We have been going to this Big Lots for a very long time. For the most part it has always been a pleasant experience. I decided to go today because I had an email to get a free DVD. The email plainly states, " free DVD", "dvds $3 or under". My daughter and I found a dvd that was $3 marked down to $2.50. I would say that is $3 or under, right? Associate scans DVD and says it has to be $3. I show here the email from Big Lots that clearly says $3 or under. Had to get manager to come up to cash register. She says the same thing. I told them that makes no sense and they can keep the DVD. That really makes me not want to shop there if they don't honor their own emails.

Went in looking for Halloween and Thanksgiving items, since we still have a couple of weeks to go. Was greeted by mostly Christmas decorations!! Come on Big Lots...separate the holidays! Staff was awesome: I mean you Calvin!

The store Associates were friendly and helpful. Associates usually took me to the item I needed. The store was neat, clean, well lit and well laid out. Great choices in merchandise and prices were as good and sometimes better than Walmart.

A good store for bargain hunters, as is true for all Big Lots stores. This is the first one we have used very much. Some of the employees are friendly, but more of them have been indifferent or occasionally rude to customers. They seem to be improving in this regard. Sometimes, things do not ring up at the marked prices, so it is necessary to check your receipt. We expect to keep shopping there, and it is always interesting to see what is new.

I like Big lots but I Don't like the fact that u can't get reward cash at the cash register for buy more then $35.00. We have to have a coupon from our phone.I am a reward Member but I don't all ways get my coupons.SO WHATS THE POINT OF BEENING A MEMBER. I THINK THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE ALL IT DOES IS MAKES ME ANGRY.

I went to big lots to pick up some PVC piping because my toilet busted last week and I was disappointed they didn’t have any. They advertised on their website that they had a big selection on PVC piping but I go in there and there wasn’t any. I was very disappointed. I just wanted to go into Big Lots for some PVC piping and they didn’t have any. Does anyone know if any Big Lots carries PVC piping? Because I went to Big Lots and they didn’t have any. I was disappointed.

Monroe GA. Big Lots is a weekly stop. Hit or miss on certain items, soda flavors/brands and certain snacks and junk food. Today we lucked out and bought a display model Shark vacuum, never used and well below retail. I wish the new check out / register area had not been changed. So not customer friendly when trying to unload your buggy. Oh well... will be back next week!
