I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge this family Dollar in Monroe Georgia as a customer one of the main things that’s important to me is a clean store, helpful and friendly employees. I would like to take this moment to recognize one outstanding employee at the store I believe she’s the general manager, and her name is Amanda. I came into the store a couple days ago looking for a specific item. As soon as I turn the aisle this young lady was there to assist me. I was very impressed with her knowledge of product as well as her ability to maneuver through the isles in the store to assist me when you’re a senior citizen you don’t get a lot of help. I found this young lady very delightful. She seems to be very proud of her store, and the people that work with her when I went to the register one of the other young ladies, a cashier I don’t remember her name was very kind and bringing up all the things that I had bought and closing, I would like to say this store is outstanding the employees are very kind and thoughtful.

I absolutely love the staff. The store is ALWAYS so clean organized. Amanda the store manager is wonderful. I visit the store at least 3 times a week bc of how much I like the people here.

The new Family Dollar and Dollar Tree combined was impressive. I had my doubts when I first heard of them combining BUT now that I've seen it for myself, I think it's pretty cool.

The employees are very kind...the manager is very kind and helpful and so are the cashiers and the one stocker...the biggest issue is the store itself...IT NEEDS CLEANING FIRMLY! This little store is so cluttered and there are so many expired food items in there its ridiculous...I even found old meat that had turned green in the freezer. They really need a bigger location like ASAP! I highly recommend you guys to have a meeting to expand the store, because the clutter and filth is not a good look and things would be more spaced, up to date, and organized.

I use to buy all my supplies here but not anymore the store is so cluttered that you can't even get to all of the aisles. Last time I visited one aisle had toys all over the floor that they just blocked it off instead of cleaning it up. Every single time I go there the manager is going to her car for something Always! I will not be back until they clean up this store! This store need Help!

The cashiers have horrible customer service. The cashier literally made me wait for him to finish doing whatever it is he was doing in his phone...I mean, I was waiting for like 45 seconds as he was on his phone standing in front of me. He needs to be fired! Immediately!

The store is very cluttered a lot of product every where hard to move around with it being a small store to begin with. The store is dirty and unorganized when I have been in there. A lot of clearance items are not priced. They staff is not friendly but there not rude. It's ok for a quick shop if you don't mind a maze

Store opens at 9.Am but we were told to wait. 10 more minutes because store manager had to go to the bank but other than that friendly management great personalty

Always shop here for bargains like household cleaners, detergents, paper products, deoderizers. Stores always stocked better than Dollar General.
