, etc. I know my dogs are safe at The Doodle Groomer! Bonus they look fabulous! They will tell you if your dog is matted, and what they can do with coat, text you with updates. They don't sugar coat it, but I would rather have honest communication! Worth every penny! They also know how to do many different clips!

10/10 recommend The Doodle Groomer!!! I love that they only work on 1 dog at a time, so your dog isn’t waiting in a kennel for hours and hours. The staff is so friendly and patient, text during the appointment for any concerns or updates, and I know our baby is in great hands when she is there - you can tell they really do love your dog and you’re not just another number. They do exactly what I ask every time and our baby always looks perfect (and smells SO good) when we pick her up. We have gone to places in the past and our girl is an anxious mess when we pick her up but she’s always calm and happy when we leave The Doodle Groomer. We won’t ever go anywhere else!

We love The Doodle Groomer! Liz and her husband are experts! Our girl can be a handful during the grooming experience but Liz is very attentive and takes her time. Our sweet girl always comes home looking incredible and smelling amazing!

So today I had to bring in my three doodles for their first grooming professionally in several months. I was super concerned about how they were going to behave and how their new look was going to wind up. Happy to say that my wife and I are extremely pleased with the care and the love that was given to our dogs, they look brand new feel brand new and smell brand new. We highly recommend whether you have a doodle or any kind of dog that you let them use their years of experience to give your dog in yourself a great experience too.

I drive 1.5 hours to have Noah groomed! The Doodle groomer is by far the best! They cut Noah’s coat exactly how I want and are always consistent.

We absolutely love The Doodle Groomer! Every time we have been it has been a great experience. We drive an hour to get to the location but it is worth it for the amazing care for our dog. 12/10 recommend!

The last year or so we have not had the best experience with groomers in the area, but that has changed with the Doodle Groomer. She groomed my one-year-old golden doodle and treated him with such love and kindness. He was a little late on a grooming appointment and we were struggling with some mats that we could not get out so we shaved him clean and we are working on making him cute and fluffy again. I can not thank her enough for taking care of my baby

Used to use them. But "it" eventually happened... the quirky ladies and their silly rules (don't knock, doors locked, only text and we appear from behind the Curtin) butchered my sheepadoodle because she was too *matted*. We had put up with their eccentric rules because they previously had done a good job, but this was too far.If you read the other reviews, it has happened to others too. BEWARE!EDIT / REPLY:Mike, Thank you for your reply. Teddy is the name of our Sheepadoodle. Aug 17th, 2023 at 11am was when she was shaved at your establishment. Also last time we visited - obviously. Even the tail was not spared!. You will not find any record of a "matted dog form' as one was never sent!As far as your skepticism about the two reviews.... It was my exuberance of picking up my Sheepadoodle Teddy after her grooming at another shop, seeing her tail's hair growing back, which triggered my memory of our experience at your shop. That laid in motion the action of making the two reviews. Positive for your competitor, and your semi negative 2 star review.And here is a picture of your work from AUG 17, 2023EDIT: 4/8/2024The groomer we have used since you shaved Teddy in Aug 2023 has yet to duplicate The Doodle Groomer's "lack of" effort. I can’t say enough good things about The Doodle Groomer! They have always been so good with my Emmie, and she can be quite anxious when it comes to grooming. They’ve even recommended a product that has kept her ears from getting infected from the moisture. Their grooming is top notch! Highly recommend!

I take my doodle here about every 2-3 months depending on how fast his hair grows. But I love how they cut him, they pay attention to every detail that a doodle needs. The price is fair for the time frame that I have to take him. But yea they are definitely my recommendation for anyone looking for a Doodle Groomer in Newnan! 😊

We had taken our dog several times and had a great experience. However, this last time was a nightmare. They texted my wife within minutes of dropping him off and said our dog was "matted up today, I'm gonna have to scissor the hair shorter to dematt his back legs". Ok, no big deal right, just his back legs. When we picked him up they had us pay first, which should have been a red flag. When he came out he was cut to a summer poodle cut and this is winter and we did not want our male dog to look like a poodle! Beforehand, my wife had painstakingly given him a bath and made sure he was completely brushed going into the appointment because of their policy on matting. However, they didn't want to take the time to do the job right, they rushed him through and instead of just doing the back legs, they completely cut his whole coat down too far for the winter. We paid with cash which I would not do that again because with a CC I could have stopped the payment! We texted them afterwards for them to call us so we could find out why they cut him so short and to see if they would remedy the situation of the poor cut. They did not return our call or reach out to us to rectify the situation. Our dogs demeanor we very depressed for the rest of the day. We will NOT return. USE WITH CAUTION!

Liz is just amazing. I am so thankful she had openings for our English Cream Goldendoodle. She offered great advice for us taking care of his coat between services. He has absolutely never looked better. Wonderful service and staff. I really like the text policy as well for drop off and pickup. Make sure to bring home some magic ear powder and homemade treats.

20 percent upcharge to use a credit card! Got on my case for just walking in to the business. I'm not sure what that's about. Most business owners WANT customers to come in. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.I didn't recieve any text as the owner claims before going into her shop. I was just delivering the dog for an appointment. If I took him to petsmart, I wouldn't have any of these irregularities to worry about.Deducting another point because after receiving a bad review, the owner texted my wife in an obvious attempt to coerce me to remove my bad review. She said I was "having a bad day and cussing at my dog" in her shop. I did nothing of the sort and was having a fine day. Wow!
