Placed an online order at 8:30pm night before. Set up pick up for 5:00-6:00pm next day. It is now 5:45pm order is not ready nor is anyone answering the phone. First time curbside pick and this is my last time. Will not be returning to this DG on Pine rd.

Ventured out of my area this weekend. The cashier was so pleasant. He was friendly and very helpful. The store was crowded. It seemed as if everyone got in line at the same time. Butttt...he kept the line moving. He was polite to each and every customer. I will definitely shop at this location again. It's about a 40 minute drive, but the customer service was on point.

Worst experience of my life at store #6822 pine rd newnan Ga 30265 the cashier Tim wouldn't allow me a working paying customer use the restroom but in my face allowed two homeless folks use the restroom to sink bath.

Very messy store. I had a hard time finding anything. The people working there are not much help. It took me almost an hour & finally asking someone to fund where the framed artwork was. The items were not in there proper spot. I had to search for what the price was. Then the cashier lied to me about my coupon, stating it had gone through when, in fact, it hadn't. He tried to sell me on a product I didn't want. I had 2 different dryer sheets, one was suppose to have been a certain amount with the coupon & if the coupon didn't work, I was going to just purchase the other. He lied telling me it went through, then tried to sell me on the other dryer sheet. I won't be visiting again, unless I have no other option.

Store in much need of a facelift, to say the least. Lest than welcoming front entrance with dirty sidewalk path. Store I'm assuming had a recent delivery due to aisles clogged with warehouse carts full of product. Staff was pleasant enough but that would not warrant a return visit. As it stands, this location is a no. 👎🏾

This location is usually rather cluttered and dirty looking. Be sure to pay attention to the prices your items are marked for vs what you are charged when checking out..... I know for a fact the Milo's sweet tea is marked for $2.50 but when you get to cash register, it rings up to $3.00 each before taxes.... i have brought it to their attention numerous times yet it is still an issue.

The prices are decent. But I feel sorry for the employees. There seems to be one person working. They are stuck on register with an endless line of customers, and those who need help not at the checkout are forced to give up waiting for help, as there is no one else in the store. Also. The store stinks like a ceptic tank. Its a bit off settling.

Always dirty, unorganized and out of stock of most items I need. I will usually go the extra 2 miles to the one down the street on Hwy 16 which is less busy and more neat and tidy! Stopped by this location one evening to get some candy and some snacks and there were roaches crawling out of the boxes that hold the candy on the shelf! It was disgusting!! I immediately left and went to the other location.

There were two store's I visited the past two weeks and both had the same problem. Couldn't get down the isles because they're blocked off with delivery carts. Still under staffed.when you're ready to check out you have to go and find the cashier's. These people are not welcoming or friendly when you have to call them to the front. There was no hello thank you, nothing other than you are bothering me look. I will take my money somewhere else.

Buyer beware, this location often sells expired/out dated products and food. Often management is NOT present to resolve customer concerns nor do they care. When advised about multiple items being expired since June 2020, store employees made false accusations that I possibly held on to the expired products even after I walked to area of the store pulled several other packages expired food/products to prove they were selling outdated/expired items. Overall, poor customer service experience went to another level of disrespectful when the female cashier became overall inappropriate.Buyer Beware...

There are a select few of employee's that will help you when they can but most of the time they are stuck at the register.. Where is the manager/other employee's... oh that's right in the side parking lot smoking again....by the way the 4 stars are for the employee's that deserve the credit not the store manager I've only seen her talking and smoking

I'm giving 4 stars because I love Dollar General in general. This particular location is my least favorite, though. Extremely disorganized. I live minutes away and go almost daily. I once saw a pack of sliced Kraft cheese sit on the same shelf in the office supplies for weeks. The staff in incredibly friendly, though!

Store is a mess, boxes in isles couldn’t walk down some isles at all. Bought these today September 29th only to discover that they expired 2/19 which is 7 months overdue. We’re trucking so just can’t turn around to get a refund for expired merchandise. Get it together people I won’t be going back here again. Oh and the boy cashier was rude to a Spanish customer even wouldn’t hand the guy his change in hand he threw it on the counter not very pleased with this place at all. All people deserve respect no matter what!

It is a good place to find deals. They are friendly, easy going and helpful. A little bit busy and disorganized at this visit, due to staffing issues. However, I am sure that will change soon.

Always like $$ store. Anytime I forget something at the grocery store, I am able 2 stop by & find whatever I forgot, or at least a substitute. Its also nice that there is 1 near ANY neighborhood. So if I don't like 1 I can easily go few minutes down road 2 find another 1.

Every time I go in this store it's immaculate! Darren, the manager, works hard to keep it that way. It's one of the top 3 best Dollar General stores I've been in.

If your employees are going to come in on their off time to help friends and family work the system that is fine but when a line is building behind them they should move to the side and let the rest of the patrons cash out. Once the line dies back down they can return to taking advantage of tricks of the trade that they've learned.

Very rude lady the 2 liters are on sale for 3 for $3 and it rang up $1.85. When I told her she said no she wouldn't honor it even though the manager 2 nights ago did. She asked which manager and I told her and she shook her head. Point was she didn't want to go look at the sale sign. This is the 2nd problem I have had with her. I don't know her name but it's a white lady with glasses!

I got to this store at 9:55 needing to grab milk and that’s All.. while seeing at least 3 other customers walking around, a little guy with braids, had the door locked and just sat there and mouthed to me it’s too late.. I was man I still got 5 min left and I only needed one thing he just sat there smiling mouthing no over and over.

Can't get through the one in Buchanan Georgia there's always something in the aisles so I drive to Bremen to do my shopping where I can get through the store with ease. Plus you never see the manager there's no Authority in the store people do what they want to

The new "General Store!" They have more choices than Olsen's Mercantile" and, instead of fabric, Bobbie Brooks clothing. I snagged a couple of cute t-shirt style dresses for $5!

Lines can get long during the prime hours of 5 to 7 pm. Staff hesitates in getting people out which causes frustrating wait times for 1 and 2 item purchases.

Very small. It cost 1.10 for most food per scoop. They charge 1.25 per scoop if you dont pay attention. Watch your receipt.

Amazing staff, they were friendly helpful while we were shopping... and even helped us start our car afterwards when it wouldn't start. They went above and beyond!!
