I have switched pharmacies now. They could never get things on schdule also I waited 5 minutes to get some allergy medication behind the counter no one else was in line and no one acknowledged I was there and then when I said something the lady said I am aware you are there I will be with you when I am ready. Terrible Customer service . I went right across the street to CVS in the amount of time I was waiting the CVS pharmacy consulted me got the right allergy medication checked me out and was polite. Do better Walgreens !

Head pharmacist Hong Ngoc T. (Which, I was lied to when I called the store to asked for head pharmacist name, by a pharmacy tech or cashier??) is a very hateful person with NO CONCERN with patients.A cancer patient that I know went in to get his pain meds. She called his name out loud along with the prescribing doctor's name and said he'd have to wait two more days I'm a nurse you are allowed a couple days early this was 12 hours early. Not to mention HIPPA.... SHE'S NEVER BEEN NICE TO ANYONE THAT I'VE SEEN.

They gave me the wrong prescription. The.Wrong. Prescription. They said it was fine and brushed it off, but I didn't trust them considering... I took a picture as proof and a picture of my info, of what it should have been,but it's got the guys full name on it and address so I won't post it. I don't plan on ever going back. Please be careful and check your meds if you use their pharmacy! It had to go through at least 3 or 4 peoples hands and still no one noticed. That's very dangerous to say the least

I wish I could give zero star.I went to take a passaport picture and the picture didn't look good.I asked if I could take another one before she print it.She totally ignored my request and said " i have been seeing worse" and went behind the counter and printed the pictures.I said but I didn't like the way my eyes looked but they didn't care at all.I so hope the owner could read this review and talk to the lasy employes

Rude. Samaiya at the customer service desk was on the phone gloating about working at Walgreens and able to get a Plan B and explaining to the person on the phone that’s it’s something to take if you don’t want kids. This is her business and her choice, but she was just being disrespectful about it. I was there buying pregnancy test. No longer have my business.

Rude people do not belong in a pharmacy. This is a social position requiring people skills. There are some good people in this pharmacy, but a few disgruntled employees make the rest and the name of Walgreens suffer. Upper management should get rid of such employees. The whole town knows who these few people are. It is about time for a change.

Horribly understaffed because of Corporate cheapskates! Not the fault of the local employees! However, i'm going to go elsewhere for prescriptions because it's causing mental trauma to my son who has a nightmarish time just trying to get a scrip filled. Some of the problems lie with local pharmacists however, as different employees are telling us different things! Very poor management!

The pharmacy is awful. I stood in line for 30 minutes, just for them to tell me they didn’t even fill the prescriptions for my daughter that I sent over the night before. They said they didn’t fill it because my insurance didn’t cover it but I would have gladly paid for it being as my daughter needed it. I went to CVS so they would send it over, which Walgreens said okay but it’ll be a couple hours. My kid has a fever of 102 and I couldn’t even get her meds because they didn’t bother filling it. I will NEVER use them again.

Worst service I've ever seen rud went to the drive thru set there for 15 minutes. I went in side was ignored even though I was standing next to the counter. I have read reviews seems like Walgreens doesn't care because if they really cared they would fire every one that works there. I went there to fill a prescription because I had swimmers ear when I finally waited on they said it would be at least one hour. I went back 1hour and a half finally got my prescription after another 15 minute wait.never go back there again .

I stop in every morning the store is always clean and organized the staff is always friendly and they always have plenty of stock of products I have to take 1 star away from the pharmacy. Everytime I go to the pharmacy they act like I am inconveniencing them with my questions and concerns. They love to stand behind the counter and talk with each other before acknowledging the customer in front of them and it's the same 2 women pharmacy techs everytime. They have even told me my order would be ready in an hour I came back 5 hours later for them to tell me they didn't have it in stock I would have to wait. After searching many pharmacy's I came back and told them I would wait just for them to say and I quote "your in luck we have it here" that's the kind of service the pharmacy gives here.

Patrick needs to be fired! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT FIT HIS PERSONALITY. He's rude, yells at the elderly & takes unnecessary steps holding other customers up. I come to this location frequently and every time I get him as a cashier he does something wrong and his energy is creepy. The other women and black guy are much better employees. I never get problems when they assist me at the register.

Poor customer service...there is always a line because there is only ONE cashier working the front of the store. Your average wait time, to pay for your items, is five minutes or longer. Usually the cashier is catching up on gossip or with a family member and they're discussing their weekend plans or what they're doing after work. Today was my last visit...the cashier and customer obviously knew each other so the cashier was helping the customer look at each item in the basket and determine if they qualified for a "deal"...the customer had three containers of soft drinks in her cart and the cashier was adamant that she swap out two of them for Coke products to get a better deal. After a FIVE minute wait, watching the customer try and decide if she wanted the Pepsi products or if she wanted to swap out, I replaced my items and went to CVS (across the intersection). When I left CVS, the customer was finally exiting Walgreens!!! Hire some help and stop having personal shopping time with friends/family while others are waiting in line!!

I downloaded the Walgreens app an ordered some picture prints yesterday, 12/13/20. During the order process the app allows you to choose to get a text when your order is ready, so I clicked on that. (during app set up, you provide your phone number). My order was supposed to be ready within the hour. I never received a text and figured they were busy so I waited a while longer. Two hours later, I checked my email and my order was ready when they originally told me it would be. I went to the store today, 12/14. I said, "I placed an order through the app yesterday." He asked if I received an email to say it was ready and I said yes, but I was expecting a text and never got one. He said he didn't know anything about that. I said, "well you can choose, on the app, to be texted when your order is ready, are you familiar with that?" His demeanor was very condescending and kept talking over me. I asked him if he knew why I didn't receive a text, he kept saying he knew nothing about that. He couldn't seem to grasp what I was saying and asked again if I got an email, I said yes, but was expecting a text. Oh, OK, you received an email, then asked what I ordered and what my name was. I said, yes, I that was the first thing I told youHe found my prints and started ringing me up. I said, I believe I paid for this over the app. He said no. So what the heck? Their app and their associates and payments don't seem be be in sync with each other. It was super frustrating, but especially because this associate seemed to not only want to assist nicely, but talked over me and didn't look at me when he spoke to me. It was an Indian gentleman if anyone from corporate reads this. I would only hope that corporate trains their associates not only to be nice and listen, but also to understand how the app works as far as texting people when their orders are ready. I also asked if there was a manager in the store, very quickly, while he was figuring out how to ring up my order, he said yes without any further assistance. He needs some customer service training. I've seen him there before, he's been nice. It could have gone so much differently if he could have just said, I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the app and that texting is available. I will ask about that so it doesn't happen again. That's all it would have taken.

Pharmacy: Always out of medicines, rude staff, the wait time is horrendous.Charged me for generic birth control which is against the law and still have not corrected it. The general store has nice employees and they’re always quick - but it doesn’t really make up for the horrible pharmacy.

Unprofessional pharmacy staffs, my spouse was here for his pfizer vaccine and they lost his paper consent on file for his 2nd vaccine, they even made him wait for over 2hours and aloud everyone else who arrived after him to get their vaccines before his appt time. They did not apologize or initiate the fact that they lost his paper work or even come communicate with him about it and even still forgot about his vaccine and he arrive early and was still waiting and waiting in line for unprofessionals to organize and work a pharmacy like this. Last time here! Get some more reliable professionals to work at this monroe walgreens!

Dr sent in scripts for tamiflu and azithromycin after I was diagnosed with flu and sinus infection. They had 30 minutes to fill two scripts that come already packaged in boxes between the time my dr called them in and I drove over there. Pulled in to parking lot, unbelievable, drive through was closed. So I walked my germ infested self into the store. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Understand, my head is exploding and my body feels like it has been hit by a MAC truck , I am running a fever, I have chills, but I go over to the three chairs against the wall and sit down. At this point I just want to cry. I do not need to be around healthy people and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I sit there miserable and waiting. They have called several (2 or3) names in the last half hour. Finally in desperation I go stand to the side in hopes they will see me and remember they just need to hand me my two pre-packaged scripts that they said would be ready at this point about 30 minutes ago. That is right, I have been in this H377 hole for about 40 to 45 minutes. No such luck. I finally get to the window, say my name, and the clerk literally walks over to the left, picks my bag up and hands it to me. I am wondering how long it had been sitting there? She asks me if I am a Rewards Member. I said yes, but not today. I just want my medicine so I can go home and crawl back into my bed. Thinking I will switch to CVS! People who may be contagious and don’t want to spread an epidemic could really use a drive through that is open. And we wonder how contagious illnesses spread so quickly....

I was on hold for 28 mins, never spoke to anyone and then I heard a Pharmacist pick up and hang it back up. When I called back, the automative message robot said they were on a lunch break. I'm all for taking breaks, but that was a waste of my time and rude.

When I was in this location shopping, I was greeted and approached by Kiara. Wow she is so wonderful at her job. She was friendly, informative, when I had questions. She went out of her way to accommodate me, and I appreciated that very much.

The pharmacy absolutely sucks. Was put in the system in October. 2 months later attempt to fill a prescription and have to go through the entire process again. Twice before the prescription was filled. Don't waste your time. Just go to Walmart.

When you go to drive thru isn't that supposed to be quicker? It should be pickup and drop off only! It's like they drop off and WAIT FOR THEM TO FILL the script... really? Don't know why I am still sitting here, maybe I am the crazy one, LOL

This is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Drive through is always closed. Nobody ever answers the phone, the prescriptions are never ready on time and the lines are always long. Plus the pharmacist is always rude to you

Pharmacy opens at 8am. It is now 8:05 the drive thru isn't open and none of the metal doors are pulled up inside. I confirmed with the store that the pharmacy does open at 8. Are they all just late?!

I found the pharmacy staff to be unhelpful and a bit aggressive when asked question - that the pharmacist was unable to answer. I won't be doing business with this store in the future.
