Update your vaccines asap. This place is legit insane. I had more fun finding discarded food items from random restaurants then I did trying to find my bra size on aisle 14. 🤣 Walmarts in #winning.

Straight up get multiple unknown vaccine’s after visiting this establishment! Gross. Absolute -0. Disaster. Had more fun finding leftover foods from restaurant establishments..smoothie king chick fil a Starbucks Zaxby’s Marcos starburst Coca Cola 1/2 off chicken wings on aisle 8 with ya toy purchase. #Walmartswinning 523 million hair follicles and random gnats in the dressing room sticking to your clothing.

The new Walmart. Needed to pick up some razors and came across an absolute disaster of a store. Dirty floors, buggies left in aisles, out of place product everywhere. I took some photos of just the men’s health aisle. So sad to see a great store fall so far. Laziness as far as the eye can see in this store. I will be driving to Peachtree City or ordering from Amazon in the future

I walk past target after working all day for snacks sometimes. The express self checkout lanes are just my much preferred way to buy anything, and of course the one time they’re closed my experience with one of the workers who was female and had curly hair was just so degrading simply cause I didn’t know I had to put back a basket myself.Disgusting personality to have to deal with since I have to walk everywhere I go.

Don't be fooled by the red lettering that appears to say "Target" up front, this is actually a Wal Mart or dollar tree. Everything is out of place and cleanliness is not thing here. Truly a sad state of a Target as they are supposed to be really great department stores.Christmas Starbucks cup on the shelf in April😂😂😂 Pictured below.They could really use a trip from corporate because I'm pretty sure they'd shut this place down.This post isn't mean to complain, rather just inform you so you know what you're walking into since the sign out front mislables this store.

I went in Target at Ashley Park to return a booster seat that did not suit our needs. I advised the cashier at guest services that I no longer had the box, had purchased the item last year, and had started the return through the app and had a barcode. She sarcastically responded “well what are we supposed to do with it?” I ignored her comment and she proceeded to call another employee over and complain about the merchandise being returned and that she didn’t know what to do with it. She repeatedly said “I wish I could purchase something and bring it back a year later!”.. so I finally corrected her and advised that it had not been a year and that I purchased it in October. She responded smartly- “oh that was considered last year”. She then proceeds to continuously question the validity of my return because the process was started online. Her: “why are we returning this if she already returned it online?” Again, I had to correct her and let her know the return was not completed online and would only be complete once I brought it back in store. The other young lady also told her that if I had returned it online it would not allow her to continue with the refund. She kept going on and on even after the return was complete. I thanked the other young lady and left quite offended. Everything about the employee was offensive from the beginning and her comments uncalled for. I should’ve requested a manager but chose to leave without incident because I had my young son with me. Clearly target needs to do a better job at training their employees on both their policies and customer service in general. I shop there too often to be met with bad service because I decided to return something!As a follow up on this- a young lady in corporate did email me back inviting a conversation. I responded expecting a call and never received one. This just shows you that the poor customer service is at the top as well. I can't even say that I am surprised.

Just left this store after I stood at the customer service desk waiting to make an exchange for almost ten minutes while the clerk ‘Xiu’ was on a call and wouldn’t even acknowledge our presence, make eye contact, or offer to get us help with another clerk. When she finally got off the phone I asked her if she could please help us just quickly make the exchange, and she nodded and walked away to help the white lady on a self checkout register instead. I was shocked. I walked over to where she was and asked again if she could help us and she refused and said she would call someone else to help us. Another very nice young woman was called off her break and came and helped us. She was sweet, but I was already ticked. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE!!

Brenna was THE MOST AWESOME employee that helped me. She IS A SHINING STAR and Target is so lucky to have her on board. I just purchased a new home and have made thousands of dollars worth of purchases over the last 2 weeks. Today I returned to my favorite Target store to make even more purchases for my home, spending an additional $307.96. While walking around I noticed that MANY of the items I'd purchased over the last two weeks had gone on sale. I looked up Target's Price Match Policy and was happy to see that many of my purchases fell into the 14 day window. Unfortunately many of my items had been purchased over several different days, online AND instore. This looked to be a nightmare process for me, trying to get ALL my items Price Matched. Brenna was SO PATIENT AND REASSURING. She didn't seem the least perturbed at the tediousness of what I was asking her to do. She handled it like a pro, the complete opposite of her manager who was not involved in this process AT ALL, but verycondescendingly walked by to look at me down her nose and say "Ma'am I just want you to know that EVERY purchase has to be within 14 days". I replied to her that it was but she cut me off to repeat very condescendingly, "Okay, but I just want you to know that it all has to be within 14 days". I just said okay because I detected the negative attitude in her voice and condescending demeanor, and Brenna HAD NOT called her over to assist her in any way. Brenna handled my Price Match all by herself and faster than I could have ever imagined. She kept everything in order for me, even when I was having a hard time keeping up with it myself. It was a total of 20 items on various receipts, and days, online and in store. Brenna was amazing. While I stood there watching her type away, I noticed that she had a little tag/sign on her uniform that said, "Please be patient with me, I'm autistic ". It brought tears to my eyes because she was being labeled as having this "condition", which gives people the impression that she is less than, when in fact she was more capable to handle my situation than her own manager. She was not less than. She is worth more than the manager that butted her nose where she had nothing constructive to offer, and didn't even lend a helping hand whatsoever. I wish there were more Brennas in this world. She completely put me at ease. Her attention to detail is exactly what my situation needed. Her manager didn't have half the capability that Brenna had, and I believe that's why she was so bothered by my Price Match request, which she had eavesdropped into. Whereas Brenna patiently and meticulously handled it like a pro. My total savings was $90.19! In this economy, who has that amount of savings available to them and would ignore trying to get that money back. Target is my all time favorite store. Newnan Target is my all time favorite Target location. Brenna is my ALL TIME FAVORITE HUMAN at ANY Target!

I don’t know who is the manager here, but this place is a disaster. Items everywhere, nothing seems to be in the right place, the bathrooms are always so dirty. If the place seemed near the customers would respond, but stuff is everywhere and they are out of stuff all the time. It’s gross. The Walmart on Bullsboro is better

By far the worst Target store I have ever been in. Right from entering the store I was stunned by how filthy the entry was was. It probably hadn't been swept since before the holidays. The shelves were a shambles of items in such disarray that it was hard to make sense of them. Isles cluttered, items not priced. I have been a Target fan for 30+ yrs . The manager of this store should be fired. I won't go back.

Absolutely love shopping on the App & doing the drive-up pickup. It's always so convenient, fast & easy.Shopping in-store can sometimes save you a little more money. So it's nice to have options. Oh & their little food market has saved me from having to go to another store plenty of time. Bonus points! Plus...let's not forget about swinging by Starbucks, either on my way in or my way out. ☕

This store has become an embarrassment to our community. It's gross, filthy dirty floors, trash scattered around on shelves, every department has stuff on floors, poorly stocked, changing rooms have at least 4 carts over flowing with clothes, employees wear wrinkled clothes and half of them don't even wear uniforms. I've reached out to corporate but no reply. It's become a bad joke and more people go to Walmart. Somebody do something!

This place is disgusting. There are so many employees working yet the shelves resemble the aftermath of Black Friday all months of the year. Sunday I was told the fitting rooms were closed due to being short staffed. I asked when it would reopen. I was informed it may not re-open at all. I returned my things to their racks because I couldn’t try them on and then probably saw at least 20 different members of staff walking the store. If lack of staff in a specific location like a fitting room causes you to close it down and refuse to allow customers to try clothing on, you would think the manager would have enough sense to staff someone in the fitting room. By not “staffing” someone in the fitting room and closing them down is costing Target a lot of money. I promise you customers will stop purchasing clothes altogether. What’s funny is that the fitting room had two members of staff back there when I went to try my clothes on but yet the fitting room was closed and I was told after I was already in the fitting room (with my shirt off) that I couldn’t try those clothes on. Outstanding customer service. The trash cans are always full. Shelves are always a mess. Lines are always ridiculously long for checkout. And now, I can’t even try clothes on because management thinks the solution to a chaotic store is to close the fitting room. Brilliant. This Target reminds me of Walmart. It is incredibly trashy. Please hire better management. Management who has the sense to determine where staff should be and how their choices affect the revenue of the store would be ideal. Sincerely, your frequent shopper who spends several hundred dollars at your store weekly. Please do better.

Most areas were clean and well organized. Women's shoes and underwear were a complete mess with items all over the place.Was a busy Sunday, and the checkout line wasn't too bad long and was able to buy our items relatively quickly.

I visited the store on 12/28 to pick up a drive up order and as I was pulling into my spot the other two cars were pulling away making me the only car. I checked in and a few moments later a target employee starts walking out. Everything happened so fast that I didn't look at her name tag but she was a young Asian woman. As she got closer I rolled my window down and said hey how are you and I thought I heard her say something so I told her my code she stopped in the spot next to me and pointed to that sign then pointed to the sign for the spot I was in and and she pointed at her handheld and yelled at me do you see this you’re in the wrong one and I said I just accidentally didn’t pay attention I’m sorry then she snapped asking for my code again and I told her and she threw my bag at me. I was literally the one car and it was an honest mistake this was so unnecessary and rude

Don’t usually leave reviews because I don’t usually care that much but this is messed up. I bought an electric razor on drive up, got home to find out it was a returned razor that had been used by someone, returned, and put back on the shelf for sale again. It was nasty to open and see.Employees pretty rude, stared at me as I picked up boxes that were knocked over so I could get through an aisle. Boxes all over the store, hard to get through aisles. Messy aisles with no prices and incorrect prices.Seems like corporate capitalism is hitting the Newnan Target hard, not sure if it’s over worked and underpaid staff or laziness. Maybe the manager isn’t manager material.

Target needs to be cleaned up a bit but it was the Starbucks that really got on my nerves. Me & my friend ordered a hot chocolate & peppermint mocha. After we paid and waited they told us that they didn’t have any mocha or any hot chocolate. Then in the back ground one of the girls said that they do have hot chocolate it would just take longer to make… it only took her 2 minutes after she told me that…. It’s very disappointing that they didn’t tell us that there was no mocha after my friend bought her drink.

This place is an absolute mess. Not sure if they are short staffed or the people that work there just don't care. The women's bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The whole store is a disaster, clothes all over the floor, many other items in every aisle just laying on the floor. Very disappointed. This is what I expect from Walmart, not Target.

just want people to know the main reason why target gets so bad is because of customers. i actively see employees doing their jobs. who are the ones leaving empty starbucks cups around literally EVERYWHERE. you guys cant complain when you’re literally the problem. if you see behind guest service that’s where strays are. all the returns and scattered around object, it takes a while. maybe instead of complaining you put your stuff back where it’s supposed to go and throw your trash away.

Long lines, very few actual humans at registers. Messy. Rowdy teens behaving like idiot barn animals. It's a shame, this used to be a pretty nice Target, and Target used to be a pretty decent place to shop. Hopefully they hire some more people (I constantly hear feedback on local community groups of people who have applied and heard nothing, so...) and take some action on the disruptive teens otherwise these post-pandemic low standards are looking to be the new norm. I can spend my money at home on Amazon if coming to Target is a chore and not a pleasure.

I get all of my prescriptions at the CVS in Target . I love it when Maggie works she NEEDS help . I'm sure it's hard to answer phone calls , fill all of the prescriptions , also talk to the people picking up their medicine. Plus give shots by her self. Im not a fan of the other person that works when she is off.

Ridiculous long wait line with two actual registers open. Offer me a discount if I need to check myself out or be sure on Friday night you have staff working the front of the store not stocking the isles. I generally love target but the last few times have been a game changer

Ask why sales are low. I came in looking for electronics, located my item, click the butt8n for help as it locked, a person came to stop the button and said "someone will be coming to help you shortly" waited over 15mins no one showed up.Why would you come to stop the help button if you aren't the help??? Way to go target, you need better management.
