Yesterday I walked in to make a return on an item that was expired and stale. I stood at guest services for about 3 minutes and a worker who was working at self check out looked and me and yelled “it’s closed.” I asked if she was talking to me and she said yes, it’s closed. I was clearly perplexed and asked if I could make a return, she said no, it’s closed. The worker didn’t ask if she could assist me with my return or anything, she just turned around and continued her conversation.I walked out, called the number on the site, no answer. Frustrated, I walked back in and asked a worker that was bagging where can I make a return. She was so nice and friendly, she walked me over to another register and processed my return.I understand that working in customer service is hard, I experienced it for over 6 years. What you can’t do is be rude and dismissive to a customer who clearly needed help. I will NEVER return to this location.

Employees are nice but this store does not rotate stock. Always check the dates because 90% of time packaged produce or dairy is 30+ days past expiration.

This place has gone to the dumps. They can’t keep the shelves stocked. Employees sit on the side and smoke and stink the place up. They allow some man to sit outside and play loud irritating music all day. People constantly asking for money as you come into the parking lot. This type of stuff NEVER happens at Publix or at the Kroger on Lower Fayetteville Road.I also attached a photo - look at the carts in the parking lot. I’ve seen so many roll into peoples cars. DO BETTER KROGER. This picture of the carts was on 5/27/23 - RIDICULOUS!!! When they had their GRAND REOPENING and the big bosses were down, everyone was on their toes like little busy bees. But now, back to the same lame Kroger. Lines backed up down the aisles. Three of six self check out running. Always so many just standing around talking and doing absolutely nothing. It’s an absolute miserable place to shop at. Take my advice go somewhere else.

Usually their 5 stars ,but on this occasion I gave them two.it was the night before Thanksgiving ,and the self check out had two closed registers.. I commented to the lady behind me... Why don't they use those... Mr bad attitude heard me and said their having money problems with them.

They’ve been open for almost 3 hours yet there were still cases of merchandise all over the floor, empty carts all up and down aisles, and customers trying to navigate down aisles that have nothing but empty shelves. So why are all the other Krogers fully stocked when they open at 6 AM except for this one? This location has gone downhill so bad over the last couple years and I’ve decided that I won’t be coming to this one anymore. Go to the one on Lower Fayetteville Road, it’s clean and always well stocked.

It's a nice, older Kroger. It's not the monstrosity sized, so much quicker to run in and run out (unless you're not going to self checkout... two registers open with long lines on a Friday after school isn't any fun if you're not the 'self checkout' type). I actually prefer this Kroger to the new one on Lower Fayetteville Road (very, very nice! but HUGE and crowded) and especially over the one in Carrollton, which started off nice and because of crime and lazy, dirty people is just not what it was anymore.

A friend of ours from Atlanta told us about Kroger's fried chicken. At that time, it was on sale for $5.99 for eight pieces. OK... good deal, but how about the flavor. WOW! Now, instead of spending a lot more from the fried chicken places, we get a better deal with better flavor. Lunch from 11-2 and dinner from 4-7. Try it!

Always a good shopping experience. Employees and customers are generally friendly. The store seems to change its layout periodically but the current more updated layout is good. Competitive prices and many items and brands to choose from.

Apparently Kroger is doing a rebranding and totally resetting this store and right now, no one can find anything! But at least you can no longer smell the seafood counter at the back of the store the minute you walk in at the front of the store. I hope they keep it up! It has been smelling a bit "unwashed" if you get my meaning lately. Especially for such a TINY Seafood counter!

I have been shopping here for 33 years. This is my Kroger. I have always taken up for this place when others would down grade it and call it the ghetto Kroger. No more! I'm so sick and tired of this not having anything. I can go to another Kroger and they have plenty. Today was the worst day. Absolutely no help and the buggies are awful looking and sound like a freight train. Get better and improve or I'm done.

My daughter bought case of canned catfood. They got home and stored it. Could find the smell in there house. So they went and opened the box to feed cats. All the cans were dented and some busted open and covered in maggots and some kind of green slime. Yes, they didnt have their reciept. But took pictures of box and stuff in it. Cleric and manager refused to make it right. It was a 33.99 case of cat food. Now my daughters are out that money. No long shopping there and we were patrons of this location for 7 years.

Worst store ever for employee knowledge and customer service. While the store is in a upgrade (downgrade) the explanation when you ask a employee where something is the standard answer I received was it use to be on aisle and they look as puzzled as I am. Only 1 young man pulling orders had a positive attitude and stopped what he was doing to answer with a positive attitude. Once I finished shopping I then proceeded to check out 2 registers open and everything was backed up including self check out. ( I had a full cart and this was not a choice) I emptied my cart onto the belt and waited to be checked out and waited then 2 employees were checking out the. Customer before me . Once completed with previous customer one of the clerks turned to me and said you have to remove your groceries ( NOT MY Groceries at this point) and go to line 9 ) I have to go stand in line again? Yes sir we can’t get the register to work it’s froze up. My decision at this time was since I had already spent well over a hour in your. Store you groceries can stay in your store. I left the the store stopped at LITTLE GIANT FARM ERS MARKET on Hwy 29. Where I enjoyed a well stocked clean store with pleasant helpful employees. If you have never being to this store I highly recommend it. I have shopped this store for pick up items for years. I will now make it my primary Store. Forgot to say after I left the Kroger I called back 3 different times to talk to a manger and no one answered the phone no surprise??

My favorite place to shop for groceries. The store is preparing for a makeover this summer. So items may not be where they always are, yet fear not any associate can quickly walk you to the temporary location. Great prices, 10 for 10 and double points for fuel discount on some items saves you big. Fuel center is excellent! I can hardly wait to see the new look after remodel.

Never have I ever been so humiliated in my entire life. Me and my husband was watched the entire time we were checking out. the cashier left the lane she was working just to come stand behind my husband and I. I'm sure it's because we are white and the others checking out wasn't and the cashier wasn't white either Discrimination is what it was.

Shannon was my cashier today. I get working on a holiday and not being so happy but being pure rude isn’t it. Also the bagger working with Shannon busted my drinks and my groceries spilled out. I’m pregnant and I was putting my groceries on the belt as best and fast as I could she kept saying “I’m waiting on you !!” Sorry I’m if I am slow but I tried to the best of my ability to be as fast as possible 🤷🏻‍♀️ I may add even the people behind me made a face to her rushing as one looked at me and raised her eyebrows . Super embarrassing.

Great location and staff. Shelves are confusing based on other Krogers...I spent too much time trying to find staples that are usually on the inner aisles at most locations.

The store was clean, employees friendly and very helpful ( I could not reach a high shelf product and a gentleman stocking stopped and helped me ) Plus Chris the cashier is amazing , I will wait in a long line just to have a interaction with him . This store maybe smaller than most but it makes up with the service you get.great shopping experience always

Worst Kroger for pick up orders. They do not tell you or ask you about the substitutions before they take it upon themselves to fulfill the order with another item that doesn’t come close to what was originally placed for that order. Every other Kroger I’ve been to has either sent an email or provided me with a paper with the substitutions asking if it was OK or if I would like to remove them completely. This Kroger does not do that

I shop here a few times a month. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The store is very well organized. They often run sales and money saving deal on many of my favorite products.The pharmacy is always very helpful, fast, and friendly. I would give five stars, however they have stopped stocking a few products that had been long time staples of my grocery list.

Our family loves shopping at this Kroger. The staff is always super friendly. Recently we have use their ClickList to shop. It has been such a time saver for us. They wave the $4.95 fee for your first three orders! Either way you choose you are sure to be happy with this location. I would highly recommend this store.
