We had our Great Pyrenees, Falkor, and our poodle Dahlia groomed by Savanah. She did an amazing job. Our dogs absolutely loved the extra care that she gave them. All of the other groomers were also so kind and friendly.

Grooming.... went in for a sanitary Grooming on my shih tzu's which at EVERY other Grooming salon includes face trim, trim feet, cut nails, privates and bath... no face, only trimmed their nails and didn't trim their feet, was told they had a bath but they didn't look/smell clean. $100 out of the window!! I even asked to see my dogs before I paid so I could make sure they were done properly but was told it was against policy. 1st and last time !!!

The furbaby had a little procedure done on Wed .Dr. Williams is great he explained what he did and how to apply ointment n how to give the 2 medications...I would highly recommend seeing him n the staff .They were so very nice n helpful even giving me directions how to get to wal mart /restaurant for lunch while waiting for Mr Paolo .to be finished..Thank you ,Newnan Pet Smart/Banfield

My experience with the cat groomer at Newnan petmart was horrible. She was unprofessional, and impolite. She never showed up for the first appointment, and was late for the second. She did a horrible job on my cat. I will never go back again

If i could give zero stars i would. Just picked my dog up from the Newnan location. Excited to see me he’s jumping and i look down at the table and there is blood all over the table and floor. Not a little bit a lot. I’m freaking out because the lady didn’t tell me why he was bleeding until i asked and isn’t bringing him to me. I was told he snagged his nail on the door when he jumped up on it. It’s a smooth door so not sure what he snagged it on. The lady working was not being nice to him when she tried calming him down to get the bleeding to stop. Just yanking on him and yelling that he won’t calm down. I just took him and checked on him in the car. Bleeding stopped but half the nail is missing. Blood dried into his fur. Looked at his other nails and they look horrible with chunks of nail still hanging there. Will never bring him back there. EVER! He is okay but won’t let me near that paw. The photos are from after i cleaned most of the blood off him.

Dear PetSmart,I love this bird. I've decided to name her Carmen because we're bff now and that's just how we do.I don't have $700 to buy Carmen but we had lots of fun playing through the window. It's been like 3 days and I bet she misses me so so much.Please don't allow anyone to buy her yet because that will mess up our friendship. Tell her to wait for me because I swear to all of the old gods I'm coming back for her. I might have to sell an organ first, but it's happening.Nice, clean store, though. The fish tanks look healthy. The gerbils were cute. The parakeets were a bit lazy.I want Carmen, though.

Always very kind and helpful if they have enough staff. Lines are usually long with one or two registers open. Jenny helped me today and she was kind, professional, knowledgeable and eager to assist me. Thank you, Jenny!

I will start off by saying that I am absolutely PLEASED with my visit to the groomer today !! Everyone was so polite , generous and professional (even the lady at the checkout counter was very helpful in today’s visit) !! Thanks to Alyshia O , My dog smelt absolutely AMAZING and his coat looked even BETTER !! I couldn’t have asked for a better visit !! I usually take my Lambo🐾 to the PetSmart in East Point Ga !!! Needless to say … we will NOT be going back there again !!! Thank you Alyshia and the Newnan PetSmart Family !! We are very thankful and will see you all soon !!

Had my dog groomed here and even paid extra for the furminator treatment (we get this often on our pup in Chicago) and oddly enough it made everything way worse. Curious if there was a bad shampoo they used or if they just didn’t actually do the furminator....Not coming back here for grooming.I do recommend the banfield @ this facility however.

Update 11/25/23:Totally different atmosphere! Parents had control of their kids, not just allowing them to run right at the dogs. The shelves were full and the check-out line moved right along.The associates were super helpful in finding the stuff we were looking for and they took their time to warm-up to Kona, our Chow Chow who was a bit anxious from recently having blood drawn at Crossroads Veterinary Clinic. We will definitely be giving them another chance since it seems they got a better handle on thins in the store! Thank you!! 🐾😊They have a ton of pup choices at reasonable prices...would be a higher rating if parents would keep their children under control and not allow them to run at the dogs. NOT all dogs like children, please control your children or better yet, put them on a leash just like I have to do with my well-trained and obedient dog! Please have more items in stock...you are making it extremely difficult to take care of ourfurbabies and get the supplies they need. Very disappointed in what Petsmart has become. Alomst like the ghetto for pet shopping!!

Always a great place to shop. They're more expensive than Chewy, but they have almost every type of dog food you can imagine so it's a good place to go if you forget to order your food. The staff are always friendly, but there seems to be a perpetual long line at the cash registers, so be prepared for a small wait. Their training classes are a good price and they're pretty good if you keep up with them.

Store employees are the rudest I have ever encountered. Complete lack of customer service skills. Also, the name on their name tag is not accurate. When I questioned the person who said she was the manager, she told me it was because men come in there and hut on the all the time. While in store I asked to have the manager help me after Emily/Sarah refused. Instead of getting the person in charge, she called one of her friends over. Management also was unconcerned about this practice as well. Complete lack of customer service skills.

Always able to accommodate my pups nail trims. Grooming salon staff is friendly and does a good job. Store is usually busy on the weekends but they do a good job of getting thru the long line. Makes being a pet owner easier with their abundant product availability.

Groomer razor burned one of my Shih Tzu’s really bad around her eyes and clipped the inside of the other ones ear. I tried to notify management several times but ended up with an Asst. Mgr. who was so rude and condescending, I just told her I would be posting their actions all over social media.
