I stopped in to grab some lunch and a few items for the house. The cashier and the bag person was bagging. The bag person handed me bags but Idisnt realize that the cashier had bagged my toothpaste and disnt give it with the other bags. I called saveral hours later when I got home and brought the bags inside. The supervisor and customer service employee were so short and rude that I wanted to drive an hour and 10 minutes back to the location and see these ladies in person. They failed to give me purchased products and are unwilling to verify my transaction and process a refund. They want me to make a 2.5 hour round trip for $12. I waited a very long tint to speak with someone and both times I was hung up on by rude, unprofessional and out of breath hourly employees. I will definitely be showing up with my receipt and getting my products and will demand an apology from these folks. I spend thousands with the company every month and to be treated like I'm a bother because they are understaffed and poorly trained is unacceptable. I am a stakeholder and deserve better treatment. I'm furious.

KrogerPopular grocery store chain location. Convenient location in great residential neighborhood. Easy access from interstate and major roads. Plenty of free parking and adequate shopping carts. Great produce, deli and frozen food section. Most locations have bakery and pharmacy. Some locations have urgent care called the little clinic. Helpful and polite staff

This Kroger is good. They don’t typically have produce or bread that is about to expire and the staff is accommodating. They move things around from time to time. Recently the eggs were moved to a different part of the store (back corner) but the Kroger brand eggs were left where the eggs used to be. The biggest issue I have is that they pretty much don’t have anyone to help check out. Everything is self check out. There was time where I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to get to a self check out but there was plenty of regular check out stations open but no staff was working at them

Called customer service to ask them to look for something i may have dropped while i was in there getting my prescription and groceries, she laid the phone down and was telling the other employee that i had some nerve calling and asking for them to look for something, calling me curse words and complaining. This woman has no business working in customer service the manager needs to take notice of these complaints. I shop there many times a week because i work in the same shopping center but i think i will spend my money somewhere my business is appreciated.Lower Fayetteville rd location.

This Kroger location is always overcrowded for the number of cash registers open. I usually have to bag my own groceries and then feel like I'm being rushed. A lot of the prices don't scan correctly, and since I'm busy bagging, I don't notice it.

This store stole $50 in groceries from me through click list. Promised a refund waiting on me at the store on 1/3/24. Then manager Nate was very rude and refused my refund / groceries (1/4/24) after I was told on 1/3/24 there would be a refund in the form of a gift card waiting for me at customerservice. I DO NOT RECAMEND USEING CLICK LIST AT THIS STORE. This is the second time this has happened using click list. The first time they made it right with no issue. Iv been shopping with Kroger for 25 years and have never been treated this way. This is unacceptable customer service. I had to call corporate to get it straightened out. Also at this store a sale sticker will be placed below the item, but if you look on the sale sticker, it's been expired for a week. So people think they are getting an item on sale when the sale expired a week ago. This used to be a really nice store to shop at but over the past few months customer service has declined, false advertisement of sale items is a poor moral business practice and the roaches in your store are gross. Also, thank you to the kroger employees that did try to help me with this issue on 1/3/24. Your courtesy and efforts were greatly appreciated for trying.

Horrible experience. Frequently out of stock, understaffed, forced self checkout with long lines. No carts returned. They have removed scan-bag-and-go from this location. They have removed the public WiFi and are located in an area with terrible cell service so I can't even use the Kroger app in store.I was in need of assistance at the self checkout and the associate made me wait for assistance so she could go order a Starbucks coffee. Absolutely the worst Kroger experience I have ever had.

They don't know how to read their own adds when things are on sale. They are over priced, even with most of there sales Walmart is still cheaper and Walmart regular price is cheaper. Sales start and they don't even have the product that they have in sales paper.

The lady at the customer service desk was so rude (employee blocking closed sign) when she saw me told me it was closed after she had stood there and waited on another customer. I had been standing there the whole time. Then she said, she (the one covering closed sign) is an employee okay? Then she said you all just keep coming. I said I was standing there the whole time. Then she said go get in line they will help you. Then standing in line, I thought I was done with the rudeness she says I said number 10. No, she didn't. Whatever, I just wanted my money back for my apples that weren't good. I don't know what or why she thinks she can talk to people that way. I asked her if she was having a bad day? She said no, really...might need to rethink that answer. NOT only did she upset my mood, which was really good. She doesn't get to talk to me like that, she isn't my mother. I explained that I couldn't understand her since she was wearing her mask and she told me that I was getting smart. (Don't know why she is wearing a mask anyway, she isn't wearing it properly so what is the point? Other than to make people not be able to understand you?It is a really good thing Kroger has good prices because with service like this! It definitely isn't the service that is bringing me back. I told her I now know why I don't live in Newnan anymore. Thanked her and left.

Produce is not fresh, a lot of items not in stock, extremely long check out lines, and most importantly ROACHES at self check out. My mother and I were at self check out bagging our groceries and we saw a huge roach and a bunch of baby roaches on the metal near the bags. We were pretty much done with the transaction at that point so we ran and purchased trash bags to transfer our items from the grocery bags to the trash bags before getting in the car. First item I pulled out of the grocery bag had a roach on it once we got to the car. Immediately returned over $400 worth of groceries. The staff acted surprised and gave us a gift card. I will not be shopping at this Kroger ever again.

I don’t shop in this store often and now I remember why. There were multiple self checkout registers not working… Then I had to track down a person to buy wine multiple times Because each time I was forced to go to a different register, I had to get the wine approved.Most of the cashiers seem very unhappy

I am done with Kroger!!! There is no good excuse for customers to have to scan and bag $200 worth of groceries!!! This company is cheap and greedy!! Hire some cashiers, give hard working Americans jobs!! #boycottkroger

Used to be a good Kroger, but now it is very poorly managed. Long lines at the checkout, inventory control is bad -they are always out of things - and the deli just loses orders. Use the Thomas crossroads Kroger or the publix across the street instead to save some aggravation.

My experience left me feeling as though Kroger should pay me. I had to shop, unload, pay for and bag my own groceries while observing many employees walking by appearing to do very little. This was in the regular line not self checkout. The bags kept ripping and my groceries fell out onto the trunk of my car.

One checkout line open at 4:30 in the afternoon. The cashier was moving at her own, SLOW pace. I had to bag my own groceries while workers stood around. I informed the worker that I was about to run out of bags, she told me there was a box of more under the register. Like I worked there I had to open a new box of bags. A cake I was buying wouldn’t ring up and a manager came over and said that I had to go get another. With a backed up line full of people, after I waited 20 minutes in line, bagged my own groceries, they made ME go get another cake. And then that one wouldn’t ring up either, they told me there was nothing they could do I couldn’t have the cake. No shopping carts at the front. This place is awful. I’m pregnant and just wanted a dang cookie cake! 😩

Update 02/14/24: still slow, customer service still unhelpful and rude...on Valentine's Day of all days! We were just looking to grill something for supper (it really didn't matter what kind of protein and yet each time we asked the associate for a 2 pack since there were only 2 of us, he refused to accomodate us, as did the butcher!)...I still don't know why we continue to torture ourselves by going to Kroger.....just GO TO PUBLIX IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!They have what you need; however, there have been several times when items on the shelves have expired, so be sure to check the expiration dates. We advised management about this at several Newnan locations, and after waiting about 4 days, we went back, and the same items were on the shelves, so we went to Publix to get non-expired goods. The managers on duty at Kroger were apathetic and gave us the good old brush off like we didn't know what we were talking about even though we showed them the items. It has happened as recently as September of 2019. They need to fix this before someone gets sick from expired food (and the food was full price, too!!)

The young man and young lady that were in deli this afternoon around 12 pm have the worst attitude and customer service. They didn't even greet me. They made me feel like I was bothering them by asking them to slice meat and cheese for me (which is what the get paid to do). The young man has always had a dismissive attitude whenever I shop here. This store has went down terribly. I hope management addresses these employees on how to treat customers who are paying their hard earned money. I'm so upset that I'm still at the store shopping as I write this review. Only reason I gave this store 2 stars is because the woman in the bakery department was really sweet!

I never had bad experience at this Kroger till date. Today, I felt we were humiliated by letting us know English Cucumbers are expensive when requested to void them. The cucumber section wasn’t well managed, I picked the English cucumbers and my intent was to price check before purchasing it. I don’t know how someone has courage to make comments by just simply judging on what we bought in our shopping cart at self checkout. I cannot use this one bad experience and judge the entire Kroger customer experience team. I wish to give 1 star but the entire customer service team doesn’t deserve 1 star because of one person Cheryl. Please appreciate your customers, that’s what brings people to shop here.

The one in the meat department who made those mild Italian meat balls deserves a raise or promotion. They were the best I've ever eaten and I'm 76 years old. Kroger always has the best value and quality. Thank you

I use to shop there all the time. I stopped because their produce there wasn't fresh. Now they have fresher produce. But with several food allergies. All there organic gluten free and allergy friendly foods are so expensive. There's a customer service woman there. That seems like she's always in a bad mood. And very rude and cold. Have problems using my OTC card there. Even though they say that they take it. But then they don't. There are no prices on several things. It's not fully stocked or stocked well. It's just a hassle going there. I dread grocery shopping. But even though they are high priced on my foods. It's still a little cheaper than other stores. And all there dairy free frozen desserts, still have milk in them. Seriously have to do something about that lady. And put prices on your items in the store please Kroger

Kroger is always my store for grocery shopping. I always meet other shoppers and everyone seems to like the atmosphere there. (I LOVE the music and have even sang with other shoppers!!!). Store is clean and neatly kept. I've recently moved back to Newnan so getting familiar with the store is challenging. It is much larger than my previous Kroger. I have noticed lately that they must be doing another change up!!! Myself and other shoppers have noticed that things have been moved around, making it a little confusing to find regular items! The variety is amazing and can be somewhat overwhelming!!! They have everything (except shallots!!! The past 3 times, no shallots!!). I ALWAYS find things in the whoohoo clearance areas. My visits usually range between an hour or two and sometimes more!!! All of my flowers have come from Kroger this year. I even bought 2 rubber trees on clearance there!!!Overall, Kroger is my go-to store for just about EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
