We have used Ashley Hills to board our dogs when we went on vacation. The dogs love it because they have a play area. After getting a new puppy last year we brought her in for a puppy consultation and then in for training. When we got her back from training it has been a night and day difference. Our trainer Brent was awesome with our puppy. The owner is on-site and talks to you to make sure your training needs are met. When I went to pick my puppy up Brent was there and walked me through everything and what I needed to do at home with my dog before we come back. They will have us come back to go over everything and make sure she stays on track with her training. We love how clean the facility is and the whole staff is friendly and really care about your furry family members as their own.

We needed to board our German Shepherd for 3 weeks. Several friends love Ashley Hills for their pets and now so do we !!! Sadie is an older non-social dog with daily med needs and fear of slick floors. Ashley Hills provided everything she needed to make her kennel comfortable, took excellent care of her and even taught her to play Frisbee. The FB pictures are greatly appreciated and we are thankful that we have found THE place for our boarding needs.

This is the best place for your fur Babies. We have a 2 1/2 years old Chow. He is been going there since he was young for doggie day care. Staff is amazing. Always friendly. He can't wait to go and play with his Friends. Thank you for caring.

This place did a wonderful job of training my 5 month old pup. He was only there for 2 weeks and I can’t believe how much he improved. Also the Facebook page is great for pictures, as they update daily. Thank you for taking care of my dog! We will be back!

The Ashley Hills Pet Center is an outstanding facility that demonstrates genuine concern and care for your pets. Their range of exceptional services includes doggie daycare, boarding, and comprehensive training programs that cater to pets of all breeds and temperaments.We opted for the two-week board and train package for our Mastiff when she was less than a year old. Knowing that she would grow into a big, stubborn dog, we were keen to instill good manners and establish a strong foundation of obedience. The program exceeded our expectations, teaching her essential commands such as sit, stay, lay down, walk on a leash, and climb. The climb command has proven especially useful, as it allows us to keep her contained in situations where we need her to be calm and well-behaved.Recently, we consulted with Ashley regarding our Mastiff's behavior around other dogs, and his expertise and insight were invaluable. He quickly assessed the situation and assured us that she was not dog-aggressive, but was simply communicating in her own way. His deep understanding of dog behavior and training is remarkable.Overall, we highly recommend Ashley Hills Pet Center for anyone seeking exceptional care and training for their pets. Their team of dedicated professionals is truly committed to ensuring that your furry family member receives the best care possible.

Great place, my dogs seem super happy to go. Their boarding seems fine, I've never seen the inside so I can't really review it but my dogs seem fine when they get home. Their grooming is really good. My standard poodle looked so good when I picked him up and they are always through when grooming my husky. I really haven't had much social interaction with the staff. They seem fine but they are still using covid protocols so it's just a drop off outside and I rarely get much beyond a hello.I will say however they are very booked up most of the time. I've tried to get boarding and grooming in the last 6 months and haven't been able to use them. So if you are wanting to use them, do so either really far in advance or risk that it probably won't happen. I've had to start just going other places, but I have to travel a lot on short notice so it's not really their fault, just the way it is!

My husband was looking for a place to socialize our then 3 month old German Shepherd and found Ashley Hills for doggie daycare. This place has truly been a lifesaver for us and our pup. At 6 months old she was in that land shark phase so we got her professionally trained by Logan. Logan did an amazing with her and taught me how to be a better owner. She’s now four years old and goes to Ashley Hills 2-3 times a week for doggy daycare and boards occasionally. She gets excited every time we drive up. I love they offer swim time and take action shots of her playing. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff and the owners. They truly do care about my pup. I trust leaving her in their care. German Shepherds can be a pretty challenging breed but Ashley Hills has made it so much easier for my family.

We have boarded here several times, but I have never reviewed but I felt I needed to this time. My Sofia and Samson were there for 2 days and they had a bath and brush. I have 1 word for this place...PHENOMENAL!!! I know when I leave any of my babies in their care, they are getting the best treatment ever, and nothing like having peace of mind while we are gone. I would give Ashley Hills more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended, give them a try. Thank you staff for all you do.

Love it here. Have boarded my dogs here, Bella and Bebe, and they come home so happy. They have lots of room to run and go on short walks and have playtimes with othe dogs.

I have a rescue Chow that can be a tough customer but owner Ashley did an evaluation and was so great dealing with her. I have never boarded any of my Chows my whole life but things do come up in life and I needed to have a plan in place to board her. I want to thank Ashley and the staff for being so great with CoCo. I truly appreciate it ❤️ I do highly recommend Ashley Hills!

I'm so glad I found this place. It has been a lifesaver when we need to be away from home overnight. I know my dogs will be safe and cared for. I kinda wish every little detail, like play time, swims, etc. weren't add-ons, but all in all, we are very comfortable leaving our fur babies in their care.

Our furbaby had an unexpected extended stay at Ashley Hills Pet Center. They took such great care of him and took time to respond to my emails asking about his stay, always reassuring me he was doing well and enjoying his playtime with the other dogs. I also loved seeing photos of him in action at the center on FB. Since I didn't expect him to be there more than 1 night, they went out to purchase him the food he was used to so his stomach didn't get upset from a change in diet. Talk about going over and above! Love this place for my puppy!

I love this place. My dog is like my 4th child, so where I leave him and who I leave him with is very important to me. The staff is wonderful and helpful and they really do love the dogs. My dog Finn was trained a few weeks ago by their dog trainer and he is doing so well. He is walking on the leash without pulling and it has made our walks so much more enjoyable. I am thankful my dog had a home away from home at Ashley Hills Pet Center.

I’ve boarded my two dogs at Ashley Hills twice now and have always picked up happy, healthy dogs. Both of my dogs are intact and it’s hard to find a facility that is accepting and educated about managing them. They stay in indoor/outdoor runs and I choose get additional playtime each day. They look at me like ‘see ya later mom’ every time I drop them off. I would recommend Ashley Hills to anyone.

We Absolutely love Ashley Hills Pet Center! The dogs LOVE playing here. The staff is knowledgeable, accountable and on target for all the Pets Care. And Courtney is an Amazing Groomer.Its not a business they run. These Pets are their Lives.They think of EVERY Pet as their own.Ashley & Kayla even came to our rescue while we were away from home to help search for our Little Houdini, safely returning him home.They go well above & beyond for all their clients and have boarded many of our friend's pets that we have referred as well.Thank you for taking such Great Care!

I am a new client and just picked up my furbaby from a week's stay at this kennel. ABOVE AND BEYOND!! My dog was happy and clean (no kennel smell). From initial phone calls inquiring about their facility, to drop off and pickup... it was a fantastic experience. It can be a scary process leaving your baby in the care of total strangers but my mind was put at ease with every phone call and email I sent. I do not have one complaint and will definitely be using this kennel again. Outstanding service on all levels. Thank you for putting this mama's heart and mind at ease. My baby was seemingly happy and healthy after her week's stay.

When I rescued my husky from the pound he was an out of control dog who did not listen and chewed up everything in site. It was so bad that I was going to have to take him back to the shelter. I found Ashley Hills online and sent him to the 3 week training. He came back a completely different dog and I’ve now had him for over 5 years. The training did not remove the fun personality that a husky has either!

Holiness looking lady sees you pulling in at 12:29 locks the doors because she’s to in a hurry to get to lunch. This place is too expensive for the customer service to be horrible. Then when you talk to her in the parking lot she says she can’t check them in because it takes 15 minutes. If it takes 15 minutes after we leave to check them in you should say last drop off is at 12:15 not 12:30. Said there might be a person inside that could check them out then doesn’t even go ask.

Worth the read.We have been using Ashley Hills after we had issues come up with 2 of our dogs. Ashley and his team not only restored their relationship but continue to go out of their way for us. We had 2 failed adoptions one we had to completely cancel one whole boarding stay and then the next we shortened our trip by a week on the next. Then out of nowhere we had a stork drop adoption. They not only made room and went out of their way to board them the following day but One of my pups ended up with a double ear infection while he was there (he yelped the morning we left for the adoption). They took him to our vet and administered his medication. If you are anything like me and your dogs are family- then I highly suggest Ashley Hills. There isn't a high enough rating for them. I would NEVER go anywhere else after using them!

My dog has been attending Ashley Hills since she was 8 months old for daycare and it has been a wonderful experience since the first day. Great facility and the people that work there are like family to her. She looks forward to the 2 days a week she goes and I am sure she wishes it was more.
