The tech was very professional and helpful, we purchased a new washing machine and she explained the 1 year warranty that comes with the machine and explained how long the life of it has. She also explained the bring and take away of the machine. We would ask for her the next time we purchase a big item.

oven broke during xmas meal dinner, the glass just shattered I did my research picked the one I wanted. lucky they had it instock on the wearhouse. and it could be delivered like the following day. that was news years eve. welllllllllll it was a lemon, a dud, everything was wrong, but on a HOLIDAY weekend nobody was picking up the phone to discuss this new "48" hour warranty. so the very next day I went in. the manager in the Newnan section said that it was good I can get a replacement since it was a "holiday" and whatever. but then they told me that hey didn't have the same stove in stock for over two months. the stove it self "worked" but half of the burners were out., I have small children I can't go WITHOUT stove because I have a "48" window to return it so the managers at the warehouse and the store said I could keep this lemon stove until they get more in stock, it would be about feb 2nd.. they would give me a call. to schedule a pick up and drop off..... well all the sudden its march, April, nothing, I call them... they said "oh yeah we can't honor that because your past the 48 hour window". OOOMMMGGG im mind blown at this point. first my family works for lowes, plus we are veterans WHO JUST GOT DISCOUNTS TAKEN AWAY and now your going back on your word! you have to be kidding me ! I've been trying to schedule a repair, BUT THE PERSON THEY TIRED TO SEND OUT ALSO TOLD ME THAT A DRYER WITH A PURE H-0-L-E melted to the outside could be fixed, I did not want that man coming back in my house. the other option that they gave me was a norcorss location who has called my husband and said that was too far of a drive and they'd not service this area. so here I am, spending and paying for a 2,5k plus oven and its been broken since the day they dropped it off. it continues to get worse, the warming light now stays on even though we don't use it. its just a complete ****show. they knew this was a lemon and I am almost positive about that! Now they have gone back on their word about replacing my oven and saying I have to go through warranty. we'll I did that, THEN THEIR PERSON NOW SAYS I LIVE TO FAR AND THEY WONT SERVICE ME!! OH I am so tired, but I am not going to keep fighting! this stupid oven continues to get worse and more and more mechanical issues as time has gone past these few months.... NEVER AGAIN, Home Depot ALL THE WAY!!!!

I am not reviewing the local Lowe’s. I only shop here. I won’t go to Home Depot at all but I am so very disappointed that when I go there are only self check out lines. I work all day and when I shop I don’t want to check out my own goods. Please bring back at least one cashier.

Shopping here is usually fine but I'm done with the garden dept- between the too high prices, ridiculously crowded aisles, low quality products, and waiting an excessively long time for someone to come out and give me pinestraw, I'm over it. I waited 10 mins one day to get the pinestraw- too long but they were kind of busy so fine. Went back to get more the next day and waited over 20 mins before calling the store only to be put on Hold. Another 20 mins later, nobody showed up, I was still on Hold and decided I just wanted my money back. I went into the store to get a refund but the cst svc desk line was literally out the front door - I really had to tinkle and I was out of patience so I left and just hoped I could get a refund when I came back another day. I was dreading having to go back to the store so I could get a refund so was momentarily pleased to see the reply from Lowe's to my 1 star review. Unfortunately, the # they provided was a general # where I sat on Hold for a very long time (AGAIN!!!!!!) just to be told they couldn't do anything for me and I need to go back to the store for a refund. So yeah, I'm now a VERY VERY VERY unhappy and dissatisfied Lowes-card-holding customer. The ONLY good thing about any of this is that I had a chance to put down the pinestraw I got the day before and found out it's TERRIBLE!!!! Faded, full of random weirdness like bottlecaps, bird feathers, sticks, pinecones, non-pine straw- so I'm happy I don't have 10 more bales of this junk to mess with as long as Lowe's will actually refund me. That's a battle for another day. For now, i need to find another place to buy pinestraw and everything else I would usually buy at Lowe's....

Just want to make sure folks know "Installations are purchased along with your product and are performed by one of our Lowe’s PROviders. Hookups are a complimentary service provided by our delivery drivers upon delivery of your appliance." (Quoted directly from the small print on their website) Two different appliances delivered at different times and one refused to connect the waterline, the other refused to install the new hose and told me to take it back. Was told the installation issues are not the delivery teams problems. So their PROviders told me to pay for it myself. An hour was my limit on hold with Customer Service.... I guess I'll call again tomorrow.

Beautiful plants and flowers. They have patio furniture is marked down. Very beautiful looking patio furniture also. Nice flags for your flag poles. All type of bug sprays for outdoors and for your body. I like Lowe's home improvement store.

I stopped by here today to get something for a family member as a gift. We were walking around to inspect all of the prospective gifts. While we walked around we saw several sale items in the weekly flyer. We decided to get a few more items in addition to the gift we were originally trying to get. The cashier was great when working with us to get our items scanned and paid in full. The walking areas were unobstructed and the storage areas were fairly well cleaned for viewing and selection.

Overall it’s alright however when you’re. Checking out at a self service register and the older lady backs up to watch you like a Hawk; that’s the most non customer service experience. If you don’t trust me then open the lines!

Terrible! Order a washer, when delivered it was the wrong one. Store team gave me the run around, when I finally was able to talk to a store manager (Jill) she said the best she can do is re try the delivery a week later. The worst customer service I have experienced.

Walked in bought 2 bales of hay on a Monday. Hardly a soul in the store, associates everywhere. Still took 30 min of waiting in my truck for someone to load it. I had to call the store three times.

If there was an option for zero stars and poor customer service I would give it in a heartbeat!!! I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from this establishment along with a warranty. My 2 year old dryer has not been functioning since October 16th it is now November 5th. To say I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of urgency and professionalism in getting my appliance repaired in a timely manner would be an understatement. Here I am almost a month waiting for repair is ridiculous!!!!!!!! I am being told different things by different people and I am without a functioning dryer to complete the necessary task of doing laundry. I was told today that someone would be to my home between 3-6 so not only have I been waiting I tried calling someone to get an ETA and I’m getting sent to a voicemail!!!!! Never again will I purchase an appliance or a warranty from your establishment is this is the way I am going to be treated…..Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Scam on new appliances, dryer rattling 2 weeks, pay with your own card you only have 48hr return, if you use lowes credit card you get 30 days, sounds a forceful way to get you in credit debt & selling of defective equipment . This is ludicrous!!! LOWES OF Newnan Ga.

Purchased a white vinyl fence from Lowe's which took about 5 months to get but well worth the wait. The fence is so nice! It was installed through Lowe's by CAPITAL HOME SOLUTIONS LLC and they did an excellent job! We also purchased a new garage door from Lowe's and we love our new garage door!!! It was installed through Lowe's by Ben with Georgia Garage. He was on time and did an awesome job!! I highly recommend Lowe's for purchasing a vinyl fence and garage door!!Good prices! Love the plant selection! The sales people are very helpful and friendly!

This Lowes us a great store. They have a fabulous woman named Britt who works the front desk. This woman went out of her way to help me with a problem. I was trying to make a payment on my credit card, and it kept coming up. I didn't have one.. Then I list a 500.00 gift card. She found it and put it up in Lowes safe for me. I really needed that card because there had been fraud on my bank account, and they won't let me have a debit card for a year. My money needs to be on visa gift cards. I am so grateful for Britt. She brings great honor to Lowes.

05/04/24:Great customers service with help finding what we were looking dor and they even corrented the clearance prices with no gassle. We also had our Chow Chow, Scarlett in wi us and they were suoer friendly toward her. No attitude what-so-ever!! The petted and interacted with her! This was at the Newnan, GA store around 10am!! Great job!!2/21/24 update:Once again, GREAT associates!! This time we brought our 3-month old Chow Chow pup in to socialize her and everyone was welcoming and knew how to approach her without scaring her...some even got down to play with her! Thank you for being pet-friendly!! 🐾😊************************************Service was GREAT!! We were looking for a new Garage light and couldn't find it anywhere we looked. Up came one of your associates and BOOM, in a matter of seconds he had it! I wish I would have gotten his name bacuase he needs a raise!! As my Gramdma used to say "We were so close to it, if it had of been a snake it would have bitten us!!"He just popped up to help, I guess because we looked like we were totally lost and BINGO, he found it in literally seconds and then instead of giving us one where the box was dented, he found a prestine one and let me tell you, our garage is now super bright!!We can't thank him enough for his help and kindness!! (I really wish I had gotten his name! He def deserves recognition for his help!!)

Lowe's is very convenient. And it seems as if they have a good selection of appliances. However, something seems to always go wrong with the refrigerators. I have had four refrigerators in the last 8 years. They last barely two years and then they die. The one I have now needs repair, and Lowe's cannot find anyone to fix it. I have found someone who ordered the part, and he's having a hard time getting it. I don't know if all of their appliances are old when they get them or what, but I'm about had my fill of refrigerators from Lowe's.. Luckily, I bought an extended warranty on this one, but since they can't fix it, they actually sent me a Lowe's card for my cost of the refrigerator. I didn't even know it was coming, and actually deleted the email. Luckily they sent a survey asking how I liked their resolution of my warranty request, so I was able to recover the email and have access to the card. I'm really not happy about it, I want my refrigerator fixed, and I don't want to buy another appliance from Lowe's. I guess I will be able to use the card for other materials, but I'm pretty sure it's not going to be a refrigerator.

“I recently visited Lowe’s of Newnan GA. I was blown away by the peachy service Keisha greeted me with. She had a gentle smile and a calm quiet spirit that set the atmosphere ablaze. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She went over and beyond to help me even when two of the store managers were too busy, too sharp, and too nasty-acting to help me. They basically brushed me off and looked straight through me as if I were a ghost.Keisha remained focused and professional while keeping a straight poker face. She never made a comment; she just watched everything unravel. She did the managers’ jobs and quickly resolved the problem as if she were the manager. Maybe Lowe’s management team or corporate should consider Keisha as their coach. You have to be careful how you handle people.I feel a few of the managers at Lowe’s of Newnan GA have forgotten their purpose. They’ve forgotten what humility is all about. I highly recommend Keisha or Derek as your #1 if you’re looking for a great, quick easygoing hassle-free experience. ”

Would honestly give it a zero if I could. I ordered a kamado joe grill for fourth of July sale (ordered on July 2). Had to reschedule the order because they didn't have anyone to assemble the grill. After they assembled it, they broke the grill while loading it on the truck. I was then told 4 days later that they just sold their last grill and were out of stock (July 17th). On the same day they gave me the option to buy the more expensive, next series up grill but without the fourth of July deal or any discount.It was always complicated dealing with costumer support. Each call I had to make, I wound up being on hold for 20-30 minutes or being transferred to 5 different people because they didn't know what they were doing.really upset with the whole process.

Well stocked nice variety of lights set up which..makes me want to buy new indoor lighting. Staff doesn't stop for a lost wanderer or even slow down. Unfortunate as the more questions you answer the more products you will sell. Smokers and grills are impressive, I'll be back. Proces are average to moderately high.

This is the type of service you get at Lowe’s when you spend 5800 dollars on blinds... If anyone is thinking of purchasing blinds from Lowe’s I would strongly reconsider another company!!!!
