Pulled into the dealership close to them closing, just to run in and see if they had a motorcycle that I had been looking for about two years (Honda CRF300 Rally). As we were talking and looking around, a salesman rode into the dealership with a brand new 2023 Honda CRF 300 Rally). I advised the salesman that I wanted it. The staff stated over their closing time just for me even when I told them I would come back. Everything went so smooth with Honda financing and everything the staff did for me. I would recommend this dealership.

Cycle City of Newnan , Georgia is top notch in customer service. They're always so welcoming. I purchased my 2005 Suzuki C9t from them. Each time I've brought it in for service, John (service manager) has gone above & beyond to see that I'm taken care of. I just purchased a 2024 Kawasaki Mule PRO-FXT 1000 LE Ranch Edition and it is spectacular! The folks at Cycle City made it so easy. I worked with Brit, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. It's nice to meet a salesman that listens. I tried to deal with Cycle Works of Carrollton, but they were too busy to be bothered with me. They gave me a quote at one point, and then turned around and gave me a higher quote later for the same machine. If you want a group that focuses on customer service, don't bother with Cycle Works. Head on down to Cycle City and ask for Brit.
