The Chocolate Combustion and Caramel Crunch are one of my favorites. The staff is very friendly on one occasion I went in and I have one boots from having both of my feet operated on the owner. I believe notice that I may need a little bit of assistance. I think my eyes is bigger than my stomach and I forgot that I had on boots from surgery. He asked me are you dining in or you carry it out? I said I’m carrying it out. He said well let me get the door for you.I still will rate the place a 5.The only down part recently I had, is that I ordered my ice cream cone two days before today, which is April 10. I ate it outside and literally fell out of my hand. I was two steps away from the door.I went back in to get another one and had to pay full price I just spent over $45 buying everybody ice cream but that’s the only bad part.I would’ve kindly waited for another one and not skipped the line if they would’ve made me 1 for half price or either for free but I get it I guess.

Everyone needs to try their ice cream at least twice in their life! I loved seeing how they used the machine to freeze the ice cream. I chose the Strawberry Bond and it was delicious. It had the right amount of sweetness to it and it makes for a perfect dessert after stuffing your belly with good pizza!

If I had read the reviews ahead of time I would not have went to this place... I would give it a Zero Star...The door was locked... Red Flag🚩🚫🛑🙅. I peeped in and saw someone at a table...who finally unlocked the door...I asked him.."are you open...he responded..." Now We Are!" Second red flag!🤔🚩...I placed my order...And after asking the cashier to not repeatedly swipe my card because the bank could possibly shut down my account if fraud is suspected...I was literally interrupted and corrected aggressively at by the man who was the same person that opened the door... I assumed he was the manager. Third red flag🚩👀!... He kept repeating to me "No It Won't" each time I stated my concern with my card...Then he said the terminal of the register didn't read my card....If he knew the register wasn't operating properly because the terminal wasn't reading cards at the time why didn't he say that instead....or if he observed the young man continually trying to swipe my card ... why didn't he intervene and correct the issue. So I finally turned and asked him nicely was there anything that he could do to help the situation...reason being...because he continued sitting at the table correcting me.... He got up from the table at that point and assisted the young man... I observed him fixing my order with no gloves and pushing the bananas onto my order with his bare hands and fingers...Fourth RED Flag🚩 🙅🛑🤤So 🤢😡 Gross!!! I was reluctant to say anything to him or ask to give me my money back because of the aggression he was already displaying. So I took my banana pudding flavored nondairy desert and threw it away after leaving.... I wanna say to Management and hopefully Cooperate will read this as well... Do NOT Blame it on the employees it's (YOU Management!) as well!! No customer should be spoken🗣️ to inappropriately. And for sure you should NEVER!...And I mean NEVER!! Put Your Bare Dirty Hands on nobody's food...!! 🤢🤮.... Roll the footage please 4/25/2024... Time 4:06:51 PM

First time I have ever order my ice cream and they actually made it while I waited.Probably the best ice cream I have ever eaten.The owner is John, very nice gentleman...so if you are ever passing through Newnan GA it is worth the time to stop!

Really good service, pretty good ice cream. My husband got the Speculoos Overload and I got the Ruby Cacao. He loved his, but mine was mostly flavored by the toppings - the actual ice cream tasted like basic vanilla. Definitely could see this place expanding, great place for a cool treat.

They seem to only offer oatmilk now based on my last few visits. At one point in time they offered coconut milk and cashew milk. Oatmilk is high on the glycemic index, which I need to limit as much as I can. Unfortunately, they really have no “non-dairy” competition unless Cold Stone and Bruster’s finally came around to trying to serve the lactose intolerant population.It would be nice if the owner could bring back a nut based milk for those of us who are lactose intolerant and conscious of the glycemic index.I’m also disappointed that they no longer make fresh waffle cones or waffle bowls. That was definitely an added plus.They cost more than Cold Stone and Bruster’s but are chipping away at the reasons that would justify me spending more at Creamistry.As an added note of caution to the owner/employees, I respectfully say, when you have your kid in the back while you’re preparing the food, please ask your child to step back from the food you’re preparing for customers. I have children but do not want them breathing over my food unless I truly intend to share my plate with them if they are not eating their own plate. I advise you not to allow your child to stand with 3 feet of the food being prepared. I didn’t say anything while this was going on, but if it got too close for my comfort, I would’ve requested a refund. Please expect customers to request refunds if you have your child close to you preparing their food.Dietary restrictions: They only offer oatmilk now. However, at one point in time they offered coconut milk and cashew milk.

CHILD HAREASSMENT AND INNAPROPIATE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP. I would leave a -1* if I could. On our visit the owner was there, he harassed my younger sister and made rude comments to her while she was outside the restaurant. She is a CHILD and that was wildly inappropriate. We were inside ordering and she was sitting outside with our dog. She came inside to get a napkin, while we were ordering ice cream, then went back out to be with the dogs and he followed her. Do not eat here and support that kind of ownership and creepiness. We decided not to eat there and asked for a refund due to such treatment and then he got mad at us for that.

Went to grab some ice cream with my son. Service was okay, but felt like we inconvenienced them. Very overpriced for the amount of ice-cream and the flavor the bland. The place wasn't very clean considering no one was inside. Their food score is 86, didn't see that till I sat down. Won't return. Save your money and get ice cream that tastes like ice-cream.

I ordered the cookie butter Ice-cream in a waffle bowl with butterscotch sauce (they forgot that last part). The Ice-cream itself was delicious! My waffle bowl wasn't quite cooked in parts, so it was soft and I wasn't able to break it apart. I plan to give them another try soon.

A MUST READ!! Too funny. The napkin that broke the bank 😂While we were waiting on our ice cream my daughter came inside for a single napkin to put her retainer on while she ate her ice cream from cold store. This bothered the manager enough that he walked outside to tell her she should have gotten her napkin at cold stone, they are for his customers. I went outside to ask her and when she told me, I went back inside to cancel my order and he proceed to argue with me and my with to justify the napkin, lol. I told him to just give me my money back and go away from us which proceeded to state it’s his store and I can’t tell him where to go. I did return the napkin. I hope business is not that bad that a napikin is going to break the bank lol 😂 😂

IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 STAR REVIEW I WOULD!!! THE OWNER HIMSELF got in my little sisters face about one napkin. She got ice cream from next door as I was getting ice cream AT CREAMISTRY, she came in to grab A NAPKIN. Then he continued to harass my dad as he was getting a refund. As we where leaving he came out side and continued to harass my dad and my little sister!! THIS BEHAVIOR IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I WILL NEVER EVER BE COMING BACK!!

Highly recommend!I read the low/bad reviews before bringing my family here to grab ice cream. My experience was nothing but great. Fully staffed, great customer service, clean, quality of the ice cream was great, price was good. I am a big banana pudding fan!

My friend invited me here on a random night and I didn't realize that the name wasn't "Creamery" until I got inside and saw all the smoke! I was pleasantly surprised to be inside of what I consider to be an adult AP Chemistry class. It was so fun watching the staff make our cold concoctions. They didn't even seem to mind our filming because I'm sure that happens a lot there. I loved that there was a nice sized menu already layed out with amazing toppings but you can also make your dessert with whatever you want in shop! The unicorn was my favorite and I'm sure it'll always be because it has birthday cake Ice cream. By far the best dessert you can choose after a meal, or when you want to just treat your self!We were instantly greeted by the friendly staff and that cool breeze that saves you from the awful heat.I ordered the birthday cake ice-cream with captain crunch on topI also ordered a non dairy based ice-cream which they provide Almond or coconut milk which is big plus for my non dairy friends.The coconut milk based ice-cream with match flavor was just the perfect pick me up. I also asked for fresh mochi on top.And to top it off I also ordered the Elvis Presley.Banana ice cream with Carmel sauce, CANDIED BACON.. With fresh bananas to balance it all out.I have to say that I was more than impressed. The texture, the flavor blew my expectations out the water. To provide the flavor you ask for and more is hard to come by, I'm so used to the generic taste. The ice cream itself has a soft bite but a taffy like pull to it, almost stretchy.The waffle cones are made to order and let me say, pretty damn good by themselves. If you have the will power to even have some to take home, even after a couple of hours they're still better than store boxed ones.I highly recommend you guys give it a try. The staff was very helpful. They seem to flow pretty well. And are on top of cleaning tables as soon as soon someone leaves. So great desserts, clean place and the great customer service to make your visit enjoyable.

This is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s dairy based and I’m lactose intolerant but it does not bother my stomach. The ice cream has a rich, creamy texture and it’s sooooo good.

What you see is definitely what you get. There's no false advertising in the pictures of what they serve. Price is a little high, but you're paying for quality. And the customer service and speed of service is great. Kids love watching the nitrogen off gassing.

If I could put zero stars I would. This place use to be our favorite ice cream place but last night they were ridiculous. I run in to go to the bathroom knowing I'm getting ice cream after and I told my husband get the baby put the car and I'll b out the bathroom by the time u come in so I go and tell this Chinese guy ima get ice cream I gotta pee first cuz I'm pregnant and I figured he heard me but as I'm trying to shut the bathroom door I feel someone pulling it open and I hear "maam" like 3 times so I open the door and im like yes I'm finna get ice cream I just have to pee first and he was a tall heavy set black man right. Well he looks at me up and down and stands there for a sec and I'm like can go go pee now thank you I'll b out in a sec and he sighed and let me shut the door. Well I come out the bathroom and stand by my husband and kid in line to order ice cream and we are the only white people in there and this same man says "ma'am we can't take card our system is down" so I said okay that's fine I'll pay cash to the cent and he said can't take any form of payment our system is down...the people infront of us are black right and they are putting there card in the machine making there payment. Anyways so I was mind blown and he goes "ma'am we can't take yalls order yall can leave now" so I said okay we will go to cold stone and catch my bad review online. Anyways that was the most racist thing I've ever seen or have done towards my family. Very rude and incredibly inconsiderate. Never going here again. Racist place

Loooooong wait time before you are able to go to counter and place order. Almost 20-25mins. They make fresh icecream. We tried Milk Coffee with Brownie chunks and whipped cream on top. While icecream tasted good the brownie chunks were almost as hard as Croutons. Price is a little higher compared to quantity you get and other icecream joints in Newnan but I guess that's ok for this fancy new way to make icecream? Will come again but not when it's long lines to order. Also would like to see some more flavours in Grab and Go Freezer as it were only 2-3 flavours during our visit.

This is excellent ice cream!!! And, they make the ice cream while you watch. It is a bit pricey but it’s both entertainment and great ice cream! I recommend you give it a try.

Don’t waste your money. Bought the vegan cashew cream and it tasted like frozen syrup. The cone tasted raw - simply the worst.I will not be returning. I prefer natural hand-made ice cream. The price is also outrageous.

Excited to be able to consume ice cream from a shop as most places do not have vegan options. It's hard being sensitive to dairy and I'm glad that creamistry exists. I had the unicorn and my beau had the elemint. I'm grateful for the customization ability as well

The ice cream is amazing, the best I have ever had! If only they were open more often and didn’t have deplorable customer service. We have walked in a full hour before they were scheduled to close and they had already stopped using the machines and were only selling the pre-made containers. The employees are clearly disinterested in serving you, they almost seem annoyed that you came in at all. This is a real shame since the product itself is gloriously delicious, but getting the product is just so unpleasant. Creamistry, fire your dull/unremarkable employees, change your hours to those of your competitors, and watch your business explode.
