Always clean and organized. Lines can be a little long sometimes. If they don't have something, getting a rain check is pretty easy. Best fresh fruit choices by far.

HIRE SOME HELP IN THE PHARMACY!!!!! The staff is nice and I am sure they are doing their best but they are visibly OVERWHELMED! They told me when I went to get my prescription, as I am sick, that they are several days behind on prescriptions. They had not even pulled mine out of the incoming list yet to start working on it because they have been so busy and so behind. I think it’s very unfair to the staff to be in this situation. It is also not fair to your customers to have to wait like that on medications.

I came to Publix because my I had a birthday coupon and wanted to grab a bar cake. I’m moving from Georgia to Missouri and my car was packed andwith my things. As I opened my car door to put in my groceries, a glass fell out. I was trying to pick it up and cut myself. Immediately, out of nowhere Wayne (who works there) came over and asked what broke so he could replace it. I advised it was my personal items and not from the store. He said he would clean it up and ran into and came back out with a broom. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service before. I wish management knew how well he took care of the situation. Thank you Wayne!

Always recommend Publix Super Market, to everyone! Drove my friend to his Dr. appointment, as he's been ill and could not drive himself. Rounded out the morning with a stop at Publix. My wife needed her special coffee creamer and of course, a Publix Chicken Pot Pie! Best affordable dinner going! Delicious!! I love that any trip, to any Publix, in any town is a familiar and welcoming experience. Thank you, Publix

This Publix is no longer dedicated to customer service. The manager is not Publix material. A red-haired employee yelled at me from the front of the store today for being in the wrong check-out line. I had to move all of my items to the next lane, but they continued checking out customers in the lane she said was closed. The light was on when I walked up. This is not what I have experienced at Publix over the past 30 years. I no longer feel valued there.

We love shopping at our local Publix Shopping Market! There is always a store member ready to help you find what your looking for and by the slim chance you turn around and their not there. There's always a manager available to give you a hand. Really has that neighborhood grocers feel. The ladys at the bakery see us coming and already have 2 sprinkles and 2 chocolate chip cookies ready to go. And, Lisa and the ladies at the Pharmacy are so sweet "oh hey your wife was just in a little while ago and your stuff is ready to pick up!" Remembering our names and going that extra mile is really what makes our experience so special. Seriously we feel like we are ins Publix commercially EVERYTIME we walk into the Stillwood Publix inn Newnan Ga.We would definitely recommended that place to anyone!!!

Weekend befor last I was doing Instacart and was attacked by a dog walking on sidewalk to my car. A lady and child was sitting there with a dog that was trying to bite me growling barking and lunging at me a male employee saw it said she shouldn’t be loitering anyway. I went back inside got the manager sher, and she literally did nothing about it. Said ok I will talk to her but didn’t. Cher of Sher do better had I been a person of color she would have helped me. Useless manager I should’ve just called the police to deal with it. Cher is as helpful as a Walmart employee.

What a disappointment and frustration!I love the DELI SANDWICH at Publix but it's is incredibly frustrating to see 6-7 employees in the Deli area and only two addressing the line for sandwiches.Also, WHY NOT HAVE A PLACE TO DINE IN... like all of the others??? We drove 200 miles and wanted to order and eat.

Great produce! Easy pre prepared meals for one, two, or a whole family. Just put them in the oven for about 30 minutes.Excellent stock selection and consistent on availability

My daughter went to cash her check few wks ago for little over a $100 she was denied and a guy behind had no issue getting his check cash seems it was more than what my daughter had. Next time we came in there was a guy and he was so nice truly helpful cashing my daughter check. Today this employee denied my daughter again, it’s sad when there’s a difference in customers to get great service. I shop here often but I will definitely be contacting corporate office.

Only thing missing is the self check out lines like have been added atthe Senioa store, but glad they still have folks to talk to and keep the less than 10 items line staffed during busy hours on the weekdays.

This was my first time shopping at Publix in literal years and for this to be the experience? Get real.I paid online for two subs, and found them sitting in an unattended pickup station with "paid online" receipts taped to them. Anyone could have come by and taken my paid for food.But of course it couldn't have stopped with a slightly bad taste in my mouth. On the way out the door, someone hurriedly ran after me wanting me to show them receipts. He said something along the lines of "they normally use a different receipt for orders paid online."So it's 'Oh, my mistake, I thought you were stealing from us, have a nice day.'?Edit: once we opened the sandwiches, they weren't even prepared correctly. The bacon was missing on one and the other was missing half the toppings.

Almost always have a hood experience here. Staff are pleasant, helpful and nice. I pretty much only shop BOGOs and sale items only and they have enough of a variety of sale items to accommodate a decent weekly menu for a family. LOVE the Pharmacy at this location as well.

Foods great, service is great, always a clean store but my God can they never make an online sub order on time. Ruins the days plans by half an hour every time. Everything else is wonderful though, seriously. Best Publix in the area.
