I had 3-4 items and i was right behind a person waiting for my turn, and when I went to put the few up to get scanned the cashier pushed my items away with a box saying "the lane is closed" and raised her voice at me for no reason. She could have simply told me she didn't want to check me out but no she wanted to be completely rude about it. And afterwards she just walked out to talk to someone she knew.

Hardly have things in stock most likely due to never putting things on the shelves loading carts always blocking isles full of things that can be put out. Always very messy and unorganized I'm a business owner myself and I would be very disappointed and embarrassed by the way my business was ran if it was anything like this also closes at 10 but this night they were closed by 9:00

Has its ups and downs. Never clean and can't keep employees. Half the time the registers are malfunctioning and the coolers rarely work. Products and apparel are always on the floor or the aisle are blocked off. People are constantly steeling stuff. Staff is over worked and under payed and mainly under staffed The store has been without air conditioner for over a monthAnd has been closed due to no air conditioner at least 2 days this weekIf they can't afford to keep the store up and running they should just close it down

All stores have reasonable priced items, which I use. Weekly sales on certain itemsDollar General is missing the boat when it comes to staffing and stocking thier stores. They never have enough help to keep things running smoothly. Stock trolleys always in isle waiting to b put on shelves,.I visit the store on S.Broad and on Spring St 11-14-21., Looking to buy two items. Neither store had them. Store shelves were almost bare??? Looks like delivery of goods are delayed. Might want to stock up on edibles while u can.

Went to rent a rug doctor carpet cleaner associate didn't know what to do she went got the manager the manager said she didn't have a key to unlock machines I would have to go somewhere else

Always out of stock on most purchased items. Lines are two long and they don't santize there hand baskets or cartes, have you seen their hand baskets they look like they have not been clean in years, not meeting covid guide lines.

I was in the Monroe Ga store on Sunday July 10th , there was only oneregister open ,and I understand that may be why the cashier wasn't polite ,but get your store some help and train them better how to talk to customer's .I really don't care if I go back in there ....They can say hi or thank you not there is your total ....Have a great day Lisa

Its always an ok place to shop but most times if its really busy only one person is checking people out while the other is doing who knows what, if the things I have are not important I will put them back and leave on days like that ...this goes for all dollar generals , again it's a nice place just needs more help

They say there hiring, but when you try to apply the manager never has time to talk or set up an interview, then says she'll call tomorrow for an interview, not call you, and then when you call they say, "we picked someone else" not to mention the boss was yelling at an employee today soooo.

Since when does DG close in the middle of the day, for an hr, so all employees can take a smoke break? (They were all outside smoking)..DG, y'all lost some good money because I saw 2 cars as I was coming in, get turned away, then myself, then I saw 2 more cars coming in, which they would have been turned away as well...who knows how many people/money is going to be lost by being turned down so all employees can take a break for an hr...never seen DG close for such a thing...money must be that good for them I guess..

Dollar general is a great place to go and get what you need food,medical supplies stuff to di your laundry sometimes they don't have what you need because they cant keep it ib the shelf
