I was helped by Dennis today and he was so phenomenal. He helped me with my pantry project and made sure I had just the right wood cuts, all the products I needed to treat the wood, all the products to make sure that this would be a sturdy installation, he toured me around the store to help me collect my items, he was very gracious, he shared super tips to help me be successful. I am so thankful for his help today. My husband and I came in bare minimum, hoping for some wood cuts and left, feeling much more empowered to tackle our project.

I Love the Monroe Home Depot!Organized and the staff are always around to help! Great Pro Desk. This store has specialty materials Athens doesn't carry. They even have a Carhartt section :)

This store is a joke. As well as a manager.Came to buy a vacuum that was marked at $119 when came on the register it scanned $199. Two employees went and check to make sure I'm not lying and found that indeed vacuum is marked as $119 but would refuse to adjust a price. They called store manager and she went and checked if it was in the correct location. When she came back she said it is in the correct location but its missing $199 sticker BS.Even if that's true price supposed to be adjusted to $119 and sticker placed. You can't rely on their pricing in this store. Do yourself a favor go to a different store.Pictures attached showing that even on the display above 2 prices $119 and $129. Stay away.

Customer service/pickup rep lied and told us you don't rent out your rental vehicles or trailers unless you are specifically moving items you buy from the store to your location. Not gonna argue over something so trivial, but just so you're aware. If policy had changed, it would've been changed on the website.

Usually a good store, but today I was hoping to save some time by ordering online and pick up in store. Waited two hours before I went to the store. Order had not been picked yet. Waited 10-15 minutes before we could load me up. Not terrible but definitely not a time saver.Update, decided to give them another chance. Online order, ready ahead of time, flawless locker pick up. Much better experience. Maybe placing the order in the evening and pick up next morning is smarter?

I worked with associates there. Very friendly and helpful. Just ask for help. But understand that associates may be assisting others, so be patient please. I worked at Home Depot. And when assisting 3 customers at one time is time consuming

The great thing about home Depot is that anyone you talk to pretty much knows the entire store and they will take you to whatever you are looking for, many times. We always find what we need there, even in other states. For anything diy or just general home maintenance this is our store. 😊👍🏻

Use them all the time! For business and always have had great service at the Pro Desk. The Kitchen Department I will give a 1 due to the employees are rude act like they know everything can't admit mistakes. Will never order any kitchen product from the again as far as ordering they are idiots Capital IDIOTS!, The paint dept is great ask for riza she does a great job. Jon one of the managers super nice guy and really tries to correct snafu's or just a bad product

As a home owner this store is like my second home. The staff is always friendly. Always have what we need and the app works wonders! Highly recommend downloading the app and it will tell you where everything is and even provide a gps map for the store! Home Depot, why can’t every store be like you?

Was told they could get us a certain type of window. Went to pay for them and they only went over the size of the windows. Get my windows in 10 weeks later and they are a different style. They are liars and customer service pretty much told us we’re stuck with something we didn’t ask for.

If you know what you need and where it is then it's ok, but if you want help be prepared to search for an associate. I have had some employees pass me and intentionally avoid eye contact because they may have to help me, but their phone gets plenty of attention.

We just about always have a very good shopping experience at this store. This particular trip I needed some metal shelving for our pantry. We were able to get Mr. Michael Rink to help with cutting a long piece into 5 shelves. The pneumatic cutter was not working. So I give Michael kudos for offering to cut the shelves with bolt cutters from tool section. So he walked over with the 12' section to the tools and cut it for us. He could have just as easily just said sorry can't do anything, but he went the extra mile for us.

As a consumer of Home Depot, I wanted to let you know I enjoy shopping at your store. However, recently while looking for a fence for my house, Home Depot referred an outside company and they are terrible. The company is Superior Fence from Athens Ga and after they came to my house I still have no quote: 5 phones calls and 3 emails and no quote. They represent you, and not very well!

Just had the best experience ever in a Home Depot. I was searching for an item and Norm came to the rescue. He went above and beyond by not just telling me where it was but walking me to it and making sure I knew how to use the product. He gave me great tips on using it best and was very knowledgeable. We talked some on the way to getting the item and he is incredibly friendly. I’d come back just to talk with him more.

While buying metal roofing, the guy I was working with cut his hand. 3 different employees walked by. The first 2 ignored our work. The 3rd asked if he could help. We asked to borrow gloves. He laughed and said I can sell you some. He was looking at a bleeding hand wrapped in a paper towel when he said it.Ace Hardware in Social Circle has better prices and FAR better customer service.Update....Came back a few years later. Still extremely disorganized and little help from staff.Update...2/21/23Open more registers with employees working them!Had to self check 8ft lumber. There is not enough room to do that!
