We moved to Moreland from Newnan in May of 2022. As soon as we saw the reviews and best of Newnan we knew we had to take our pups here. I personally like that I get to wait in the car and they come out to greet you. It’s helpful for mixed dog greetings when walking into a Vet’s office the staff is always so friendly and gentle with the dogs when they take them in. Dr. Andrews is so caring and takes time to talk through health care plans and what the benefits to different types of treatment are. Sometimes finances were tight and we could strategize certain appointments. I never felt judged for needing to do so. My border collie is in kidney failure and the care and treatment of their team has been phenomenal. I wouldn’t take my pups anywhere else.

Outstanding service. Great customer service. I have had my dog seen at another vet for 8 years. The first time I came here they ran the same tests the other place did. They gave me more information and options than the other place did. I feel so much more informed and can make a better and more informed decision.

It is hard to put into words just how the people at Moreland Animal Hospital treated my baby and me:I am so very grateful for having found such a wonderful, caring, professional, and friendly place to take my babies when they need care.Last week I had to make the heart breaking decision to let my precious little girl, Ms. Tessa, go, after a brief illness. I've never had to make such a decision before, and I'm sure I would not have been able to do it without Dr. Andrews and her staffs compassionate care, not only for my baby girl, but also for me.They were so busy with appts that day.She and the Staff were very understanding about what I was going through and gave me the knowledge and the time that I needed, to know that I was making the best decision for Ms. Tessa.Afterwards, everyone was respectful, while they quietly acknowledged my grief, as we left the office. Dr. Andrews carried Ms.Tessa out to my car for me and gently placed her in the front seat, carefully pointing out how she was positioned in the seat, so I could hold her all the way home.It's been 5 days now and I still can barely believe Ms. Tessa is gone. I want to express my gratitude for everyone at this place.Yesterday we received a sympathy card in the mail, signed by each staff member. It meant so much to us, as I NEVER expected it.It was a day I will not choose to remember, but when I do, my memories will be of how wonderful they treated us there at Moreland Animal Hospital, and how they made the pain of grief easier to deal with because of their kindness and consideration.

I am very pleased with the service my doggie and I have received. The prices may be a bit higher than some other vets. But competent and friendly service is hard to find these days.

I cannot say enough how much I like all the staff, they take extremely good care of our 17 year old puppy. The Vet always confers with us about our puppies health, they does an outstanding job with annual checkups, they are one of the reasons our puppy is in great health for a 17 year old.

Still having to stay in the car while the staff come get your pet. I understood this during covid but now...? Feels a bit unfriendly rather be able to go inside like other offices. I do not like this I feel cheated from not being there while my pet is being examined. How do I know things were done right or at all... it's an honest question. Plus I may have questions that may come up during the exam that I would never ask unless I was there. The whole thing felt rushed and impersonal. I'd have thought they would have gone back to in office appts. I may be looking for a different vet even though the staff and Dr were great

Dr. Andrews-Kees is up-front and honest. She helped to improve our furbaby's life as she was aging. And when it was time to say good-bye to our sweet girl, Alex Marie, Dr. Kees was amazing. She was so kind and caring.

Just got a new doggo and brought him to this vet for a checkup and update some vaccines; so it was our first time at this location. Had an absolutely phenomenal time and would definitely recommend them! In and out super fast, the staff was fantastic and our dog, who is normally people shy, felt very comfortable with them. They get a 10 out of 10 barks from Bacio!

I always get a call the next day checking up on my dog to see how he's doing after vaccinations and see if I have any questions. They are quick to get us in if I have a concern. I'm grateful for their above and beyond standard of care!

I have to agree with another reviewers post and I've been going here for a few years now.First of all let me tell you the veterinarians and vet techs there are great. With that said the receptionist there are extremely rude. I called asking simple question about a rescue dog that I just picked up and heartworm medicine. And the tone and her attitude was so condescending over a simple question I was taken aback. And this is not the first time I've experienced this type of attitude from the receptionist there. With that said I scheduled my rescue at another veterinarian clinic for care and may transfer my other dogs over based on the service my dog and I receive. They need to train their receptionist better for they will lose business. Customer service is diminishing or non existent in this day and age. You will have more loyal customers with a simple kind greating and reception. It is not advisable to talk down or in a condensing manner to customer if they're not educated about a subject or looking for more information to learn.

I just brought my cat here this morning and the vet came out to get me to agree to what she suggested and then took my card inside, she told me it was $369.25 and she happily took every single dollar I own out of my account. I had to call my wife and ask her to pull $100 from her savings to save me from going under while the MAH staff kept stepping outside to signal ask when they could run my card. We're dead broke again now. How are normal low-wage workers supposed to survive when every time we do anything with "professional" businesses, they are consistently charging us as much as possible for everything they can possibly force on us? Having a car, pets, health issues, renting, and eating is getting regularly made impossible at every turn. Our old cat scratches himself and now we can't buy groceries until my next paycheck!? I'm already set to come back in three months. How much do I need to spend then? $80? $150? Who knows? What if we can't afford to have animals anymore? What do we do then?

Can’t say enough about Dr. Nicole! She has so much compassion about her patients well being. I have a senior dog with heart problems and Dr. Nicole is working diligently to help him feel better! I can email her with questions day or night and always get a reply!

Dr. Andrews has saved my dog's life when another vet said they've done all they can do. If you want top quality care and knowledgeable staff, this is your place. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients (the entire staff does). Few places in this area have all of the on-site equipment, as well as integrative medicine that MAH offers. So add in convenience and one-stop-shop to the list of pros. Plus they've got a very efficient curb-side service system going.

Very nice staff and decent prices on med's for your pets. The only thing is online they stated that they close at 4:30 but the answer machine said 5:30. So I have to wait until Monday to get my dog his medicine. Not a big deal but inconvenient for my dog to have to wait until tomorrow.

Dr. Andrews is wonderful, and every time I've taken my dogs to see her, the cost has been less than I was prepared to pay. Her techs are fantastic and I wouldn't take my Stella anywhere else

They are so wonderful they treat you and your pet like family. They found out what was wrong with my 13 year old dog after another vet said it was just old age. I am very grateful for this place and love them!!!

Warning !!!!!!!!!!Do Not Take Your Pet To Dr Nikki Andrew’s !!!!!She sent my tiny Yorkie home on medication for a severe uterus infection that should have been an emergency surgery !!!!! Next Vet said there was no way this dog should have ever been sent home and got her into surgery right away . This Veterinarian is irresponsible, rude And charged us 500.00 for nothing !!!!!!

Twice they have refused to see our dog in an emergency. Snake bite etc. They're sure there to collect the easy candy money though. I will post an update when I find a good full service vet in the area.
