I love a pet store that has little tubs to wash your pet in. It can be super easy way to wash your dog on a budget. Unfortunately, I did not see if the shampoo is included like the place we currently go. The store has a vast number of options for pets across the board from fish to dogs.

I had just left Pike Nursery from buying my dream tree, a Miniature Japanese Red Leaf Maple for $350. I'm driving down 34 in the left lane at full speed(55mph) and following a Pet Supermarket delivery van. Suddenly, as they approach the intersection in front of their store, the lady driving the van slams on the brakes and hits her left blinker. She didn't even attempt to get into the turn lane. She stopped in the fast lane. I had to slam on my brakes and so did the cars behind me. My new tree, along with 2 other plants, came flying from the rear of my jeep to the front. The force literally tore 3 limbs off my new tree. I was also nearly rear ended because everyone behind me was doing 55mph too. I'm just heartbroken after spending over an hour selecting the right tree and now seeing it look like this is sad.

I love this place. I grew up raising fish and am lucky enough to have been able to set up an 8 gallon tank for my workplace. My employees love our guppy family and the lush green live plants we got at this location. All filtration and fish meds were bought at this Pet Supermarket, keeping our plants and fish happier than ever. Our guppies and crayfish have made us so so happy, and the plants enrich their lives due to the accurate care instructions given to us by the PS staff. There is one employee here who consistently goes above and beyond to help us, and care for our tank secondhand. I believe her name is Trinity. She's young but don't let her age fool you- She's INCREDIBLE and so intelligent. Thank you for keeping our little ecosystem alive and happy, Trinity! You have no idea how many times our staff has visited the tank for calmness during stressful shifts. We owe a lot to the help you've given us time after time! The only complaint I have is that this location is OFTEN understaffed and the employees are obviously not able to fully complete the extent of their duties due to the influx of customers who need their attention. With that being said, the employees are very skilled at handling rushes.

Some items are definitely overpriced but the self serve dog washing station for $14 -$19 is cool. They have shampoos and stuff just bring your own brush. I also saw they have nail clippers but didn't need to use them. Also the shampoos don't have flea stuff in them so if your looking for that bring your own

2) (04/13/2024): Very friendly rescue there today and the staff even gave our Scarlett a pup cup of whipped cream!! 😊1) Super friendly employees and well-stocked with all kinds of goodies for our 3 month old chow chow puppy!! The employees all came over & properly approached our puppy to pet her...one even took a photo! 👍🏻🐾

Excellent pet shop! I bought two green cheek conures. The animals appear very healthy and well cared for. Pet Supermarket has all the food and supplies that you need for your pet! Pet Supermarket is a bit on the pricey side compared to other pet shops, but they sell a wide variety of quality products. This location has grooming and veterinary services for most animals as well.

Today the staff that was working after 3:00 was being very weird towards black people when they would walk in. Looking at them weird and confused. Made me feel very uncomfortable 😕 If I see this again I'll report it immediately to cooperate. No one welcomed them or smiled when they entered.

I love Pet Supermarket. The employees are terrific, super friendly and helpful every time. It always smells good in the store and they have an amazing selection of high quality, healthy dog treats. As a rewards member you always get great discounts. Keep up the good work! ❤️

My family and I love this place! We come here for everything we need and we have a big family; 3 dogs🐶 , 2 Bearded Dragons🦎and 4 Fish Tanks 🐟🐠 so we have a lot of needs. 😆 lol Every one here is so helpful and so nice! Part of the reason we love it here so much we always have a good time. 💜 My 10 year old daughter loves to see/play with the Bunny’s 🐇 and Ferrets🐹the employees are so sweet, my daughter wants a ferret so badly and their is an older man that works there he let my daughter hold one (while I was right next to her and so was he) and he explained all the basic need to know things about ferrets and never once made us feel like we were a bother. The lady that helps with the fish is so helpful and so awesome she will spend forever making sure she gets the fish you pick ( trust me we’ve been there when my daughter had her hearts set on a particular Pleco fish and she never gave up even after I told her not to worry about it. Also they are the reason we ended up going down the reptile Road (they never came off as pushy or anything we actually didn’t even get our Beardies from them) they gave us so much information and let us hold the one they had its just such an amazing place we randomly went there one day and now it’s our forever pet store. I really appreciate the quality help and time the staff takes to help me find what I need. They are experts in tank sizes and what fish can handle the tank size and live together well.The store is always clean and the animals healthy and cared for. I would highly recommend this store.

Store is very clean and well maintained. Fish tanks are cared for. But the best part of this store is the people who work here. Everyone we encountered took such great time with us. My daughter got an aquarium for Christmas and she took in a list of questions. Tammy, the store manager, took time, answered all my daughter's questions as if we were the only ones in the store. The employees are a wealth of information about the animals and products in the store. Congratulations Tammy on such a professional, well run store. You can tell when people pour time and energy into their business.

Everyone here is so nice and really know their stuff when it comes to fish. I set up a new tank my mom got me for my birthday at PetSmart and everything kept dying. We came here and the assistant manager got me everuthing I needed and explained how to balance a tank to me which PetSmart never told me. All there fish look so healthy. The lady was so nice to me that my mom said we will be back for dog food and everything now to. We didn’t even know this store was there but we will be back

My daughter actually buys her dog food from the Pet Supermarket. The thing I found amazing was that the store keeps up with your last purchase. My daughter was out of town and I needed to buy her dog some food. The young man in the store was able to assist me on my purchase. Great job 👏

Needed some help with our large dog and her constipation. They recommended an OTC chewable that was all natural. It worked very well. They are very helpful.

I'm not a big fan of Pet Supermarket, but actually had a good experience at this location. They were the only store that had the dog food I needed in stock, so I went to get it. The cashier was friendly and polite, and helpful when I had questions. The store was very clean and everything was well organized. I ended up getting a bunch of treats too, as their grain free treat selection was really good. I also appreciate that they do price matching, though the store prices weren't bad. There are at least two Pet Supermarket stores closer to me then this one, but I'd rather go to this location. (Also, the parking lot is small and a little awkward if you have a large vehicle. There are other parking lots in walking distance, that look like they would be better if you have a big truck, or an RV.)

They have live feeders! As a snake owner whose snake would rather starve than eat F/T, that matters a lot! I drive almost an hour to shop here. They have a nice selection of bugs for reptile owners and even some isopods for anyone with a bioactive tank. Huge selection for birds, hamsters, ect. Good customer service.

Came shopping for guinea pig. The store associate Michela was extremely helpful and was able to try and help me find the perfect pet even though it didn’t work out. Customer service was excellent would definitely recommend.

We have loved Austin the Assistant Manager since last year when we began our aquarium adventure purchase with our grandkids. He has helped us so many times now with a big tank and two small ones. As well as helping the 3 grandkids every time we are in there. The store is always spotless, the tanks are always clean compared to other store we visited. Now today he told us n the grandkids he is leaving in two weeks. Heartbroken we are and grandkids shed tears. I spent a grand in over year going to this place, (fish, ghost shrimp, and variety of plants seemed great) Getting into fish. Finally, have all eight of my fish a great size. I have four tanks. They had a sale on fancy goldfish. I added some, after quarantine them. My fish all got itch, wasting disease, and fungi infection. I spent money in treatment (general cure, pima, mel, and metronidazole for 75 and 55 gal tanks), all my fancy fish died along with all the new fish as well. I went and expressed my concern to the manager. While there another came with same issue. I was compensated with 2 $5 fish...(12 died(4 was sale fish)). I was more worried that they wouldn't quarantine and stop selling until the infected tank is treated. They had severe mouth rot affect fish in that same tank now. They continued selling. They had no compassion for the devastation this would cause to new fish owner home tank. My water levels were perfect, and ammonia as well. I bought in water samples several times never wanting to recreate this. She suggested tester fish. I put two in each of my empty huge tanks. They died first week. Still perfect water conditions and these were well established year old tanks. I will not longer shop here at all. Lost $187 dollars in fish I had for a year, because they didn't care that they sold sick fish to people. A week of quarantine prior didn't help at all. They were carriers. Their fish were only new element in my tanks.

Lady told me days ago she would hold e feeder mice for me and I drove a hour out of my way to come all the way to this store to get feeder and she said they wasn't holding any for anyone. This customer service is garbage. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Was very happy how fast someone was there to answer my questions. Update.. I went back the next day and got my Bunny. They remembered me.. and was so helpful. And she was cleaning and helping others too. I couldn't ask for anyone to have done anymore. I will go back. I wish I could post a pic of my bunny now. Living his best life. Thank u guys so much for the help and Patients for a first time rabbit owner. .
