EDIT After numerous phone calls- An employee was finally sent out and took care of our problem! Thank you!we have nothing but trouble with mr.carpet they say labor and materials are warranted which is not true i thought i was getting a good product not so the baseboards were beat all to H!!! bad seams do yourself a favor DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE you will regret it he is not the happy go likely person after he gets your money I would buy products else where and get a good product with expert installation

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I need to make an exception for Mr. Carpet. Stay away from this place and anything else associated with Dave!! He’s a con artist. He’s cheaper than most, but lies about his products so you think you’re getting a deal. I’ve used him 3 times and each time there has been an issue(dented refrigerator, left with a mess, a broken ceiling light and now refusing to take the extra flooring back after he encouraged me to get more with the solution that I could always bring it back. Today, I tried to bring back the extra flooring that I bought from him. He looked at me and said “I don’t take that one back.” and walked off. 3rd times a charm. I won’t be using him again. Don’t be fooled by this guy.

Dave is a great flooring source no matter the quality fromlows apartment grade or luxury million dollar estates you go to himU are guaranteed to save 25-50%. The installers are the source of 90% of the reviews. I installed Dave's jobs, he allows us to be true sub comtractors where we do our own measuring, and get paid at the ends of the job as the separate entity we are. So all of you complaining if isn't Dave remove that post and complain. To and about the ones who left trash and dented fridges. Hey if you cannot inspect the job prior to paying that's on you. Go to MR Carpet if you have any brains at all, be picky about the installers. It's not Dave's fault. I would work on his jobs any day and I have installed $500/sq yd. carpets in Celebraties homes Montecito Mansions 20-40million dollar homes over some of the shops around here.

I called Mr. Carpet and was able to get measurements and installation done on that very day. THAT DAY! Mr. Carpet’s crew installed a vinyl floating interlock, waterproof floor in my entire home! They did a fantastic job🤗❤️ I’m delighted that I chose this company! This is the only place to take your business if you want carpet done right! Dave and his team are fast and affordable. When everyone was telling me 3 weeks on install, he had it done in a few days. Also, his prices are incredibly affordable. Do not pass up Mr. Carpet on any carpet job!!

He takes pride in his installers workmanship. I look forward to working with them. The price is good but the location is no showroom. Low overhead means better prices. I will deal with the warehouse location no problem.

Talked to Mr carpet, they came and measure my floor but nothing got done after ! I called several times they supposed to call me back and send me a sample but never got it ! A good friend recommended it, very disappointed!

I went to Mr carpet to get some carpet scraps to put in my place because I have wood floors and my dog just had ACL surgery and I didn’t want him to slip and re-injure his leg. The owner was very nice and gave me more than enough to cover my floors. His worker carried it to my car and loaded it with a smile. Thank you

Dave never does what he says he’s going to do or call you back. His crew put down some hardwood in my house and it’s not enough glue do it pops whenever u step on certain areas. I have called several times on this matter and nothing. He was suppose to call me back this past Friday at 9:45 and I’m still waiting. No I do not recommend his company.

Horrible experience. Have been waiting on the carpet installers for 3 days now, and mr carpet is horrible at calling back. Don’t go to this man he is just a crook. Go to Home Depot you can get everything installed for just a little bit more money, and way better customer service

My carpet requires stretching after a year of being installed.We called Mr Carepts about 20 times or more.He promised to stretch the carpet but never showed up.He kept giving us appointments by never followed up.This is just poor customer service support.
