The customer service at this lowes is top notch. I have been to Tifton and Valdosta and won't never go back to them.Not only do they beat Home Depot's prices, but also are real friendly and personal.

Let me just say this store is the perfect example of what a store should look like when your employees actually care, I will go one step further by saying that Shirley in appliances is one of the most caring people. Our oven when out and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and that we left with a stove. Highly recommend this location and if you happen to need appliances please give her a shout. You won't be disappointed.

I'm disappointed with Lowe's. I had an appliance package delivered on 9/17. I had paid for the dishwasher to be installed. The installation guys did a great job on everything else but were not trained on dishwasher installs. So I called Lowe's to set up a time. Ten days later and no less than six conversations with Lowe's staff including two different managers with at least four promises to call me back the next day and I'm still waiting on a date for installation. Four times that I called they tried to tell me I needed to pay for the installation...until they checked their system and saw that I had paid the $158 for the install. On the 24th I spoke with a manager. He promised that someone would call me by 9am the next morning. Still waiting two days later. Really really tacky Lowe's. Home Depot is right across the street. I think I am done with Lowe's for now.

I recently had a phenomenal experience at this location where the employees went above and beyond to help me leave satisfied. After purchasing a dishwasher that was delivered and installing it myself, I realized that the inside of the tub had a dent with the damage camouflaged from the outside. I would have ignored it, but the bottom jet couldn't even spin, so I knew it needed to be returned.Wheeler got me started with the process and looked out for me far beyond what he had to. The various managers and employees involved in the process from getting the old dishwasher out of the trailer, to making the exchange possible, to getting the new one loaded were all a pleasure to work with and took care of me from start to finish during the complicated process. Wheeler, Tyler, Abidail, Jaden, Joshua-- Thanks! You are appreciated. Based on this experience, I will happily visit this location again.As an aside, Wheeler, if you read this, I'm sorry I didn't get my Lowe's review in. I was genuinely excited to leave a great review for all of you, but I didn't realize I had a time limit and missed my window.

😳 just left there. This place has REALLY gone downhill. Usually shop Home Depot because the service is so much better, but as they were out of a couple things, I was forced to go to “Blowes “ or wait to complete my project. What a joke. Employees standing around with their thumbs up their butts, no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. Some departments totally empty, no employee to be found. If you do find someone in an adjoining area, you get that “sorry not my department “ attitude. Very poor management, as people should be cross trained in neighboring areas. It’s called customer service! Got what I needed to do my project, went to pay. Had 2 carts full. Lumber, paint, etc. Got NO help loading, in the lumber department or at the register and btw, theS cashier clearly saw my cane and the fact that I needed it to walk. Now I know you shouldn’t assume, but I wasn’t even ASKED if I needed help loading! This place is a joke!

I bought a small load for a fence project 3 to 4k worth of material and did it over the phone I called someone from the pro service and they applied it to my LAR account, I sent some one to pick it up on a Sunday , he spent over 2 hours waiting on them to find it on the system and then blamed us on trying to pick the same stuff up twice . I been use that store for over 5 year’s I had a lot of issues during this time

We've been here so many times over these last handful of months.. dealing with a few different projects.. that a lot of your associates are recognizing us and remember the project they provided their assistance with... Whether it was with tools, materials, opinions on color schemes or accessories... It's comforting to be able to walk in with a new diy task... And get asked how the previous one turned out... Allowing my hubby to toot his horn just a little, and of course brag on his wife some too! And it always fascinates me that no matter what employee I seek out for help... They know almost exactly which isle to direct me to!!! UPDATE: New projects and still love this store!

Got a piece of glass cut and must say, it was an entertaining and depressing experience. Between having to tell the lady it didn't matter how she cut the glass length vs width since it could be cut either way or listening to the 2 figure out where the 7/8ths mark was on the tape measure. I was amazed that it actually fit....lol

As a contractor I left Lowe's (slowes) years ago. The absolute worst in customer service! Today I had reason to go there due to my customer has credit card from establishment. I was not spoken to by ANY employee there ! Not ONE ! Hence was the deciding factor over 8 years ago for me deciding to never go unless absolutely necessary. I'm really a small fish in a very big pond. I know this. I did, however, spend inexcess of $100,000+ last year with Home Depot. I will continue to urge everyone- when opportunity arises - to NOT spend their money with Lowe's!

I just can't stay away from this store. Easy to find stuff, wide aisles, well stocked and clean. Helpful employees. Veteran's discount. I am truly amazed at the large stock of items for a relatively small (40,000 people) town. We recently bought a house and have already been here a dozen times to get things we needed.

Is Lowe's installation of everything else as horrible as their TWO attempts at my Pella storm door?And the packer of my last purchase, $400 of plank porcelain tile. I had to go back in store, and he ignored me and packed horizontally. TWO boxes of it broke in half over my foot when I opened hatch on SUV.

Purchased an upright freezer. Freezer was to be delivered the following day. Waited at home all morning and afternoon for freezer to be delivered. No show. Call store, and was told that freezer could not be delivered because I was not home.(Somehow I was NOT home, while being home at the exact same time. Yes I do have special powers.)Later I go to store to check if freezer is there. I'm told it is. I ask the customer service representative to have it brought up because I'm coming back to get it right away. Only needed to go home and get truck. Was told that she would.When I'm back with truck to get freezer, it is not ready. Reps have no idea what I am talking about. Original rep States we are not the ones she talked to about staging the freezer.Unhelpful, untrustworthy customer service staff.

We recently received a kitchen appliance package. We had been up early that morning moving appliances and emptying fridge and freezer...We needed a vent for the microwave and asked several employees for assistance.Sadly we didn't get one but what hurt most of all was the fact that we were followed by 4 employees and looked apon as likely thieves.

This is a typical large corporate Home Improvement Center. I'm very familiar with most of the item locations. This time was a little different, I needed to get it a couple of specialty items. I had to ask three employees for the locations these items and they weren't even close to the locations. Now I know every employee carries one of those little hand computers, but none of them used it. After a few attempts of trial-and-error to locate the items, I found them without any productive assistance from the employees. The only suggestion I have corporate office is for them to improve the training of their employees to use that little computer more often rather than sending the customers all over the store.
