We took our 3 dogs for a bath today. Their self serve pet wash makes bathing them so much easier. They have several different types of shampoo to choose from and lots of towels. Diane was so sweet - she came in and restocked the towels and was even waiting outside the door to give our pups a treat once we were done. I had a coupon for a free pet wash that had expired a few days ago, but Diane and Ben still gave me a free wash! Thanks again y’all!

This is my local TSC and my family and I are frequent shoppers there. We've never had a bad experience and everyone has been extremely helpful. Today I experienced excellent Customer Service from Rebecca, Duke and Diane. Rebecca went above and beyond for me today and Duke graciously honored a sale price for me. Thank you guys for everything!

I could rate a 0, I would- We had a horrible experience at your Monroe location- First I asked an employee for pricing and location of an item, his response was not sure couple hundred dollars and they are located outside. Didn’t bother to show me or get me a price. Then the same representative, stops my family says “ was your kid playing with the safes” I looked at my 7 year old he with sad eye about to cry says “yes”. The representative proceeds to tell us “ he usually doesn’t says anything till he needs to, if the safe are locked it’s a $500 charge to have them unlocked” His tone was very rude and condescending, disrespectful and talked to me as if I was a child. yep my son should have not been touching the safes, I was unaware because he was with his dad, who was looking at the gun safes. I can’t be sure, but I don’t remember there being a sign not to touch the safes. They need to be locked, with a sign see staff to open safe, covers over the key pads- Then we were checking out, the person who was checking us out was a manager, the representative (later found out he was a manager) walks up says the $700 safe maybe locked out and he was going to give it a minute but may have to move it to the back. Again my son should have not been touching them, my son is one of those kids that is a super rule follower and was looking at the safes like his daddy, the entire way home he talked about why that man was so mean to him and he didn’t understand. Which we explain he should not be touching them, those are for grown up-This is no way to treat customer service especially by a manager, should have been treated with more respect as a customer. He spoke to my self and my husband as if we were children. I let that go and went to checkout- Then to come up to the register to make another point to belittle us again, uncalled for and again my son was standing there almost in tears with embarrassment. You need to relook at the management you have at your store in Monroe. He also was speaking with another customer in front of me, about a coupon he was completely rude and disrespectful to this elderly gentleman. He needs to be trained in customers service, general human decency and respect. Since I am not the only customer speaking about the issue, probably the same manager- you really need to look at your management team and how you are displaying the safes-

I'm not sure about the new policy of asking for your personal information at check out. I was asked by your employee Jayden (location: TS Monroe, Ga) for my personal information while checking out with my items. I noticed him doing so with each and every customer I stood in line behind. I asked him why my personal information was necessary to make a purchase at your store. He replied he needed "points" to advance to management status. I, then said "I think you're supposed to ASK customers IF they want to join TS rewards program." TS, you have an employee committing fraud which is a serious offense in a court of law! Jayden never asked me if I wanted to join your TS rewards program, he concealed the reason for cheating your customers all in order to steal their private information for his own selfish benefit.

UPDATE: This is STILL an issue at this store. No one knows what's going on. I've called corporate to make sure yall price match and they said YES, store still wants to have an issue.---------Idk why this store has the BIGGEST issue with price matching. Every. Single. Time. we buy dog/cat food yall are higher, but since your website touts it price matches Online and in-store competitors we buy here, yet your managers like to claim yall don't price match online retailers (Walmart, Chewy, etc) and usually have an attitude. This past time the cashier said he was going to price match and didn't bother doing it. Please train your managers/employees on yalls price match policy

Not sure I'll ever be back. The manager is on the phone and yells at my kids for touching the locks on the gun safes for sale. Saying they could damage them by pressing buttons then proceeded to follow us around the store like we were stealing things. This is not the 1st time he has followed us around and never once asking if we needed help.

I needed to pick up Kitten Food and few other things. It is still kitten season. They have a Veterinarian's office. There was a Wide Variety. Please donate to Rescue Groups and Animal Shelter. Please Microchip, Spay or Neuter your pet. ❤

Very low selection of products I come here for my dog food. There dog food is highly recommended however they never have products on shelves or in store and if they do its sitting in the back not on the shelf when you need it. I can never seem to find someone to help me unless it's the cashier up front or the group of staff members having a funny chat in the back every single time i walk in. The story is clean and tidy on a good note.

Horrible staff. My elderly mother had to beg and wait over 30 minutes for help and was only helped by someone she saw walk in to start their shift. Cashier also sassed back after the whole event. Go anywhere else but this location.

Walked around trying to find some help and found 3 of the workers sitting on dog food bags talking and laughing. While the lady at the register was hollaring from some assistance from the manager . They could not hear her from all the laughing from the dog food aisle . I was trying to get a price check on an item . I just walked out the door. I will find it somewhere else

The staff here is wonderful with an exception of an employee named Mark. He is beyond rude with his words and actions and not helpful in any situation. I have given this several times to straighten out. We have a new farm and have spent over $10000 in the Monroe store in last two months. Everything we go to do is a mess and is incorrect. Asst manager is very helpful and tries to clean up from all the mistakes. Since all this is going on I have to say it starts with the lack of management skills at the top. Recently we purchased a Coleman UTV from this store. What a nightmare, from shipping to transmission problems. It took many hours on the phone to corporate and many hours of our time to return and get thru this problem. Monroe store refused to help us the entire process.This store is only good for Feed and small things. I am extremely disappointed and will warn everyone to stay away until they can pull it together.

As always Tractor Supply has what you need. Our store in our neighborhood is clean and friendly. Its easy in and out. Usually well stocked. Their clearance section could use better pricing but TSC is always a little pricey. But they have all the stuff all the other box stores dont have.

I shopped at Tractor Supply 8-23-2019 made a purchase, checked out. I left my check book with 147.00 cash in it, later on I needed cash could not find my check book. Began to think where I had shopped, called tractor supply 8:50 PM. Told who answered the phone that I had left my check book there while paying for my purchase. It was Raymond who had checked me out earlier. Raymond stated that he had given the manger my check book and it was in the safe. Raymond took the necessary information because he would not be at work tomorrow 8-24-2019. Arrived Saturday morning went to Tractor Supply met manger and he took my information and gave me my check book inside was my 147.00 cash. Thankful for Raymond and management for Being honest and trustworthy. I will continue to do business with tractor supply.Thanks again!

Loved that they had roasted peanuts for sale this fall. Goes right along with the season. Wanted to know price of a doggie toy which had gotten accidentally put in the clearance section. They were very helpful & kind to me

Yesterday I went to Tractor Supply to get our pet some food. I walked around awhile and I decided to buy a new knife, I had lost one at work last week. I went to the counter and paid for my items, when I got to the door there were two people waiting there for me. Of course I thought how odd... well the buzzer went off and one of the people (Pam, the Manager) jumped and grabbed my bag. I told her I bought a knife and that's why also I told her look at my receipt it's in the bag. She told me that I could go to my car and they would take care of it. I said no I'm going to watch you. If any of you know me at this point I'm simmering. So the cashier verified my purchase. When she handed me my bag back she said I just wanted to make sure that I didn't have a tee shirt or something under my coat. Now I'm boiling I thank the Lord because a few years back I would have really laid into this racist pig. I will not shop at this location ever again. I work for my mine and I'm an honest man, yes I'm a man.

Ordered parts online and received a confirmation email. Arrived at store to pick up parts and they had modified the order to only 2 out of the 4 that I had ordered. When they brought the parts to the pickup counter I found that each package had incorrect bolts and nuts in them. I asked if they could order the entire order and ship it to my home but they said I would have to pay the shipping. This is the very reason retail stores are going under. They can't compete with pricing and the online stores have great customer service and fix their mistakes when they they make them.

Great place to shop with your dogs. At Easter they like to see the baby chicks. We take them there after work and pick up a few bags dog kibble. They love finding the last few loose pieces of kibble from the bags that have opened, sort of an scavenger hunt.

Horrible customer service I stopped by to get food for my pet pig they didn't have any on the shell so I asked the girl at the front counter if she could please check in the back to see if they had any she was too busy heading another customers called and informed me that she was the only person in the store and did not have time to help me I find it hard to believe that such a large store there is only one person working there even though I live in Walnut Grove and this is the closest location I will never step foot in this particular Tractor Supply again as a matter of fact if anywhere else sold the pig food that I need for my pet I wouldn't step foot in any Tractor Supply ever again so much for the southern hospitality Theory

Tractor supply has a great variety for high quality supplies, & sturdy uncommon findings in with the ordinary. A great selection for men and women's stylish and work footware and clothing. Many kinds of feed & seed, live chicks, trailer parts, tools, pet supplies, troughs. tractor parts, fencing, welding equipment. It is highly recommended, a top choice for quality goods. Came in yesterday 6-1-18 , had questions about a mower , spoke with a young lady named Taylor, she answered all my questions. Went back today 6-2-18 and she helped me again, I bought a Cub Cadet mower ,what a great experience, I wish all places I shop had this kind of customer service. They said they were out of the horse feed we needed but after looking around for a while they found some. They were supposed to have a gate we wanted, and had verified by phone that they had. Guess what? They didn't have it. They could find a more expensive gate. They overcharged us for fence posts. Totally disgusted with Tractor Supply.
