The dairy queen experience isn't that bad, but the food didn't always taste right. Sometimes you would even see bugs crawling on the floor. Some previous employees told me they don't even fry the food separately so beware if you are allergic.Parking: Lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Parking, ramp and seating.

Absolutely the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Showed up to the drive through to grab a quick bite. 2 people in front of me and still sat there for an hour and finally found out why. Pulled up to the window to pay and get my food and only one guy was working. 2 others where leaned against the window in the working man’s way and more where just chilling at tables inside and an older employee was throwing things from behind the counter at the employees at the table while the working man was getting all the orders ready. I waited and hour for chicken tenders because only one man was doing his job. I made sure to voice my opinion to him and recommended for him to find a better workplace. He deserves better co workers. And I’ll be sure to contact corporate to make sure everyone of those sad sack loses their jobs. What a damn shame all you have to do is make food yet they all stand around making 13 an hour to act like fools.

Toilet wasn’t hasn’t been cleaned in a bit. No gas service to cook burgers or chicken. Somethings, you can’t control, however intern I asked for a twist ice cream cone. He gave me vanilla and when I ask about that he just said that that’s what I have. Could’ve done a little better.We’ll give them 2 1/2 stars.

The service was fast and friendly. The order was fairly large and everything was correct. Mine was cooked just right. They were a bit heavy on the condiments on my burger but it still tasted great.

I love this one especially because they're a local business that usually employs local high school students looking to work after school. Everyone is usually friendly and appreciates our patience when someone is learning. Everything is always amazing.Dietary restrictions: They will do what is possible to accommodate where possible. Labels indicating nuts on site.Parking: There is free parking but it is limited. They were short staffed however it's kind of ridiculous that another employee had to finish my order because the original kept getting distracted by nothing. We stopped here on our way to Jekyll Island, the guy at the front was very personable. You couldn't get anybody nicer than he was! We ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, hamburger, chicken tenders and pretzel stix. Fries were nice and hot but the hamburger was awful. It had a sausage taste to it 😲🤮 I hate sausage. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, so I just went without instead of asking for another.**There was a roach-looking bug in the bathroom. Didn't see it until after we had eaten. Atleast it was in thr bathroom I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️Parking: Plenty of parking. The very back of the parking lot was more like a pond. Don't try to go around the building.

They had a problem with their ice cream machines recently and the kid who took my order told me up front that the ice cream might not be as frozen as expected. I appreciated the heads up so I could decide if I still wanted it or not instead of surprising me with a sub standard product.

Editing my earlier post - we pulled up to BK and were asked to wait, no problem, 2-3 minutes pass and a car pulls up in the other lane, gets waited on immediately and pulls ahead then they asked for our order. We pulled off and went to DQ, food was good and blizzard was the best one we have had from there.

Convenient location beside the highway of my usual travel route. Good food, good prices, but sometimes they will let you stand there in plain view for a while before acknowledging you and taking your order. NOT a fast-food restaurant. Clean enough inside but needs a refreshing, repainting, remodeling. Never visited the restroom yet, so no idea about that. Gave it 4 stars because the ice cream treats are good and the 5 buck lunch is an affordable meal.

The person who made my stuff done a good job. I really liked my frozen coffee.There was a danger they were glad to deal with and seemed to be working hard.I had a suspecion they realized I would be back to keep another note so there were most definitely employees inside and working. They only forgot 1 thing I ordered and that was my fault, I guess.

It was good but they made our (mine chocolate dip cone, husband regular cone) cones to soon. It was warm and chocolate was not so cold. Use gloves also when you make them and let that person pass out window not the cashier.

Stopped to use the restroom and then used the drive thru to get a treat to go. Bathrooms were not great (what you expect for certain types of fast food places) but cashiers were friendly and the employee who dealt with our 7 blizzard order was super friendly!

Another bad review. 2 popcorn shrimp dinners. Shrimp was fresh cooked. French fries were cold and old. The girl that seemed to be in charge was loud and not paying attention to our needs. Talking to the workers an someone on phone instead of taking care of customers. Bed bed review.
