No overnight parking. You might be able to park on the street if lucky. Other truck places there opened gates but says private property. I'm not sure if they take appointments early, I forgot to ask. Horrible dock area small. I do see construction may be better in the future. Bathroom inside where you take paperwork. Quite fast. I think they were faster than the time it took me to park.

Pure chaos! Trailers and containers all over and everywhere. Good luck navigating to your spot. No overnight parking. Don't show up early for your appointment. I was 45minutes early, they send me away and told me I can be allowed in 15 mins early.

Nice people and fast delivery . My delivery was at 10:00 am I checked in at 7:05 wait for a door about 25 minutes and once I got the door in 30 minutes I was empty full trailer . Impressed in a good way

Been here for 20 mins line hasn't moved for the guard shack so far not impressed will give an updateIt is now 2 pm just got a door lady at guard shack super nice. If you are waiting in line and it isn't moving walk up and give them your paperwork so they know you are here makes it alot easier. Will update once empty. There is no room to trun around in the back way to many trailers.

8 am appointment, they give me a door right away, only 1:30 hours to unload, no overnight parking, shows 1 hour prior appointment. Before parking on the door take the paperwork to the receiving office.

This place is just another democrat run place , they push lgbt and pride and even show pictures of gay couples in warehouseThey tell you it’s not right to say things about being gay but if you’re straight and have real biblical morals you have to conform with PETSMART belief system. They want you to change your morals for them . And they lie about the schedule , they don’t have three days off like they keep bragging about , it’s mandatory overtime working a full 10 hoursAnd if you go to church forget it , they want you to work Sunday too , they only accommodate the lgbt trans movement kind of people and they play majority of rap music all day and then wonder why the workers act like “”criminals””

Five hours, two waiting for a door and three on the dock. Ladies at the guard shack were very nice.The threshold sticks out past the step on the guard shack entrance. I tripped on it and hit the floor. Ouch, lucky I didn't break anything.Inside could go a lot faster.Easy lot to maneuver around in. Easy doors to get on. Can not sleep there.

The guards that work for GardaWorld in the evening after 2 pm have an issue with picking up the phone and calling the Shipping department to find out about a load that was supposed to been ready at 12pm. This was supposed to been a drop n hook, but here we've already sit for 4.5hrs waiting.

Nice staff but a complete cluster when it comes to dropping your trailer in the designated place the guard gives you. Your spot might be taken already. So I dropped in a different spot and corrected the location on my paperwork. You'll get some exercise walking the lot looking for an empty. I was told they don't leave the doors open on empty trailers.

Helpful, yes. Quick to unload? Nope. 2+ hours on the dock and nobody can give an accurate time of completion. Completely disgusted. The one star rating was only given because the ladies at the guard shack were extremely nice.

Was very impressed! Didn’t know what to expect based off the reviews. Came in 45 mins before appt time and got a door right away. Seems like they really expanded the facility, plenty of room. Looks nothing like the satellite view!

Show up on time for 9 am appointment. Check in at 2 different guard shacks. They say," they are on break right now. Go park on the street." It is clearly marked on the street no parking. Why do we have appointment times if you don't honor them ? Why is the crew on break at our appointment time ? Pathetic !!!

Night security guard was upbeat and helpful. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently Construction blocking onsite overnight parking. Okay to park at shopping center before warehouses and temporarily on the street by the distribution center until construction is done. Allowed in 15 minutes before appt.

Once you turn off of the main highway onto international park Road follow Road to the dead end. Everyone is super friendly to unload My entire truck took 50 minutes

These people wants a perfect world. Trucker can be half hour early or late. We don't control traffic on road. We don't control weather. We don't control cops who pull us and waste are time.Instead of help truck driver u push them out. Because of ur behavior i was waiting 4 days here. Because u guy don't have appointment.

Had a 930 appointment, left Walmart just after 9. Took about 20 minutes to get in to receiving. In dock at 945, started unloading about 1015, green light at 1040. Got paperwork 1045

OTR Driver here. Delivered here. It's a chaotic place, total of three separate guard shacks at three different parts of the facility, one says it's okay to drive around to the other side another tells you what are you doing in this side you have to go this way through another guard, I mean a simple drop n hook but I needed one of our empty trailers that was a food grade trailer and they had a few of our trailers buried amongst other carriers, than the yard dog said he meet me over at lot to move other carrier trailer out of way, one hour later he still didn't show up, had to get a driver from that company to move his trailer ..it's a big facility, they need signage if they're going to make this place an effective facility for good flow of freight in and out. No ovnp unless your US Express or Averitt..lol.

Check in at gate. Then your told to go back out and park on street where there is about 100 no parking signs at. Receiving folks and unloading people are friendly and fast. Had to wait on street 1 1/2 hrs past appt time. They book to many trucks in that they arent prepared to deal with. They are located at the end of the street on the right side drive.

I’m not sure if it is a bad luck or not, but I checked in @11:00 for 12:00 appt. It is now 19:08, I’m not loaded yet. I don’t see that many truck traffic, I wonder what took them this long. Luckily I still have a chance to make the delivery if they get it done with in 3hrs. My advice, Consider your delivery time if you have to come here. Good luck!!

They adhere to appointment times for entry then are a little slow unloading. Not the worst but definately room for improvement.

No overnight parking. If you have an early morning appt your best bet is to park on the off ramp or find a local business to park at. Their dock area is a hot mess. Trailers dropped all over the place making it very difficult to get backed into your door. They got us empty in less than an hour though.
