There always seems to be a way out when you have a problem with products.This man spent more than sufficient time with us for us to fully utilize the product. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and even took the time to train our dogs!I can't recommend him and his company enough!Our dogs are safely contained in our yard.

My exciting experience with PetStop of North Georgia Invisible Fence has been wonderful. My husband and I had the system installed four years ago. Matt and Mike educated us on how to train our CAT to stay in the boundaries. The app works very well. I’ve heard of the pet invisible fence for many years; however, I always related the fence usage for dogs. To my surprise it works for my CAT, yes, a cat! A cat adopted us when we moved into our home five years ago. The cat was abandoned to survive on its own as a one-year-old. The cat goes inside and outside the house and is very obedient. He loves going outside during the day and stays inside at night. There have been no problems with the fence. The entire staff at Pet Stop is professional, experienced, and provides excellent customer service. I would recommend Pet Stop of North Georgia.

Pet Stop has been great to work with. Their pricing was excellent and the install was fast and professional.We have two dogs and had approximately one acre of the yard protected with this system. We also bought an indoor beacon that we leave next to the kitchen trash can.Everything works flawlessly and our dogs adapted to and learned their boundaries ridiculously fast.It's such a luxury to be able to just open the door and let our two dogs out of the house and not have a concern for their safety.I highly recommend Pet Stop!

We decided to try a wireless fence and PetStop seemed perfect for our needs. Mike, Jason and Adam have been great; as was Pamela in the office too! I chose the Gold system with the Bluetooth function and app and lightweight collar.Due to health constraints, I reached out to Mike for help with fence training our 100# Airedale. No problem, free Consults/questions/home visit if necessary are included for 12 months. Mike came out and spent an hour with Thor and myself and I feel much more secure now.We highly recommend PetStop! You’ll love it!

I had the Pet Stop underground fence installed in January 2022. At this point, my Boudreaux, aka Boo Boo was digging out of the yard under a chain link fence. My arthritis was giving me fits, so chasing after him was almost impossible. I was so afraid something terrible was going to happen. I called Pet Stop and Jason came out the next day and explained all the options and I purchased a plan that would best meet our needs. He came out the very next day and installed it in a few hours. Jason also showed me how to train Boudreaux with his new collar and fence. Boo Boo learned very quickly (because he is the smartest dog in the world) and my mind was put at ease! I've since had 3 replacements and during my recoveries I wasn't concerned at all about Boudreaux getting out! It truly was one of the best purchases I've ever made! After interviewing several companies I decided to go with PetStop and I have not regretted it. Their presentation and explanation was the selling point for me. We absolutely love Pet Stop! Our sweet little Pebbles is so happy. She is a year old now. I have young teenage boys that love to ride their bikes and play on skateboards. Pebbles used to cry and whine for them the whole time they were outside playing. We live on a busy street and I was afraid she would run into the street when the kids weren't looking. I contacted Pet Stop after reading what their customers were saying about them. They are very professional and knew exactly what I was going through. We decided to go with the Gold Package. I knew on day one this was a great choice. Pebbles can now play outside and run freely around our yard. Our whole family has peace of mind she will not even go near the fence line even if the boys cross over she won't cross. With the package I chose I was able to download a Pet Stop App to my phone that linked to Pebbles collar. We are on the GO baby and we love it! We can take her anywhere. Hello! We have a dog that was a serial “runner” and, for the longest time, we couldn’t figure out how he was getting out of our yard. We have 5’ chain link fence around the entire yard, and he was routinely getting out to visit with our neighbors. We have a major road nearby, and we worried about his safety. So, we did some research into dog fence systems and decided to call Michael and Pet Stop of North Georgia. I sent a request for quote through their website, and they responded almost immediately w a call to set up an appointment.Michael and a young lady came to our appointment and did a very thorough job walking my property with me and explaining how their system would work. Then they worked up an estimate that offered me choices between different levels of coverage. Once I chose to the alternative I wanted, we scheduled the installation. The young man who handled the installation was great. Courteous, professional and quick. I was surprised how fast he was able to install the system.HOWEVER, the part that impressed me the most was the post-installation training. Michael and his team instructed me on how to train both of my adult dogs to recognize and respect their new boundaries. I’m not going to lie, the training process was difficult for me, as I had to deliberately walk the dogs into the signal and they would be “nicked” through their collar. While it was difficult at the time, the peace of mind that I have now made it all completely worth it. I can let both dogs out in the back yard unattended, and neither (especially “the runner”) will stay out!I will recommend Pet Stop of North Georgia to anyone that needs a solution to keep their dogs in the yard. Having Pet Stop of North Georgia instal their underground fence system for us is by far the best decision we made while owning three dogs. Not only does the fence keep our dogs safe from running in the road it also keeps our dogs from the cattle fields and garden. I have recommended Pet Stop to all our friends and family. I believe our salesman and installer was Jason. We had 2 new West Highland White Terrier puppy’s without a fenced in yard. Just before he arrived we had a downpour. We suggested he come back when the weather was better and he said the puppies needed their fence and he would install it in the rain. I’m still amazed at how professional he was regarding our installation. I have called them to order new batteries, new collars, even when the power knocked out the system, which they walked me through the system until I was able to restore the power they have always been friendly, appreciative of our business. Our husky ran outside the fence twice. We troubleshooted all the basics but there was still an issue. We called and reported what we knew. And the owner immediately called and advised he was on his way. Once he got there, he diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. I had Pet Stop install an electric fence around my yard when my new puppy was young. It took me awhile to feel comfortable training her. But I did and she is now about 19 months old. I can say it’s the best thing I could have done. She watches people and dogs walk by on the sidewalk, which she loves, but never chases after them or barks at them. She is able to safely spend time outdoors without me worrying that she will wander off or run into the street. I especially appreciate the support offered by Pet Stop when I wanted to check to see if her collar was still reliable. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company they not only install the in ground fence they work with all of my dogs on the day they install it but they come out 3 more days and work with the dogs and myself. They guarantee that this fence will work and it does. I have a couple of dogs that I thought would go through it but they know where to stop before it shocks them. Their fence and everything that is included with it is ALL made in the USA. I can not say enough great things about Pet Stop Michael Sinteff is a very fine owner that not only cares about the quality of the fence and keeping your pets safe but he cares about the people that get the fence. Mike (owner) and Jason (installer) were both amazing. Mike took the time to walk us through each and everystep we would go through in the process. Jason was polite, friendly and on time for the install, he even finished early. He kept us updated as he made the progress through the yard and answered all our questions. My spouse and I adopted a dog and we have a Big backyard but we are having some issues training and we took a chance on this company to install an electric fence that connects to her collar. the collar also connects to our phone as a clicker remote if we go visit relatives. From start to finish, and even one repair later (cable guy cut the wire), Pet Stop crew has been phenomenal. The installation crew was particularly friendly and informative, and I can't say enough about how great our experience has been. The fence itself has also been VERY effective and has alleviated our concern with our runner. If we ever move, we will definitely use them again. Very happy customers here.
