I give this place zero STARZ if I could. I went there 12/26/23 at about 745P.M with my husband and my service Dog to get some essentials for my house before I called it a night and the manager this older bald tall skinny African American man and older salt and pepper hair with glasses on the heavy side women told me I had to get out of the store do to them not allowing dogs. I tried to explain to the women that he is a service animal vary well behaved my I add. She asked me for credentials, which I always leave in his vest, but due to me, leaving in a rush from the house I I did not put his vest on, but I asked if I can show her identification from my phone. She stated no my husband asked the manager why can’t we show credentials to our phone the manager continue to ask what is the service animal for? and that we was not going to argue with us. I told him bylaw I can enter anywhere with my service animal ..

Be prepared to stand there waiting on someone to come check you out. Multiple times I’ve had to walk around to find someone after standing there for over 5 minutes. This is the worst dollar general I’ve ever been to.

This Dollar General is in what use to be a grocery store so it's much bigger than most DG stores. The employees are friendly and helpful. Here's a tip, there's a discontinued corner that has some real deals. I bought several packs of light bulbs (each pack held two) for 25¢ each! When you walk in the door it's the far left corner.

They like to close the store early. I don’t have a car and this is the closest thing to me and my son needs diapers. Very unprofessional and lazy.

This is a nice retail store. The parking lot is large, free, and has plenty of handicap parking spots to choose from. The store is very organized and well stocked. The employee's are very friendly and helpful. This retail store offers good savings and excellent quality of goods for the price payed. Awesomeness in retail shopping.

I'm excited with every shopping experience. Most definitely the neat and clean restroom. Since the pandemic dollar general prices are up. Yet the increase is within a single dollar. My fav is cleaning supplies and paper products. Dollar general provides name brand products as well as store brand. The newest reset is coming along well and allows you to shop and find without little difficulty.Smiling faces of associates makes shopping a pleasure.EBT cards accepted

Always well stocked shelves, rarely out of anything. Clean public accessible restrooms. Large variety of name brand products at great prices, and they accept manufacturers coupons. Check out can sometimes get a little longer than it should be. Helpful and courteous staff, ask for Ms. Carolyn!

Extremely friendly employees. While I am in Newnan, this will be where I go shopping for my everyday needs. Store is kept clean and orderly. Easily found what I was looking for. When I did have to ask for help, the ladies working were so friendly. 😀😀😀

The gentlemen who work here are very helpful, actually all of the staff is. I think more lighting should be added to the store outside. The area does not feel comfortable after dark because of the lack out security lighting outside.

Today is my birthday and I went in to Dollar General and Tried to use my card which I had forgotten that I had been mailed a new one that I needed to activate I Was unable to fulfill the purchase price. the cash register attendant bought my purchase because she said oh it's your birthday I've got it that was the sweetest thing I've had done today it was absolutely wonderful her name was Alicia and I really appreciated itthank you

If I can give -10000Terrible terrible terrible black women at counter with braids is very rude I was rung up for a Cesar’s dog food which is $6 and she rung it up and it was over $16 I mentioned the price wasn’t right and off ripe she said I should’ve told her to begin with as if I wasn’t just getting to the counter and didn’t know it was $16 until it was rung up given it said $6 and some change in the actual aisle she told me I had a attitude and I’m a stupid a** little girl and She didn’t have to change it idk what’s wrong but I guess she’s unhappy she’s a cashier at dollar general I have more than enough money to pay the price was way off she said she didn’t have to change it that’s not her sh*t handed my money back aggressively and told me to go while calling me names she makes us African Americans look bad in this area

No problems getting down the Isles . Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly. I don't go to the same store. Depends on what side of town I am on as to what store will be more convenient for me.

I like the store and the concept and they are really nice and orderly stores when they first open. But then the thugs and thieves come in and ramsack the stores and the low paid employees don't work to keep the stores cleaned up so you can't find what you need at times. The stores all over Coweta County are a mess. Plus they have attempted to remodel some of these stores putting the cashiers and certain products behind these plastic barriers so you know the store is in a bad location as soon as you walk in. They need to find managers and employees who care about their jobs and work hard.

This time my experience was nice .There is 1 manager who is very nice.She was very helpful..as I couldn't find gain pods lol... there were none on the shelf.she even took her time to personally help me,to ring me up..to make sure everything went well as I used coupons..this is a hit or miss store as far as stock,as usual with most DG..hope this helps..I gave it 4 stars because I do appreciate a few ppl that work there and do there job..some don't...

I've been to this location multiple times and 9 times out of 10 the employees come off as rude and unhappy to be there... If you don't like your job, find another one. The item selection is generally good at this location, just don't expect friendly or helpful employees.. 😕

They always have what you go there for. However they have a big turnover rate causing longer waits a lot. I will return though..
