Bought a universal remote there. And a few days later I tried to exchange it because it was defective. But they didn't have any in stock. Except one that was only three dollars more. The cashier was young and didn't have any personality. And kind of rude. She refused so I asked for the manager. Wow, he was even more rude and degrading towards me. He finally agreed to refund my money minus twenty percent. Seriously? I just took the broken remote back and left the store. Called corporate. And later I received a call from the general manager of that store. All he did was apologize. I'm still stuck with a broken remote and out the money I paid for it. Don't go there. Unprofessional and rude employees who act like they are being held against their will there.

Just got off the phone with Lisa and she provided me with excellent customer service and was very thorough in answering my questions and assisting me and it was so appreciated. She went back to the storage room twice to check to see if furniture I wanted stock.🌹

Staff was nice store was extremely junky and overcrowded it's like they tried to put the inventory of two Big Lots into one store. I'm on a handicap scooter and I could not get around without getting hung on stuff

The store in nice and seems inviting, sino things are pricey, though they can have some discounts. That being said, my review with 2 stars is because of the rudeness of Mr Jeff(worker) towards Mrs Marry(worker) he was cashing out another lady very pleasantly and Mrs Marry was helping us to find a discount on the computer, then she ask him politely how to do it and he was like and quote “then do it” “just do it” “make a ticket” but annoyed that she asked. In front of everyone and she apologized to us, and even defending him saying that she has to ask for his freaking approval to do it. Sonó said now you know next time you don’t have to. He was rude and she’s a senior, he needs to learn to respect people. I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to her 0 to him.

I ordered online pickup. Got to the store and wanted 30 minutes before someone even came out to tell me the system is down. Then I had to wait for her to get my items. But first she had to stop and chat with another employee. I definitely won't do that again.

Hit or miss on prices here. You can find some great deals. Some things are a little high. The layout is strange and there is usually a wait to check out. I still like to go every couple months or so to check out the clearance and get my spices.

Awesome shopping experience in Newnan, GA. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The store is very clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the products sold in this national retail giant. I enjoyed my shopping experience in this store. Make sure you join their Big Lots reward program to get extra value for your shopping experience.

A little chaotic with it being black Friday and all but it wasn't too bad, with the number of shoppers in there you got out pretty quick which was pretty good. The employees were nice kind, polite and friendly even though it was the end towards the end of the day and everyone was ready to go home.

This store used to have really good deals but I mostly buy clearance priced food items now. I did get a new water hose and nozzles a couple weeks ago which I need to try out. Like everyone else in retail prices are rising even for closeouts. They carry more new stuff now.

When to Big lots for some clear storage bins. Low and behold they had the merchandise I was looking for. I was tempted to by the hammock swing for the back yard but I am pretty satisfied with the patio furniture I got ther a few years ago. Yea, I look through some of the food items for quality products that are appealing to snack on ... beware there are a lot of snack items to choose from. I also have a membership there witch I supposedly get coupons emailed to me, well junk mail is another story.

Was looking for a Christmas tree skirt that was not a ridiculous price but still cute. Found one and it was on sale. Big lots doesn’t get the credit it deserves.

Employees were really busy, but I still expect a greeting as they walk past.I asked an employee if they had any lift recliners in the store (they are available online) and she had no clue what I meant. After explaining that a lift chair has a motor to raise the chair for people who need help getting out of the chair, she pointed out several rocker recliners and swivel rockers. The girl had no clue! I've been in this store before and would have given them 5 stars. Not today.

I have shopped at this store since they opened almost 20 years ago, and I love all the great products that are available here. Also, prices are usually less expensive than the average store prices. I was given a discount because my daughter works for Amazon! Woohoo!

They were renovating or redecorating for the season when we went in, so the shelves weren't stocked very fully. I love this place though, great snack section, and cheap bird seed for our feeders. The furniture is ok for the price too, it's cheap, it lasts like cheap furniture should. When it breaks, buy another cheap couch or mattress

It started off being just a regular trip to Big Lots but Pam made it a very pleasurable visit for my children as she was kind and courteous. The store has your basic needs for homes and the foot traffic is okay, but customer service takes takes it up a notch.
