We love ice cream and tried Buster’s for the first time. My son had banana flavor and I tried vanilla cherry and pistachio. The flavors were great and the service was fast. The only remark is the upkeep of the outdoor furniture. It needs some TLC, you can tell it has been there for a long time. Else it would have been a 5 star review.

The quality of the ice cream that myself & 3 other family members that was with me received was great!! A++ However, we arrived at 9:35 PM on a Sunday night May 21, 2023 to buy ice cream. This Brusters Ice Cream location’s operating hours are ONLY posted clearly on a lighted sign on the side of the road beginning at 11 AM until 10 PM. Arriving at 9:35 PM, the employee that waited on myself & other family members stated “we are out of vanilla flavored ice cream!!” That’s the most common flavor!! Then she said “Because we are about to close, you can only get your ice cream in a cup. You can no longer choose a cone.” If the business is going to be open until 10 PM, and it was about 20 minutes before they closed to the public, you should offer everything on the menu until that time. I will NOT be returning to this location.

My daughter and I took my grandson here for ice cream after his first baseball game Saturday as a reward for playing so well. There was a long line but it moved fast thanks to the fast and efficient staff.

My Granddaughter always convinces me to stop at Brewsters. This particular day we bought the dogs back a treat also. Something I didn’t know they had. The dog ice cream and dog biscuit. The dogs really enjoyed it when we returned home they were excited when they saw their treat. We’re definitely going back.Parking: If you go when It’s busy you may not be able to find parking. It’s worth the wait.

This spot is tucked away with plentiful outdoor seating and wooded around the building. I'm always shocked they aren't overrun with customers given the outstanding nature of the ice cream. I've tried several flavors, have ordered at the window, online for pick up, and via Door Dash. All provided excellent experiences and ultra high quality product. My most recent order was strawberry cheesecake and key lime pie...outstanding! The prices are higher than other ice cream providers, though the quality justifies it and I don't mind paying!

Never again, I hate to go places and be treated differently because the color of my skin. I’m only visiting this particular Brusters because my daughter is at a volleyball open gym. My daughter and I walks up to the line to place an order, two young ladies standing there and had just taken a lady’s order. They both proceed to go to the back and both take time fixing the lady’s chocolate milkshake. My daughter and I patiently waiting after about 5mins she comes back with the lady’s milkshake as that happening another family comes up and they immediately takes their Order. And this is the one scoop of ice cream she gave me.

I should have taken a picture of the ice cream before I posted this but it was so good, I had to dig right into it. Highly recommend. Also, they have pup cup sundaes for free! They even put a little treat inside.

Ordered a regular Snickers blast. The blast itself was a little soupy. There was a good amount of Snickers added. My complaint was that the ice cream was about 2 inches from the top of the cup, as you can see from the picture. When I asked if this was normal for the ice cream to be that low from the top, the worker told me yes. I get blasts in Atlanta every week and they are always at the top. When you're paying for premium ice cream, you expect to get a full cup.

This is a walk up, eat outside ice cream place. There is no indoor area for customers. There are however benches and tables set up for you to enjoy your ice cream while you're there. Lots of selections and they are super quick. We absolutely love it!

This place has been here since I was in middle school & I love it. I'd actually pick Buster's Ice Cream over Coldstone anyday. They also offer great coupons like BOGO 😊The picture should say it all!

Bruster's Real Ice Cream. Newnan. Located just off of Hwy 34 close to Exit 47 from I-85. Location slightly hidden from the main road, but your google maps/GPS wil take you there. Plenty of parking on both sides of the building. Nice open outdoor seating for a warm sunny day. Good choice of ice cream and shakes. Polite and friendly staff. Price compares well with other ice cream stores. In the end, everyone likes a nice ice cream on a warm day.

Bruster’s is never too busy (at least the times I have been there) and their staff is so nice. The place is very well kept and other customers follow the social distancing and mask rule (which for someone who is high risk, is very nice). Bruster’s always gets the ice cream perfect! And the prices are a little cheaper than Coldstones. Highly recommend!!!

Great ice cream in a tasty waffle cone. Easy to order at the window and lots of seating at their outside tables and benches. Convienent access from the road and plenty of parking. We went in the middle of the afternoon, there were lots of people enjoying ice cream.

Online it said they had frozen yogurt and they didn't and then they took away some vegan options for people like me. Therefore, when I got there they only has two vegan flavor options and not the one listed online. Was disappointed and the person didn't seem to care.

When I walked up to the counter, I had to wait a while before I was even acknowledged. However, when I pulled into my parking spot, I noticed they quickly took someone else's order, a white couple that had a dog. They young ladies were cleaning up, so I asked were they closed and they still continued to ignore me. One lady even looked me in my eye and continued to ignore me. It was to the point another young man that was behind me ended up leaving. One lady after a while finally took my order. but this type of service is unacceptable. I understand they were close to closing time, but at least say, "We will be with you in a moment".

Great real ice cream. No indoor seating or restroom but it's an ice cream place so....... Usually staffed with high school aged kids so service isn't always great but again it's an ice cream place so......prices are a little high but it's also a giant serving. If I'm going to go out for a cone Bruster's is where I'm headed.

Ice cream is good but every time I come here it’s a different teenager with a snottier attitude than the last. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, always tip well and say okay and thank you but these kids are clearly miserable with life and it makes me never want to go there again. Never received friendly service at this location

Can't tell you how good the ice cream is. I ordered online, drove to pickup my order and found out that there is no procedure for pick-up of online orders. There's a side window that's closed, and maybe it's just my bad luck, but there were about 15 people in a line that wasn't moving. My attempts to get an employees attention by pointing and waving at my phone as if to say "hey, I'm here to pickup an online order" were unnoticed.Cancelled the order due to the poor service, no procedure for pickup of online orders and the long line that didn't move at all in the 8-10 minutes I was stood there.I won't be back to try again.edit: my visit was on Sunday 7/18 at about 9:20 PM

We Effin love this place. The only place we go for comfort snacks after dinner. The ice cream is always fresh and the service is always fast and friendly. Matter of fact we’re going tomorrow!
