The cashier(.Kristian) was rude and hateful. She Did not want to wrap glass candy dishes bc there were like 15. She told the gentleman helping her to get a box she wasn’t wrapping them. He wrapped them in no time. I was still stand at counter waiting to get my items. When the cashier rang up the lady behind me and throw her bag across the counter hitting me with it. I know people are stressed at this time of year but if you don’t want to work let someone do it.

So apparently they are just busy to help with balloons any longer, then though have multiple times in the past. Sounds like have just gotten lazy. It’s ashame have always been pleased with them.

Went into the dollar tree today at 7:58pm not realizing that they close at 8pm (on Sundays) instead of 9pm (Monday thru Saturday). Instead of being greeted with a welcome to dollar, please be aware that we are closing at 8pm; a lovely worker shouts out; "we close in 2 minutes; you have 2 minutes". Well excuse me Ms. Rude! There is a way to get a message across and that wasn't it! I have worked retail and I understand working a long and busy shift and being ready to go home and would never stay past the closing of any store. Dollar tree, please train your employees to be more tactful and pleasant to customers.

I can never get out with just one or two things! They have the best decorations for holidays..the store is jammed packed with so much stuff! I get so happy when I go to Dollar Tree!

Absolutely incompetent management. Waited 10 minutes for the manager on shift to bring cash for the register. Then she was gonna close the register down and have all the people waiting in line go to another register. Not today, you stole 10 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back I should’ve known better than my shopping at dollar tree.

Who don’t love dollar tree? Even though it sucks it went up to a 1.25 and they have other items higher then just a dollar but it is still worth it. I went today and DUSTIN SNOW I believe was his first name was so helpful and so sweet to my little guy! My son is on the Spectrum for autism and don’t talk to many people at all but Mr.Snow was great and made my son so happy. So thanks so much for that. He’s a keeper dollar tree and should be recognized for how great he made our shopping today. It’s always the little things that make such a difference in someone’s day.

Had a great experience and the young lady named Jessica that assistant me with finding Christmas items for co workers. This location was neatly kept up and aisles were clear this is the best store I have been too. I have never been in a dollar store that had everything I was looking for most dollar stores I have been in the shelf’s were empty. But this location had it all.

They have a great selection of merchandise. The aisles are clear and you can move around.You get a hello when you enter, but if you need help you have to chase an employee down, and wait in the aisle,while they finish their personal phone call. Customer service is slacking with the crew. Everything else was great. This location was in Monroe, Georgia.

Dollar Tree is a great store. Different floors from Dollar Tree. But Loganville Dollar Tree is different color floors of Monroe Dollar Tree Store. This store is nice.

Well stocked store. Cashier was fast but never spoke a word. Made her seem unfriendly or mad about something. Usually they say welcome to Dollar Tree and did you find everything you need. Not her not one word. Odd!

Went to the Monroe, Georgia location yesterday and could not locate calendars. Asked an employee, Dustin, and not only did he take me to them, but went to the back and retrieved a new box full as well. Super helpful gentleman!! Thank you Dustin.

Giving feedback just because I am adamant about respect! 2/22/19 approximately 3:20pm.A few people are in line, I'm in line and an elderly couple is behind me, very sweet! Older female Caucasian worker is in the middle, possible shift manager that was doing something in the middle and said next customer. I was letting the elderly couple know they can go and they were polite and saying no you're next you can go...the worker rudly says,"I rather be doing other stuff", rushing us! Now I know one person works the register and the other person works the floor and do stock but customer service is first and more importantly, treat people the way you would want to be treated, especially your elders!!!

These are always understaffed and messy these days but they are always nice, and I still love the product selection. Just be aware, it's not always cheaper on everything.

Rude and Disrespectful! Lack of customer service and communication skills. Worker had a ear phone piece on while working and got upset at me for asking her a question. Last time I shop there.

Stopped by this store today and it was the worst one (appearance wise) that I've been in (locally). The carpet was nasty. Many of the shelves were empty or messy. I didn't want to stay longer to browse the rest of the store. This location needs a major update.

I wouldn't even give this Dollar Tree 1 star. I brought my nephew here because he wanted to get some art supplies with his chore money. We was checking out and he paid some of the total of his items with change. It was like 3 or 4 dollars in silver change. Mostly quarters. I counted it out for him and set each dollar out in a stack for the cashier Kierra trying to make it easier for her. Not that counting 1 dollar in change is hard or anything. The cashier Kierra got mad and was blowing because she had to pick the change up and count it. My sister told me that she was mad about having to count the change and the cashier Kierra was really rude and said " Ya, I hate when people pay with change and I have to count it." I told her nicely that it was my nephew chore money and he worked hard for it and was excited to get to spend it. She than hollered at me in front of my 9 year old nephew. She took a fun learning experience away from my nephew. If you work hard and do your chores you get rewarded. The cashier Kierra was to lazy to pick change up and count it and put it into her register. Im guessing she didn't think having to count change is her job as being a cashier. I'm sure she has used 3 dollars in change to pay for something in her life. She works at the Dollar Tree and she acting like she is to good to count 3 dollars in change that a 9 year old worked hard doing his chores for. I have called and complained. I hope one of the couple of managers I talk to do something about her. I hope she opens her eyes and sees she is not to good to count change when she is working at a Dollar Tree. My 9 year old nephew walked out of that store embarrassed and with his feelings hurt over some change.

Great prices on many everyday household items. They also have great deals on food , books, cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies. If you stop in and look around you are bound to find some unexpected bargains.

Always the place to find a bargain, for a dollar. I buy all my trash bags here as well as freezer bags. Good selection of household items used for cleaning.
