Finding a new vet can be scary! Especially when your vet moves out of state. We came here and wow!!!!!This ENTIRE office is amazing! The attention to your pets and also delivering amazing service does not go unnoticed!Never have we giggled so much during a vet visit as we did with Dr Jeff Allen and his team! They took the time to try out several treats to distract our fur baby during getting her shots and even got on the floor with her! She didn’t even notice the shots! LolThis place is worth its weight in gold and we have found our new vet home!Thank you Dr Allen and your team!

Crossroads Animal Hospital has been our vet for at least 25 years. We started out using Dr. Webb and Dr. Watson for our cats. Our first puppy met Dr. Wilson who played on the floor with our little guy. He also was there 12 1/2 years later when we had to help our boy cross the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Wilson was there for our next 2 pups first vet visit and many of their other visits. Dr. Webb saw one of our pup's while Dr. Wilson was out and have continued his treatment with him. Our cats and our first boy saw Dr. Bowen and Dr. Allen a few times. We’ve loved all of them! The staff has been amazing as well.They’ve all taken the time to answer any of our questions. They have been great with our dogs and cats!

Dr. Bowen is amazing! He and the team (especially Ashley R.) are great with our dog that is super anxious at the vet! I’ve never had a vet that will get on the floor with my dog and soothe him while doing an exam. Having been there for well visits and a not so happy visit, I would recommend this practice to anyone! So personable and caring.

Dr. Wilson has been such a blessing to me and my crew.♡ He's always so pleasant & kind and seems to genuinely care about his patients and their humans.♡ Because I own and also take in strong breed surrenders(a lot of times with Behavioral Issues), I asked around in Newnan and surrounding areas who locals thought could handle harder/ stronger dogs, for about a month before I chose to go with Dr. Wilson at Crossroads and he hasn't let me down. I highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience! Dr. Watson is amazing! He is patient and loving to my kittos (2 cats), and you can tell he genuinely cares about their health and well-being. I’ve never had as in depth care and understanding in a vet! Thank you, Dr. Watson! And Joan the hospital manager was an absolute gem as well! She took time to welcome me to the practice and give my baby (only took one in today) some love! And the upbeat personality of our vet tech, Jenna, was also very welcoming and took the stress off of me and my kitto. It was such a great experience. We have found our vet home!

I would highly recommend this vet hosp for your fur babies. I traveled an hour just to see Dr. Mark Watson. I finally got the answers I need to help my Lucy and her bad knees (and all her other issues). The office was very nice and clean. I can't remember the assistants name but she was wonderful. And Joan the Office Manager was so nice. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about the employees and the place.

After a neighbor recommended Dr Wilson we made an annual wellness appointment and today was our first visit. I’ve lived all over the country, visited many different kinds of vets (equine, rabbit, small animal, etc.) and today’s vet experience was one of the best I’ve ever had and I have high standards when it comes to my pets’ care. The visit was quick, friendly, informative and the staff was attentive. My appointment was at 2:30 PM and my pup and I were back on the road by 3 PM. Dr Wilson and his assistant spent approximately 20 of those 30 minutes talking with us and making sure they knew both of us before recommending anything. Dr Wilson was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my dog’s care. Exactly what I want in a vet. I also want to note the entire staff’s bedside manner. My pup is a rescue and can be weary of men, especially when they lean over her. That info didn’t phase the staff at all and they were more than willing to get down on her level and provide praise and pets to ease her worries. After a quick visit in the back for tests, she was returned to me happy and smiling, so I know she had a great experience. Even at check out, the receptionist came out from behind her desk to give Birdie a treat. If you’re looking for an experienced and caring vet, where you don’t have to wait a month for an appointment, check out Crossroads! Birdie and I are very happy we did.

I had my first visit today for my sweet angel, Piper. I had such an amazing experience here! Everybody was so friendly and nice and very sweet to my doggy. I saw Dr. Allen and he was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a vets office. The Veterinary Assistant was amazing as was every staff member I talked to. You can’t go wrong trusting this office with your furry family members.

First let me say the staff is amazing, very caring and sweet and Dr Bowen really has a way with cats. The downside is they are WAY overpriced. I took my kitten and my German shepherd in on the same day. Just for first kitten shots and an exam for spay it was over $360! My mind was blown. Then for my GSD, within 2 minutes of bringing her in we were placed in a room, not even an exam room, to wait away from the other animals. She never barked, growled or anything and she was very sweet to staff. she has anxiety but she’s not aggressive whatsoever so I’m not exactly sure why that happened. It took 45 minutes for anyone to even come in. I end up spending another $250 on her just for an exam! They emailed me the quote for her spay and it’s between $500-$700 for a normal spay! I’ve had my other two GSDs fixed, both of whom had complications, and both were also less money. I never received a quote on the cat. I’ll definitely be driving an hour to my previous vet to have the surgery performed.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Bowen, Dr. Allen, and Dr. Watson. They’ve have always taken perfect care of my dogs over the years. Dr. Bowen has a wonderful personality and truly loves animals. He gave me some great advice on how to help my bulldog Cami get the surgery she needs to breathe better and have a better quality of life. He also had to break the news on my beloved TyTy that he had cancer and I’ve got to say that he was just so sweet and caring. Such a great guy. Dr. Allen and Dr. Watson are very knowledgeable and kind. I completely trust them to care for my animals. Thankful for these wonderful doctors.

We bring our pets all the way from Fayetteville just because everyone at this clinic is so kind and caring. We recently had to say goodbye to our 11 year old American Bulldog after a cancer diagnosis and the very next week we unfortunately were back in the office and having our cat diagnosed with diabetes and every single staff member I saw told me how sorry they had been to hear of Pickle's passing.
