I want to start with the positives. The manager here is hands on and eager to help. Cashiers are always smiling and friendly. Meat is fresh and the store is over all clean and easy to locate what you're looking for. Now the issue at hand...their prices! There's absolutely no reason to be that high. Most items are double the price of other places. I've resorted to visiting 3-4 stores per shopping trip to get better pricing. The prices are so high the owner could literally stock the store from a winn-dixie and still make a decent profit. Makes me wonder if they have a vendor or if they do just that.

Prices are high but that's everywhere these days. Even with high prices they're still cheaper than satilla grocery. I rather drive the extra 8 miles to go yo the pig rather than satilla. The people are super friendly and helpful. Good selection of stuff. It's my home town store!

I stopped in craving fried chicken and I got a white snack with potato salad and a roll to go to Bayview Nursing and rehab to eat lunch with my grandmother. One look and needless to say we both ate all we could him and her regular lunch tray was pushed to the side and they came to take up the trays and hers was untouched! Great lunch with my granny, the food was amazing and we had an extended visit, so it made our day and our visit.

The prices for meat are amazing. This is where I will come to get my meat from now on. And they also have an amazing selection of spices to put on the meat. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. Don't forget the hot meals in the back! If you don't feel like cooking, that's where you should get your dinner.

For a small hometown supermarket, it has a decent variety of items. Is a bit pricey but worth it not to drive 40 miles to a bigger town. The employees are always helpful and wearing a smile... has a friendly feel. The produce isn't always the best but still decent. Nice choice & cuts of meat.

Everybody was very friendly..Easy to find everything..I did not like that they do not honor the Piggly Wiggly App discounts and coupons. I ended up paying full price for my items that would have been free or discounted..

Plain and simple jacked up prices and they don't care either nasty food . They use expired food to cook with and serve ! Just highway robbery with there taking advantage of people and WIC prices the jack there price up to get money from government

A home style grocery store with prices that cannot be beat! Everyone's so friendly and employees are locals that make you feel right at home. I personally shop there and won't go anywhere else!

Yes, it can be a bit high-priced compared to the big stores, but it's always clean, the people are super-friendly, the meat and produce seem fresh, and it's convenient. (And shopping there keeps $$ in Brantley County, and helps maintain employment for our citizens.) Glad "The Pig" is part of our community! (Oh, and I always enjoy the music they have playing in there - it makes the atmosphere even that much more pleasant!)

The employees tell you to have a nice life which is unusual in every other state I've been. I'm not sure they actually have a public bathroom but if you need to use it they have you walk into the back room into what seems like a closet with a sink and toilet. Don't mind all the singing and yelling employees packing things outside the closet though they act like you being back there it normal.

Very nice store and associates. Just needed to get a money order and there were no snags. By the way you can do money orders here up to $1000.00 with only a $1.00 fee. I wasn't sure all grocery stores would do this even in small towns. Helped me out a ton.

The associates are very friendly. Always greeted by the store manager when he passes by. The itself is an older store. The prices and selections are good. Our town is over 25 miles from the nearest bg stores.

The staff is always nice and friendly, its a nice little store, but the prices are also really high, they are the only store for miles. Only other bad thing is somstimes the meat (beef) looks like its been on the shelf a few days to long.

It used to be such a friendly place but now it's just an awful atmosphere. The deli isnt nearly as good as it used to be and it's like pulling teeth to get an employee to help. I tried to be chill bc I know a lot of people there but it needs an overhaul.

You can get some great deals! But you can find rotten fruits and bread and they still Saleing. I thank no. I Do love there Sweet tea. That's it on that.
