They are never stocked and you barely can't get through the store with all the carts in the aisles. I really dislike coming into the store. However, the employees are usually very nice.

It's a Dollar General, not sure what kind of experience you are expecting but it's usually busy, it's clean, employees aren't horribly rude and they usually have what I forget to get at the Kroger. Prices are reasonable, much better than the gas station up the street. But that's a whole different story. It's almost guaranteed that I'll be back.

I can usually find what I'm looking for. I don't blame local stores, but owner / upper management over the years expect too much from local management. There is ALWAYS too much freight to be put out. Then they have a budget that doesn't allow for enough employees to work the store correctly. Things have changed over the years ,but not in a positive way.😞

They were short of help you can't run the store with just one person running a cash register and stocking at the same time. The store used to be spotless but not now. Get some help in to clean the mess up and stock the shelves

Out of all the surrounding Dollar General's, this is my favorite. Paige is always friendly and quick to help. The cashiers remember their customers, and the store is usually well stocked, the aisles aren't usually crowded, and it is clean.

I generally love Dollar General. The prices are great. I love the digital coupons, when I am able to use them at the Barnesville location. For over a year, I have been telling their management, my coupons are not working properly. There is one particular manager, the older lady, she doesn't do anything. I show her on my phone and the receipt, that I didn't get credit for my all of qualified coupons. She just looks at me like it's my fault. The other manager will listen and look and then give me the discount. So, I decided to the DG in Milner on the same day and use the same digital coupons. I didn't have one problem using ALL of my digital coupons. The cashier even helped me to use the new app feature that lets you see your total in your cart before you get to the register. So you already know your discounts were taken off. She even helped me to save extra money by using the $5 off coupon. Great job Dollar General staff in Milner, GA. I will be returning.

Akways have had a very good customer service at this DG. The clerks are kind ,helpful,and courteous. The only thing that I wasn't able to find was Barber's milk which I've really become accustomed to.

Staff could have been alot nicer. Woman got real aggervated with my 9 and 10 year old as they were putting their stuff on the counter and ringing them up. Won't visit this store again.

Short staffed always. Great staff that is there they can only do so much running the register and trying to clean the input that stock up. Can be hard to maneuver through the store

This place is just like the old one. Stuff everywhere and if they had what you wanted you couldn't find it or get to it. This is a new building and store. And people wonder why we go out of town to shop.

One of the best things about this dollar general are the awesome people that work there. Sue and Victoria are just to name a few. I reccomend going into this dollar general. Close by store in Milner, Ga. Doesn't have everything you may need, but has some things you wouldn't think they would have. Store associates are always friendly, and the prices are good.

Why have multiple Registers and for some reason there's a line all the way to the back of the store and one Register open And the other person that's there is either standing there watching are going outside don't make sense screwed dollar general
