I visited this location this afternoon, but didn't realize they close at 3. Unfortunately, I pulled up at 3:02. I saw the lights were out and saw the closed signs. I then noticed the hours of operation. No big deal. I was about to leave when the gentleman who works there poked his head out the door, waved me down, and asked if I needed anything. Without my asking, he was kind enough to re-open the store and let me purchase my item. I was under no illusions that the store should open for me. After hours is after hours. The fact that he not only willingly did so, but even volunteered it really was above and beyond service! I appreciate it very much and will make a point to return here!

If you are looking for personal service from knowledgeable staff then this is the place to go for your hardware needs. Years of experience is what really stands out in this small friendly neighborhood hardware store. No better example of the slogan "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man".

I stopped by looking for very specific bolts and I was very impressed with the large selection of sizes and grades. David, Sharon, and Margaret all helped me at some point throughout the time I spent in the store. David even went as far as letting me use his calipers to make sure I was getting the exact size I needed. I was blown away with the amazing customer service that I received. I have never got even close to this level of service at the local larger stores and that made me really appreciate this family run business. The bolts and nuts would have cost me over $80 from the manufacturer and I got a better quality from Ace for $20. I highly recommend stopping in because they have a great selection to be a smaller store and it feels good supporting these kind of businesses in the community where the employees actually care about you. I will be back!

It was great to meet David who opened the store 41 years ago. He was very helpful and we had an enjoyable conversation while looking for the items I needed. Ace stores always have a high level of customer support and I will definately be back.

Ace is the place for the helpful hardware man. I enjoy shopping at Ace. Unlike the big box brand of stores, Ace has the largest of items and the smallest of items that home owners need. I like to think of Ace as the RadioShack of hardware stores. Hours of business are 8am to 3pm. Staff is like family with their service and attention to detail. Associates do more than point you to an aisle, they walk with you and if needed will provide information concerning the best product for the task.A must visit and you shall experience what I'm saying.

I've been looking for a certain key for my trailer lock for a long time. This place finally had it. The owner took a lot of time hunting for this key. And I found the last one he had by accident. Although he had looked at it twice. He was very patient and cut the key for me. Hopefully he has ordered more because I need to get a couple more cut. I was very disappointed that they sell this lock at one of the big box stores but don't keep blank keys for it. This is why I hope privately owned stores like this never go out of business. Please support the store. Included a picture with the empty slot from where I got the last key. I hope they have more ordered.

I went to have a rare key duplicated. To my surprise.....Old school hardware store, old school customer service, get greeted with a smile. They have everything that you would need for your home or do it yourself project. Very refreshing!!! I will be going back.

Love this place they are very committed to helping you find whatever you need. If they don't have it they've always been very informative about where you can find it. I have not had any problems with the products that I have purchased from them.

As hardware stores go, this one is about as good as it gets without going directly to their suppliers or one of the big box stores.I always try to patronize local stores and the mom & pop stores that struggle to stay in business among the ubiquitous massive corporations which have destroyed so much of Americana and our culture.Be American/Buy American/Support All Things Local, Police, Fire, Mom & Pops...
