These guys n girls are absolutely fantastic. I’ve created my own mixture years ago n is not complicated but for some reason I’ve had my Starbucks in my local town n it was always an issue for some but with Moultrie this is the best of all Starbucks honestly n I’ve been from hawaii, ga, fla, Tennessee, Texas n Alabama for Starbucks while traveling. This has been the very best group of workers n they don’t get upset n have my drink ready when I get there because my mixture cuts down on the sweet taste but has a robust creamy coffee taste n they make it perfectly each n every time. Shout out to my regulars n a big Ty for your hard work n never enough tips or thanks.DeborahKid-friendliness: Had tables for kids to sit n draw or do puzzles or games n drink a kid friendly drink like a strawberry frap etcWheelchair accessibility: Handicap inoff store

I live in Moultrie. Most of the times I go through this Starbucks they don’t have at least one item I ask for (“we are all out of that”). This evening when I went through I had to go through about six items before I found one they have. When I politely asked why they are always out of items she replied (with a not polite tone) that “we are very busy today”. The fact is that either whoever manages their inventory does not do a great job or whoever manages this location does not throw the resources at it needed to successfully manage an operation. I like Starbucks. But I’m not sure I want to wait in line here again to find out they don’t have what their menu advertises. Today’s interaction with the Starbuck’s customer service rep was not reflective of the Starbuck’s culture. Hopefully they figure it out. I really do wish the best. But establishments like this that don’t figure these things out go out of business. I really don’t want to see that.

Watched a barista use rinse water for a Shaken Espresso and serve it to the Drive Thru.They pulled the shots, then watched the mastrena pull rinse water into the shot glass. Thought to myself "aw man those shots are ruined" but was mortified to watch the barista dump the liquid into a shaker and serve it to a guest.Any trained barista can see when rinse water is mixed into their espresso accidentally. Also the shot glass wouldn't be that full... shockingAlso asked for half decaf and got full caffeine, had to toss my drink.

When I come to Starbucks, which is pretty often! I’m always greeted and welcomed by a well mannered staff. My favorite worker is Will with the curly red hair. he is a gentle man. I’m confused by the reviews I see complaining about drinks being made wrong? Just ask the workers and they are more than happy to re make it!!!!!! A closed mouth DOES NOT get fed!!!!! Will and the others never fail to serve delicious drinks and make me feel very important and it’s not because I’m a regular as it has always been this way. Love you moultrie starbocks

I am so disgusted with this locations customer service! Just experienced the worse service via drive through and passive aggressive call with manager Alex pretending not to know who could have possibly been the barista I encountered ! The male with ponytail and scar on lip the other male on bar had no ponytail and what’s more disgusting the rude barista answers phone when I call and snickers “the are asking for a managggeerrr” just gross! What’s so sad is they tried to blame the barista in training who actually did her job correctly. And I hate she might walk away thinking she messed up SHE DID NOTI ordered a cafe vanilla frap decaf (I saw sicker it was correct) what I was handed was a CRÈME FRAP! Didn’t even have vanilla bean (the least he could’ve got correct) when I say this is suppose to have coffee (as I know it’s not her fault she rung it in correctly) but say it’s just decaf coffee not no coffee ..the bar barista comes to window and she said with the nastiest attitude rolls his eyes she said no caffeine she’s new thanks for you patience and walks away from window closing it in my face.First off she said no frap roast (as a DECAF FRAP wouldn’t get caffeinated frap roast) and most inexperienced barista don’t think about that ! And I heard her say exactly what I told her when I got to window so an experience barista on bar would know decaf shot in a CAFE VANILLA FRAP! And they’d know to add vanilla bean obviously they need more training and customer service training !Granted working for Starbucks and just ordering this in Cali and all over ATL it’s definitely this location!

This place has really gone down in service. The employees are too busy socializing to even acknowledge that you are there. If they do acknowledge you some of them are rude. And standing there watching them make drinks, they just throw it together (no pride in their work). The store is either closed or they have run out of the supplies to make the drinks (this happens alot). The app does not work half of the time and the app is what allows me to stop and get my morning pick-me-up before work. When you ask about it there is always a crazy excuse.

I have always had great experiences at this location with quick service and great work. However, the past couple times I have gone they are slow to work and more interested in socializing. I had to wait to even reach the drive-through window because the cashier was leaning out the window, talking to the person in the car in front of me for seven minutes. Then, once I reach the window the staff was gathered together to watch a tiktok video (acknowledged my presence, but waited to finish the video before dressing me), they had my order wrong and had nearly charged me for two orders, instead of only mine, and then only proceeded to start making my drink. Once I reminded them of what it was. After getting my drink and finally leaving, the first thing I realized very quickly was that my coffee was mostly water and ice. I got a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, there is caramel at the bottom, but mostly taste like water down coffee with whip cream on top. I’m all about being social and enjoying your work environment but it can’t affect your work or productivity.

Wrong order. Way over priced. Small apple juice ended up being about 4 oz. Without ice. Gave me grande coffee asked for small.. gave me coffee topped to the rim with dark as I asked for extra light. Couldn't pick up coffee as top flew off n as I said impossible to pick up. Too hot and coffee to the rim.They were down right rude when I said something n were Smirking as if the incident was funny.

I was coming home from a horse show and my family and I wanted a coffee the hours say they close after 7 pm the time was 6:20 I was only trying to get in side to use the bathroom. If you want a coffee later on in the evening you better get there 45 minutes before they close. I was very disappointed

A quaint little coffee shop that offers a nice selection of hot and cold coffee drinks,pastries and sandwiches. Also gift items such as coffee cups, bag coffee and gift cards. The interior is always clean,orderly and well stocked. Servers are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I often ask for recommendations on their products and I'm never disappointed. Yes a little pricey but well worth it. I highly recommend the store, brand and service.

This place is always got something negative going on. They don't follow simple instructions. Multiple times received my "extra hot" was warm. And they always seem to have the café closed. Just don't seem to be run professionally or better yet,careless. Albany,Ga starbucks is run better than this one,that's a statement about albany

The food products and staff here are awesome like most other Starbucks but this store has always had a nasty problem with flies. I sat with a friend inside and we were tormented by flies. They land on your head, face and your food. This has always been a problem at this store. I haven’t been in the store for two years and my visit today was just the same as my visit two years ago, filled with aggravating, tormenting flies.

Meh I just went in to use the restroom never been inside. Omg I believe I looked at everything, the employees were all busy doing something it was very clean. I especially enjoyed when I went to wash my hands the sink had a push up lever to turn on the water, the paper towels you could pull them out. I was so excited. I will be returning. I wanna go to the outside setting. YEAH one day!!

Normally, I do not take the time to do this, but I feel that considering this is a fairly new starbucks, the customer service should be a bit better. We went through the drive through and the barista (girl with long red hair) said “I can’t hear you” while we were ordering. Because of this, we moved forward to the check out window and the two baristas that were inside had their backs to the window the whole time, continuing to clean the counters for several minutes. Mind you, we are the only customers there so it’s not like they were busy. Because of this, I asked my husband to honk because maybe they thought we had left. We honked, and still, no reaction. At this point, I am annoyed at the fact that it seemed like they were purposely ignoring us. I got down from the truck and decided to knock on the window. A barista by the name of Taniya approached, I asked if they hadn’t heard us? And she said no. I asked if we could order and she said no. I asked her is I could go inside and she said yes. As I an walking inside a barista by the name of Angie takes my order and I asked if she was the manager to which she said yes. I explained what happened toWhich she apologized. After grabbing my order I see Taniya smiling and talking to the other barista with long red hair and I told her that I would hope that she wasn’t laughing at me or the situation, because they should both take the time to learn from their manager,Angie, and her customer service. Taniya reacted by saying repeatedly “you can leave” “you can leave” “you can leave” , and I walked out. The fact that this girl Taniya feels in her right to speak to a customer like that, especially in front of a manager, says a lot about her work ethic. Her actions are also a reflection of her management and of Starbucks. Keep in mind, No customer pays $6-8 dollars for a coffee. the customer pays $6-8 dollars for a coffee, a warm smile and nice attitude and THAT is not happening at this location right now. Not enjoyable.

1-2-2022 I had a wonderful visit. The ladies there at 6am were great. I was greeted when I walked in. They kept me entertained as I waited for my order. Wish I had gotten their names. My order was spot on.

Starbucks was not originally on my list of places, I learned to appreciate them more on finding the founder's sourcing his coffee products by investing in local farmers in the coffee producing countries assuring quality products. Now they are my often visited place for coffee, sandwiches & they are one of the few places they make quality green tea.Along with the ability to order ahead easily with their app, I visit them often. And the employees, for the most part, are some of the friendliest of the industry. Most of the employees at my local store knows my name and I love them for it, yes, I'm a regular.

I always love coming here every single morning and night. It’s part of my daily schedule at this point. I love the customer service the older baristas present. Ps- if the ginger kid with the long hair is working- he makes the best drinks!!!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Literally my first time being back in Georgia, and the lady taking my order had such an awful attitude and was so rude with us “literally no one can hear you at all, speak up” and she took such an ugly tone with my husband. I almost drove off. Stop hiring incompetent workers! If costumer service is not your thing, then don’t work at these places, So ridiculous!

My better half and I went for a coffee date and chose Starbucks. It was our first time dining inside a Starbucks PERIOD. These people are fast and upbeat and just appear to be so full of energy. Loved the atmosphere and the aroma of the store! We each had a quick bite (mine was coffee cake and it was beyond delicious!), and a couple of coffees each. Cannot wait to have another coffee date there!

Always clean, with a calm atmosphere. Plenty of seating, with conveniently located outlets for charging up your devices.My only complaint with this Starbucks is the service. Even with very little customers inside, receiving an order can be slow.With that small complaint, the service I've received has always been great and friendly!
