I try my best to be patient with the staff being I’ve worked in customer service and I understand but the negative attitudes that the staff have is so inappropriate when people are simply asking for help with things like paying GA power which is something I go in the store for they hate to help me do it and one cashier even mentioned that I could download the GA power app so I wouldn’t have to come in so much. It really made me felt unwelcomed. My last straw was tonight when I asked to do my GA power reload cashier stated she couldn’t scan at her register. Obviously not wanting to help me because they have reloaded at the self checkout also. So I had to bring up could she do it at the self checkout line. She did so I had two reloads and mentioned that at the time. She rung me up for the first and walked off. I stood at the counter for 2 minutes before I said could you help me w another reload. Rolling her eyes w sass stumping back towards the register. It was extremely rude and I had been nice about it like it was no need for her to take out her frustration on me. And I’ve witnessed this employee be so rude and ugly to customers many times. Please help!

Staff could be more friendly and helpful. The thing that bothers me the most is the emptiness of the shelves. Either I am coming on days where everyone has bought everything or they are not stocking the shelves regularly. The store always seem to be out of the items I need all or most of the time.

This particular Dollar General was once TOPS! I also let them know that this was an awesome place to shop; tidy environment, quick check out, helpful employees and the employees were very inviting, straightforward and they made you want to shop there. At least that's how I felt... But now, Good Lord! Nothing is what it is supposed to be. For example, the garden items that were supposed to be 50 per cent off in the store was not; and what I was told was 50 percent off rung up in the store at a whopping $5.50 and no one wanted to hear anything. Dollars General stores is beginning to Sucks with the no caring attitude of done of their Employees!!!

Friendly service and great employees. Don't mind when people use coupons and sales items. Great with customers that gets rude when others has a lot of items.

They hire mean and Ghetto employees with bad attitudes.The workers have no class.The run they mouth and pick fights with nice customers.The women think because you go there to buy a product.That you have interest in dating them.They need to fire the whole stuff.And hire people with class and don't have a attitude.😕

The store was a little dirty ,Stuff all over the place.waited in linefor 10mins saw only one associated and she was cashier.Did notice a sign for hiring maybe that was the whole issure.

They're usually busy, so it may take a few minutes to checkout. They will open another register when people start lining up though.
