We have had many pets, cats and one dog, come and go over the years. Although we are now petless, we still care for our friend's little guy, occasionally. Recently I purchased a toy for our favorite little poodle, "Toasty", for his Christmas gift, at this PetSmart. This PetSmart has been a haven for us for our pets, and now, for the little ones we pet sit, and enjoy buying toys for. They are great to have in our neck of the woods, and it is great knowing they are there for our pets' needs, and toys!

On 7/28/23 6:00 pm i came into your store to Purchase Capstarflea pills i had to Stand in line for 15 min only one Cashier i gave her the slip to get the pills She looked confused because the line is. She didn't have time to search. Long Story They didn't have it. Please Do Better

Recently took my doodle in for a grooming. Dorcas did a great job!!! He came out so adorable. This was my first visit and I was a bit nervous because they were so busy but she did a great job. Will definitely be returning.

The groomer that I requested was not in today. The replacement had an attitude. She was talking over me. The other two ladies said that she wasn't listening to what I was telling her that I wanted. I am rescheduling with Krystal.

This place is Totally disgusting! From their attitudes when you walk through the door.. to making fun of your dog just because they need a haircut! That’s your job genius!! Your JOB is to cut the dogs hair! Courtney S cut her hair.. the cut was decent but the bed side manner was Heartbreaking.. when we come spend our hard earned money to treat our dogs.. we don’t come to be harassed!!! I personally feel like the girls there target pretty women.. & take it out on our dogs.. self confidence is called “Self” confidence for a reason!! My dog also has been growling all night when I touch her signaling that she’s in pain! There’s no telling what they did to my poor dog! The guy that was there before we got a very happy welcome! Not me so much! I’ll never take my dog back here ever tf again. Or I’ll be going to jail.. simple

In real time I’m a NEW customer just moved back in the area and decided to try PetsMart instead of Walmart. Worst thing ever first day I was overlooked but it was nothing to complain about but Today as I stand here waiting for an associate that looked me in the eyes twice and said once she will be right with me.After waiting 23 minutes to even get words of acknowledgment that I’m standing here but to also let three customers go ahead of me to just walk away like I’m not waiting. On top of that she’s walking around with pajamas and croc’s on. Yuh I will not be coming back they can keep the points……

This Petsmart is located amongst a significant amount of useful establishments. There are a planet fitness,home depot, restaurants and clothes stores all in the same shopping plaza; there is a cycle gear (for motorcycles) across the parking lot from this place. The shelves were well stocked and the staff was very helpful and attentive. They had just moved the product I was looking for and the a staff member walked me to a couple of places it could have been and we found it!I'd also like to add that the checkout counters were fully staffed . in addendum the store had cats and dogs for adoption !

I have been going to Petsmart/Banfield for almost 12 years. We have always been made to feel welcome. I enjoy being able to shop with people and all of the fur babies that come to visit. Petsmart and Banfield are magnificent in how knowledgeable and caring they are. All of my pets are lucky to have such a wonderful place to care for them.

There were no employees on the floor to help us. I stood around for thirty minutes before being assisted. I even walked around and searched the store for an associate. There were about eight people in the Banfield area, but no Petsmart employees that could help me out.

2nd grooming visit at this Morrowlocation, and I was extremely hurt and disappointed in the rush job. "P" did 😢 that totally cut up and jacked up, Beau Kai facial area!Like I told the supervisor, first, they should be trained to handle behavior of these precious animals, but if puppies are too hyper andit becomes a safety issue, then you don't proceed to cut, call its fur parents!His first visit was very nice, so I'm really feeling this was intentional, because he got the basic, arrived over 30 minutes before his 11:AM appointment, but until we checked on him at 2:PM (since no one answered the phones), he was rushed out of their about 20 minutes of the 1 1/2 hour we were told to pickup!Sooooo furious as this should not have happened... and I was told he was with one of the best groomers! Her call for pickup was to prepare me for the horrible grooming cut she performed on my baby pup 🐶!You hurt me when you hurt my sweet puppy !One less customer to disappointed again!

The ANYTHING FOR PETS motto does not apply here. The arrogant store manager thinks customers have studied the fine print on their substandard registers in their poorly lit trash location! Yesterday I tried to return some dog food and a team of 4 poorly trained employees could not find my proof of purchase in my account. So after wasting 15 minutes with those clowns I told them I would find the receipt and come back.I go back in today and Ms Arrogant/Rude tells me even with my receipt she could not return my money. I told her that card had been misplaced and she still refused!We have been spending good money for food, supplies and grooming for about 17 years with this company and this was a total slap in the face!So save the motto and find management that actually care about customers!

I am so sorry that I didn't get the associate that helped me, but she was AWESOME!!! She is very knowledgeable and their products, and she made me feel more comfortable about my purchases.

I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. BUT IM SO OVER THIS PETSMART!! The first time I came here they cut my dog hair soo low he didn't even look recognizable!! I had to wait months for his hair to grow back to a decent length. I thought maybe I'll switch groomers if I come back...THEN.. after having no real choice but to book with them a second time because my regular groomer plus everyone else was booked til the end of next month, I pick my baby up and on the way home notices he has PATCHES!! And not small ones they're visible!! I'm just so over it! 70 dollars for a bath and haircut just to have my dog come back with patches of hair missing!

Went to get new collars for my dogs. The vet could not stop raving about them! The store was clean, the staff wasn't rude but weren't overly friendly either. Overall we enjoy our visits.

I called pet smart with a very important question about my dog.. her answer was i dont know.. but i will ask the veterinarian and find out..she said i will call you back definitely before 2:00 pm on that day..she never called..so that told me they could care less about my dog and his medical needs..you would think being Pet smart they would..and would have at least called back .i was sitting by my phone waiting..Block my pit bull did not receive his medication that day...

My dog had a GREAT experience here with Nayeli. We got the full groom + the Holiday Special, although I probably won't do any specials again, it did include a coupon book plus treat for my dog.Marley looks great and he feels great! I have already planned to book another grooming service here soon!

I love taking my greyhound to the store. The staff are real friendly. They really love dogs there. The prices are high for dog food though. They need to have more sales on large bags of dog food.

This particular store is always clean. Very easy on the eyes. They take care of their live stock and the fish tanks are always clean. I prefer making the drive to this location over the McDonough location any day.
